After facing a lot of hurdles,AkshAn finally managed to save their daughter and punishes Ganga and Avinash for their bad deeds...But in this process,Akshat and Guddan fell off a cliff...The family was shocked...AkshAn thought that this is their last and they handed over Choti's responsibility to their bahus..But the family didn't give up and managed to save them and took them to the hospital..They both were critical..Durga took Choti to home and stayed with her,took care of her..Daadi also returned home as she panicked and got worried for her children..

Akshat struggled to get up from his bed..Everyone tried to stop him,but they didn't know how desperate and worried he was for his lifeline,for his Guddan!!He didn't listen to anyone and headed towards Guddan's ward...He saw that Guddan was lying on bed, with so many hospital equipments surrounded her....His heart ached seeing her in this condition..

He went near her..He sat near her with much difficulty..He held her hand in his hands and kissed it..

Saying this,he started crying..The family was feeling bad for AkshAn..Suddenly,Akshat felt a movement on his hands...He noticed it ans realized that Guddan is moving her fingers...She is slowly opening her eyes...He was very happy..He was delighted...The family was surprised and got very happy...They called the doctor...The doctor came and checked her...He informed them that Guddan was out of danger and nothing to worry about anything anymore...

Guddan felt a pain in her head due to stressing herself..The doctor asked everyone to come outside and let her rest as she needs it...Everyone left that place unwillingly and was hell confused...They talked to the doctor outside the ward...

Akshat thought for a while...He got happy and hugged the doctor..He thanked him..Everyone was grateful to the doctor...Soon,Guptas arrived there and were informed about everything...Akshat consoled Bhushan and promised him that he will make everything fine..They took Guddan with them to Gupta house...They had already discussed about what to answer to Guddan's queries that she is gonna ask about her accident,the Jindals,their new house and many more...Soon,Akshat also left for their home with his family..

They reached home..Akshat wanted to spend time with Choti and handle her as he didn't want to bother anyone anymore..But everyone restricted him from doing so and asked him to rest...Meanwhile,Choti was also fallen asleep in Durga's room...So Akshat got agreed to everyone...Akshat went to his room...Everyone went to their respective room to take rest..Saraswati was sent away from the house after everyone got to know about her hand behind Choti's kidnapping along with Ganga and Avinash..Daadi went to Akshat's room with soup for him...She sat near him and made him eat the soup...
