Annabelle
*Couple Hours Before the Wedding*
I was literally shaking with nerves and the twins would kick every now and then feeling my excitement. I invited Kristy,Avalon, Syphone, and Kate to be my bride maids. I actually also invited my 'other' parents to my wedding they were sitting next to my real parents. They all got along perfectly and I made sure to let them know that even though they arn't my real parents they were still a very important part of my life. You can't just grow up with people you believe to be your parents and loving them for seventeen years and suddenly let them go when you meet your real parents. Cameron was here also with his mate. I couldn't chose between having my real dad or other dad walk me down the isle so they both are.
I was shaking nervously with my eyes closed cradling my small bump, while Kristy did my make-up and Avalon helped Syphone do my hair, Kate was trying to help keep me calm. Cradling my twins help me keep my sanity, until I thought about actually giving birth to them, oh and then telling Logan about them. I mean how will he react? What if he says they arn't his? Or maybe he yells at me and says 'how can you get pregnant?!?' I mean come on these twins are helping and not helping. I'm really freaking out here!
"Annabelle, calm. Shhh, everything will be fine." Kate said again for maybe the millionth time.
"Are you sure? I mean what if he says ' No' "I don't want to marry her.' I'm freaking out here!"
"Annabelle! Logan loves you and will marry you today! So stop over-reacting and freaking chill out! Okay." Avalon yelled.
"Uhm. Harsh, but I think I needed that. Thanks Avalon." I smiled sheepishly.
"Any time."
Another agonizing hour later and they finally spun the chair around to face the mirror. I looked at the beautiful girl staring back at me. She had her lips slightly parted in surprise. Her green eyes glowed with a happiness deep in her soul. Her hair was up in a pretty updo and her overgrown bangs were straightened then curled at the ends. Pieces of her hair curled down and framed around her face. She had a smoky look for her eyeshadow and mascara that made her deliciously long lashes frame her eyes. Her lips had a light pink tint to them and shined with a gloss. I met my stare in the mirror and thought that I looked beautiful for my wedding day.
"Thank you guys I look amazing." I said with slight tears in my eyes.
"Your welcome, but don't cry your going to ruin my masterpiece." Kristy said.
"I won't. Well maybe at the ceremony." I said with a laugh. Kate grinned excitedly.
"Dress time!" Kate quickly grabbed my arm and pulled me back into the room we were using to get dressed in.
Kristy went and retrieved the dress from a secret hiding space. They went with me to pick the dress along with my Mom and other Mom. We all had burst into tears when I wore it the first time. Kristy had to hide it because Logan was being real nosy. Kate grabbed the dress from Kristy and took it out from the wrap it was in. I stripped down to my bra and panties and held my arms up. Kate and Kristy glided the dress on and it slid on like silk. I looked in the mirror and gasped, it was beautiful! Avalon put the diamond necklace I saw awhile back in my walk in closet that was absolutely perfect for this. Syphone put the matching crown on my head and attached the veil. My dress was a heart neckline and strapless. It opened up in the back and the dress glided down in a silk sheen. Avalon also put on one of the matching diamond bracelets. I looked perfect.

I sat patiently while I watched my bridesmaids get dressed. The gowns I picked were a pretty light pink. The bust was a sweetheart neckline and had thin straps. Their was little sparkles throughout the whole dress. They flowed down and ended above the knee. On each dress there was one small broach that matched my necklace in between the bust part of the dress. Mom purchased them specifically for that and to add a little extra bling to the dresses. The girls all finished their make-up and hair. The makeup was done naturally on each of them and they wore their hair down curled. They each took their bouquet of flowers that consisted of white and light pink colored roses with white daises. Syphone came over and flipped the veil over my face.
"We're all very happy for you Annabelle and I want you to know that your considered one of my best friends and that I love you as a sister. We all do." Syphone got in line with the rest of them and they were all looking at me in awe and friendship. My Dad and other Dad walked into the room and I got in line behind Kate who gave me a reassuring smile. I placed each arm in both my Dad's awaiting arms. One of them on either side of me. Slowly but surely Kristy walked out of the room followed by Avalon then Syphone and Finally Kate. We descended the spiral stairs and took the hallway that lead to the gardens where I was having the ceremony.
One by one as all my friends and bridesmaids walked out with their mates, I got more and more nervous. My Dad feeling my distress through mind link rubbed my arm soothingly.
"We're very proud of you Annabelle you can do this." My other Dad said.
I nodded and we finally walked out into the ceremony. The music I chose for the 'walking down the isle' music was a little different. I decided to have an actual person playing the piano to the wedding step, so it sounded more genuine. When my eyes met Logan's I struggled to keep pace with the music, instead of just sprinting down the isle. Finally, though both my Dads placed one of my hands in his. I felt the familiar sparks and knew I was finally home.
The priest started saying something but I zoned out completely into Logan's blue eyes. When it came time to say my part of the vows I did absentmindedly while staring at Logan the whole time. He did the same not breaking eye contact and said his personal vows to me.
"Annabelle, from the moment I saw you I knew that my life would never be the same without you. We've had bumps on the road that have only made my love and adoration for you stronger. I know that you will prove to be my best friend, mate, mother to my kids, and wife." I smiled at him with tears streaming down my face. Little did he know i'd be a mother and he a father sooner than he thought and it warmed my heart hearing thoose words.
"Logan, you have a heart and soul that pulls me into your warm embrace. You give me strength to wake up and go through the day. Without you i'd probably be half of what I could be. Everyday, I smile to the sky and know that I love you. Your my shoulder to cry on, hand to hold, mate, and will be my husband. And I can't wait to say I love you every second of every minute of every hour of every day of our lives. Because I love you."

I saw one small tear slide down his face as he looked at me with so much happiness it made me smile. The priest asked us the final question that had the both of us saying 'I do.' The priest finally said'you may kiss the bride.' And that's exactly what Logan did. The claps and applause faded away as he kissed me on our wedding day. Slowly, he pulled away and wrapped and arm around me before lifting me up 'bridal style' how ironic. He jogged down the isle of the gardens and walked to the front of the palace with cheering family members following us. We got into the white limo that had gorgeous designer shoes hanging by strings with the words 'just married' spray painted in elegant writing on the back window in white. I laughed and waved goodbye to my friends as we drove to the reception.
We arrived minutes later and saw the strobe lights dancing out of the front doors of the building holding our reception. We could here the partying and dancing going on inside and we saw cars parked along the street. When we walked in I was immediately dragged away by my friends who were already in their reception dresses. I was immediately hustled into a dressing room and saw my white ruffled party dress that i'd be wearing. The girls stripped me out of my wedding dress and jewelry and slipped on the dress. It was also a sweet heart neckline and flowed down in ruffles to my knees it was tight fitted around the top part of my waist but flows out over my small but noticeable baby bump.
The girls put my hair down and it flowed into it's natural curls down to my lower back. I was herded back into the reception and saw Logan talking to the guys in some new clothes wear as well instead of his form fitted black tux he was in some casual skinny jeans and a button up white shirt with his sleeves rolled up. I couldn't help but smile at the white gold ring sitting on his left hand. I looked at my ring at smiled at how he proposed.
*Flashback*
I was standing on my balcony in my ball gown and just staring at the moon. My parents had thrown a welcome back ball and invited every pack in the area. The over whelming amount of people that had been surrounding me was too much, so I came to my room for some peace and quiet. I was in a purple ball gown that had gold engravings around the bust line. It was strapless. And had a sweet heart neckline. It was tight fitted around the top and puffed out around the bottom of my waist. I heard a knock on my door and said they could come in. Logan walked in looking dashing in his black tux and purple tie he wore to match my dress. He was carrying something in his hand but I paid no attention to it.
"Annabelle are you okay?"
"Yeah, just needed a breather."
"Okay."
He stood next to me and out of the corner of my eye I could feel him staring at me and it had made me smile. He looked up at the night sky while I gazed up at the moon. When I wasn't paying attention to him at all he started to speak.
"Annabelle I know i've made my fair share of mistakes and you have given me the oppurtunity to fix them.' by now he had my full attention. " I have pictured how i'd do this for a long time, matter of fact since I first laid eyes on you, but I never imagined myself having the courage to do it.' as he got down on one knee my breath stopped and I stared in awe as tears flooded my vision.
"Annabelle I love you so much and it would be a great honor-' Logan gulped nervously 'if you would wear this ring' he had opened the box I saw him carrying and showed the most beautiful ring i've ever layed my eyes on with a round cut diamound surrounded by smaller diamounds. 'and say yes to becoming my wife and agreeing to marry me."
I had my hand over my heart and nodded my head vigurously as I tried to find my voice. I finally sputtered out a 'Yes!' and he had lifted me into his arms and twirled me around like the perfect princess.
*end*
I looked up from my beautiful ring and was met with Logan's stare as he had probably seen into my mind and watched me relive the memory. He walked over to me and lifted my left hand looked at my ring and smiled. We walked over to the dance floor where we had to do our first dance. The song 'Wanted' by Hunter Hayes came on and I smiled. Kate was by the DJ smiling she knew how much I loved this song.
"I was so scared you wouldn't say yes that night." Logan whispered into my ear as he held me close and we swayed to the song.
"I would never say no to you, I love you." I replied knowing he was talking about the night he proposed.
'I love you too, so much." He then bent his head down and kissed me.
After the reception, I smiled at how all the girls had gathered around behind me to throw the bouquet I had in my hands I turned around showing them my back and with my eyes closed tossed the bouquet backwards. I turned around and saw a surprised girl who looked around my age. I didn't know who she was,but she was most likely part of the Kingdom. Bryce popped up next to Logan and appeared to be sniffing the air, his gaze landed on the girl who was holding my bouquet of flowers. She stared back at Bryce and dropped the flowers on the ground, she continued to stare at Bryce then smiled. He had the goofiest smile i'd ever seen him wear, and I knew she was his mate. Awwwwww! Kristy picked up the flowers and cheered pretending she caught them. Everyone cheered and clapped thinking Kristy was the one who actually caught them. Bryce and his new mate went unnoticed but didnt seem phased at all totally absorbed in eachother.
I walked toward Logan as he layed on the bed in our resort and smiled at him lovingly. He sat up while I stood there a bundle of nerves. Through the bond he could feel my nervousness as I cradled my stomach. His gaze drifted toward it and his brows furrowed before he looked at me with the biggest smile I'd ever seen. He looked like his face was going to crack in half.
"Are you-?" He couldn't even finish the sentence. I nodded with tears in my eyes.
He got up and spinned me around in a circle before setting me down and getting on his knees. I laughed and cried a the same time. He rested his ear against my stomach and placed his arms around my waist.
"Wow." Just at the sound of his voice they kicked.
He looked startled for a second before placing his hands on my baby bump.
"He or she is strong."
"Yeah they are both strong." Logan looked up at me with so much awe and love it made me want to cry.
"Both, as in twins?" I laughed at his expression between confused and happy.
"Yes twins, i'm not sure the sex of them yet. I wanted it to be a surprise."
Logan stood up and kissed me slowly and tenderly. Before slowly placing me on the bed. He kissed me and held me all night and I slowly fell into a peaceful sleep.
*Six months later*
Logan
"Come on babe, you can do this!" I flinched as she squeezed my hand for dear life and screamed again.
"I SWEAR LOGAN I'M GOING TO KILL YOU AFTER THIS!"
"As long as you deliver my children, i'll be perfectly fine with you killing me." She looked at me bewildered.
"I wouldn't kill you what are you talking about?" I groaned her mood swings have been off the charts.
"Never mind. Come on push!!!" She screamed again but let out a breath of relief as our son's cries filled the room.
"William. He's definitely a William." Annabelle breathed before screaming in pain again.
The nurses quickly cleaned William up and wrapped him in a blue blanket. Annabelle grabbed my hand again. This time she squeezed harder. I cringed. Damn woman's got a grip.
"Come on baby one more push! You can do this."
"Ahhhh!" She screamed before sighing loudly as our daughter was born.
"Genevieve." Annabelle breathed.
The nurses cleaned and wrapped her up before putting her in a light pink towel. The nurse handed Annabelle Genevieve and gave me my son. He had his mom's dark brown hair, but it was straight like mine. He opened his eyes and they flashed silver before turning a greenish blue. Annabelle took an intake of breath. I looked over at our daughter. Her eyes were a very light silver almost light grey the middle of her eyes around her pupil were green and it got lighter until it was silver around the edges. She had my black hair that was curly like her mothers. She was beautiful.
"She's perfect." I said.
"Their going to be very powerful." Annabelle whispered.
"Yes, but they are going to be beautiful and perfect." I said while looking at Annabelle. She smiled as cradled our daughter.
"Yes, and now we can be a family."
I smiled and looked back down at my son, William. We are going to be a great family. And I can't wait.

This goodness has a name, and a face of salvation and I for one know I shouldn't get involved. Guess what I do? I get involved. Because even if I don't want too that's not really how fate works, is it? You don't pick and choose fates plan, you get slammed with it and good luck to your poor soul. This is my story, the kind that was written years before I was even born, and now I'm living it. Watch me make a mess of it too, because after all, I wasn't born to follow. P.S. This book is technically #1, but I have a book before this one that's about their parents. You learn more, and get a clue about their parents and why they are the way they are. Some of the conversations in this book would make more sense by knowing the past. It's not as well written, but if you can get thought it, I promise you'll love this one even more. Of course if you rather start here, then you do you! It will make sense either way! I tired to fill in all the gaps without it getting overbearing. You can always hop back to the book before this after.
