You heard Shindou whine in front you while peacefully trying to sip your tea

"No need to curse"

You stated with a matter the fact tone

It seems strange, hanging out with him after all the trouble he unknowingly cost you.

You heard him chuckle,

"But it's really been a while"

He stated with a sigh, looking already at you as you look at him

"Yeah, it is"

You eyes darted on your phone which just vibrated

Shindo didn't fail to see how your eyes shine when you see who the person is.

It stings him to feel how you felt so close yet so far.

Have you ever wonder how he feels about you?

"Boyfriend?"

He sip on his shake, making it unnoticeable how bitter he sound so bitter coming out of his mouth

He did choose this after all

When he saw how flustered you are as you shake your head, already knew it. You've always been like an open book to him. He knew why you tried to ignore him, that you are hurting because of him and boy. He was great in hiding it, he didn't have 5 out of 6 when it comes to two facedness. He wiggle his eye brows at you, making you giggle at him telling him how silly he looks

But at some point in his live, he wonder what it feels like to be in your arms again, specially when he saw you around with someone else.

You take a glance outside before looking back to the man that your world used to evolve around.

You can't pin point what you feel about him, it feels like you still love him or just kept telling your heart that you do.
