《SEA GREEN MEETS GOLD (N.M. & P.J.)》Chapter 57: Nothing Dangerous

The next day, Apollo came to visit. His visiting caused Percy, Klaus, Kol, and Apollo to go to the Grill.
They were all standing near a high table, taking turns at throwing darts at the board on the wall. A few drinks and orders of fries were sitting on the table.
Percy threw a dart at the board and it landed perfectly. She turned back to the table and picked up her glass. After taking a sip of her soda, her eyes widened as an idea struck her. "Wanna play mini golf?" Excitement dripped into her voice as she questioned the three people she was with. Rudy was currently home with Rebekah.
"Um, yes!" Apollo exclaimed, equally as excited.
Kol seemed confused. "What's mini golf?"
The demigod's jaw dropped. She placed her hands on his shoulders and shook them. "You've never played mini golf?!" She was astounded.
"No, I'm afraid not, darling," Kol spoke with an amused smirk.
Percy turned her crazed expression to the hybrid, as she let go of Kol's shoulders. "This atrocity is because of your stupid daggers," she lightly scolded.
He raised his hands up in surrender. One of the corners of his lips rose up. "I assure you, it wasn't my intention to stop him from mini golfing, my love."
The raven haired beauty stuck her tongue out at him.
Klaus chuckled as he walked forward to wrap his arm around her shoulders. "I love you," he spoke with a cute smile.
She glanced up at him with her adorable sea green eyes. "I love you too," Percy's face softened.
The demigod turned back at the god and original with a grin. "Let's go mini golfing!"
➳➳➳
Percy stood facing her blue golf ball as she positioned her golf club behind it. She used one of her hands to point at Apollo. "You're going down, Sunny."
"You wish. I could beat you at mini golf any day." The sun god retorted.
The demigod responded, "In your dreams." Then, she checked once more what direction the hole was in, before swinging her club. The small blue ball stopped rolling just mere inches from the hole.
Kol grinned from the side of the course. "You're all taking too long. I already got a hole-in-one." He had managed to shoot his golf ball into the hole on his first try.
"It could just be beginners luck, brother," Klaus commented from the side.
The vampire threw his golf ball in the air and caught it. "Or I'm just extremely talented."
Percy laughed. "You're very talented Kol."
"See, Nik? Percy thinks I'm talented too," the original spoke arrogantly with a teasing grin.
Klaus huffed slightly. He got ready to make his swing at his golf ball.
Kol turned back to the demigod. "And Percy, I think you're very talented as well."
The daughter of the sea grinned, before walking over through the middle of the course to do their custom handshake.
With a small smile painted across his face, Klaus called out, "Percy, love."
She turned back to face him, waiting for him to speak. "What's up?"
"Can you please move to the side, away from the center of the course?" He asked softly. "I don't want to hit you."
She realized she was standing in the direct pathway of where they were swinging the golf balls. Percy laughed, "Of course, my love." She sent him a playful grin.
She stepped to the elevated ground off the golf course they were on, and turned back to watch him. Percy started cheering him on, "Woo! You can do it!"

His smile widened as he focused on the golf ball. He swung and the small red golf ball rolled into the hole.
The demigod cheered loudly. "Wooo!" She yelled out as she applauded him dramatically. After getting bored of clapping, she started jumping up and down in the air with her fists raised. "Yayyyyy!"
Klaus walked over to her and smoothly wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her close. A grin was painted across his face. "The dramatics are very much appreciated. Thank you." His soft British accent seemed to wrap around her.
"Anytime, babe." She sent him a playful grin.
Several feet away from them, Kol and Apollo were 'bonding.' The original poked the god's knee with the golf club, which caused Apollo to try to poke him back with his golf club. They continued lightly hitting each other with their golf clubs. Eventually the pair started using the golf clubs like swords, and began dodging and striking.
Percy laughed. Oh gods.
Klaus regarded them in amusement, before turning his head back to Percy and placing a gentle kiss on her cheek.
The sea green eyed girl smiled up at him, and leaned forward to kiss his cheek as well. She then grabbed his hand and they walked over to the next course. Instead of getting ready to shoot their golf balls, the pair just watched Kol and Apollo fight with their golf clubs.
Neither the original nor god was trying to actually hurt each other, it was just harmless sword fighting: golf style.
Percy laughed as the pair continued. "Hey, we're gonna continue playing, but you two can continue...this."
Kol and Apollo froze and both their heads snapped to her in sync. It was as though they each had the same idea at the same time. The next moment, each of them fumbled to race towards the next golf course as fast as they could, pushing and shoving each other as they went.
They know they have supernatural abilities right?
Kol hadn't used his vampire speed and Apollo hadn't used his godly abilities to further their chances at winning this new competition between them.
Oh my gods. This is entertaining.
They both arrived at the course at seemingly the same time, each of them stumbling over the other. Kol and Apollo looked up at Percy. "Who won?" They asked at the same time. Then they looked at each other, with playfully narrowed eyes, before bringing their gaze back to Percy.
A small laugh escaped her lips. "Kol."
Kol punched the air happily. Apollo shook his head in disapproval. "I'm the god of truth, I know when you're lying."
"You have no proof that she's lying," the original smirked at the god.
Klaus was incredibly amused by the situation. He spoke with a cocky smirk. "Except for vampire hearing which picks up on a quickened heartbeat when someone lies."
Percy gasped in mock hurt as she turned to the hybrid. "Why do you expose me, my dear?"
He simply grinned at her.
Apollo spoke up, "So, does that mean I won?"
"No, you got here at the same time. So," Percy shrugged. "You're both winners."
Apollo knocked his shoulder against Kol, causing the original to do the same. The sun god did it again, but then his expression turned to Percy. "Hey, why'd you say he won instead of me?" He placed a hand on his chest dramatically.
The raven haired beauty laughed and shrugged. "Because."
"Rude," Apollo pouted. He wasn't actually upset in the slightest. He and Percy messed with each other a lot. It's just what they do.

He shook his head like a disappointed parent. "I'm gonna steal all of the cookies at your house."
"You wouldn't." Percy gasped in shock and spoke dramatically. She couldn't tell if he was kidding or not. "That's a death sentence."
Apollo grinned. "Guess it's a good thing I'm a god."
"I hope you step on a lego, Sunny." Percy tried not to laugh as she made the playful threat.
"How incredibly harsh of you," Klaus commented.
Apollo retorted, "I hope both sides of your pillow are warm."
"I hope you step in a puddle when you have socks on." The demigod rebutted.
The sun god continued, "I hope you receive the polite scorn of a Canadian."
"Dam, that one hurt. I hope every table you sit at as an uneven leg!"
Abruptly, the two started bursting into laughter. Klaus and Kol seemed slightly confused.
Percy stepped toward the god and gave him a hug. "Sorry, Sunny. I don't actually want you to step on a lego."
He nodded and smiled. "I'm sorry too. I don't actually want you to receive scorn from a Canadian."
"They're just so nice," Percy commented.
He nodded in agreement. "I know."
Klaus and Kol watched the duo's interesting interaction.
Percy pulled away and looked at the golf course. Apollo followed her line of sight. He looked back at Kol and pointed at him with a playful smile. "You're going down. I'm winning this round."
The original grinned at the challenge. "It's cute that you think you can beat me. Good luck, darling, you're going to need it."
"And it's adorable that you think you stand a chance against me." The god responded with a teasing smirk. "I am a god, after all."
Kol took a step forward, the cocky expression not leaving his face. "And I'm an original, darling."
There was a wide smile on Percy's face as her eyes darted back and forth between the pair.
Danggggg. Are they about to kiss right now?
In an attempt to give them some space, she stepped around them and placed her ball down on the holder, before swinging her club. The ball stopped rolling near the hole.
Klaus did the same, and stepped forward to take his shot.
Apollo and Kol realized they were playing again. The god walked forward and placed his ball on the small mat. He got into position to hit the ball, but Kol made a loud sound the second before Apollo's club could hit the golf ball. The sound startled the god, and the ball ended up going in the opposite direction of where it was supposed to go.
The sun god glared at him. "That's illegal."
"No, it's not." Kol smirked as he stepped forward with his golf ball to place it on the mat as well.
"Yeah, it is."
"No, it's not," the vampire said tauntingly.
Apollo watched him get ready to swing. "Fine."
When Kol's club was about to hit the ball, Apollo created another distraction. It had a similar affect and Kol's ball ended up no where near the hole.
"Bloody hell," the original muttered.
Well, this is going to be a fun game of golf.
⇀⇀⇀⇀⇀
At the final hole, there was a thin plank of wood propped up, and at the top of the plank there was a small hole for the golf ball. If the ball didn't go up the plank of wood on the first try, it would fall down a small chasm that collected the golf balls.
As usual for the other courses, Apollo and Kol stopped each other from getting the ball in the hole. Klaus had missed his attempt at the final course as well.
Percy, however, was meditating in an attempt to strengthen her golf abilities before she made her shot. The demigod took a deep breath, got into position, and swung her club.
The ball went up the plank of wood, but right before it got to the hole, it fell off.
Dang.
Kol sent her a smile. "I heard they sell soda at the store inside."
Percy's eyes widened in excitement. "Really?"
"Really," he replied.
The pair did their custom handshake, before jogging towards the same place where they got their golf balls, in hopes of getting some soda.
The god and hybrid watched the duo jog away. Apollo smiled at them in amusement, before making a comment to Klaus. "She's pretty great, isn't she?"
Klaus nodded. "Yeah." His eyes stayed trained on the door they just disappeared behind. "She is."
The hybrid glanced over at Apollo, who sent him a smile. "Take good care of her. She's my best friend."
Klaus nodded. "I will."
Apollo sent him another smile, before gesturing to where Kol and Percy went. "We should probably go catch up with them."
The original nodded and they began walking towards the door. Apollo looked at him again, the corners of his lips rising. "And I think you two are good together."
The hybrid wasn't expecting to hear that. He slowly responded, "Thank you."
Apollo sent him another smile, before opening the door so they could find the two soda-obsessed beings.

Klaus and Percy sat next to each other on the couch. The hybrid leaned in and kissed her cheek.
A smile appeared on her face as she turned to look at him.
The hybrid pulled her closer and kissed her. Their lips molded together, and they each felt sparks from the kiss.
When they pulled away, their faces remained close. His forehead rested against hers slightly.
After a few moments, he began peppering kisses across her face. In between each kiss he said 'l love you.'
Kiss. "I love you." Kiss. "I love you."
Percy laughed softly, which caused him to smile.
Before either of them could speak, however, Rebekah, Kol, and Apollo walked into the room. Apollo was bonding with the Mikaelsons, especially Kol.
"Hi, married couple," Apollo greeted.
Kol grinned, "Yeah, hi, married couple."
The sea green eyed being sent a confused look at Klaus. "Why are they addressing us as married couple?"
He shook his head and shrugged. "I don't know about Apollo, but my siblings are idiots. It's impossible to know why they do the things they do."
Kol explained with a grin, "It's because Rebekah and I told Apollo about you two being all lovey-dovey, and how you two talked about getting married in a hypothetical wedding during our game of Truth or Dare."
Rebekah grinned as well, before bringing her attention back to the pair on the couch. "So what have you two been up to?"
"Nothin," Percy shrugged and leaned her head on Klaus' shoulder. Rudy moved from his spot on the couch so that he was next to her.
The blonde nodded, "Yeah, married couples usually sit around doing nothing, so you're headed in the right direction." She sent the demigod a teasing grin.
The daughter of the sea groaned. "We're not a married couple."
"That sounds like exactly what a married couple would say." Apollo commented.
Kol chuckled, "He has a point."
Klaus simply wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer. He didn't mind all of the commentary from the other people in the room if he was able to hold her in his arms.
Kol walked up to Rudy who was sitting next to them on the couch. The vampire excitedly greeted the puppy. "Hi, Rudy," Kol ruffled the dog's fur.
Rudy licked his hand appreciatively as his tail wagged.
The original vampire grinned as he continued giving Rudy attention. Kol began playing with the dog's floppy ears. The puppy simply licked the vampire's hand again.
He's so cute.
The original glanced up at Percy. "Can I keep him? Just for a little while?" His pleading eyes looked at her.
Percy looked amused by his request. Kol added, "I know how to take care of him. I'll be a great uncle." He lifted up Rudy's paw, "Promise."
"Hm. How long is a little while?" The raven haired beauty questioned.
He shrugged. "I don't know. It's already kinda late. Can me and Rudy have a sleepover?"
The demigod laughed, before looking at him with a smile, "You sure you know how to take care of him?" She picked up Rudy and placed him on her lap. "He has to go outside often, make sure he always has water, play with him, and-"
"He gets fed at seven. I know. I know how to take care of Rudy, I can be responsible sometimes."
The raven haired beauty smiled. Rudy rolled so that he was on his back, and Percy rubbed his tummy. "Okay," she watched as Rudy rolled back over so that he was simply laying across her lap. She gently scratched the fur behind his ears. "But he is my baby, so he better be treated like a king."
"Always," Kol grinned. "Do you doubt me?"
The sea green eyed girl shook her head. "Nope, I trust you." She glanced at Klaus. "Do you trust Kol with our son?"
The hybrid looked at her before bringing his gaze back to Rudy. Klaus nodded and reached forward to pet the puppy.
"He is a very cute dog," Apollo commented.
Percy nodded in agreement. "Yeah he is." She leaned forward to kiss the top of Rudy's head.
Elijah entered the room, wearing a suit as usual. He spotted the pair on the couch and spoke, "Oh, it's the married couple."
For frick's sake.
Rebekah chuckled. "We should play another round of Truth or Dare," she said as she sat in a comfy seat in the room.
"Oops, look at the time," the sea green eyed girl checked her imaginary watch. "I gotta go take my pet iguana on a walk. His name is Geico. He's gotta be faster than his gecko cousin who works for that insurance company. They have the same name so it's like a constant competition."
Percy thought she was brilliant at making up excuses.
Several people in the room chuckled. Apollo spoke, "You're horrible at making up excuses."
The demigod got off the couch after petting Rudy again. "What? I'm great at excuses." She gestured to herself. "This is pure talent."
"I think you're incredibly talented, love," Klaus complimented. He was still seated on the couch.
Percy sent him an appreciative smile. "Thank you, sweetheart."
She turned her attention back to the others in the room. "Um I gotta go water my microwave so that it can...grow." The demigod started walking away. She stopped walking to turn back to Klaus. "Do you wanna help me?"
The hybrid jumped at the opportunity to leave with her. He smirked, "I would be honored to help you in such serious activities."
She waited for him to catch up with her before walking towards the doorway to the room.
"Ooo are you two leaving to go make out?" Apollo called out teasingly.
Kol grinned, and added to the teasing as the pair tried to escape. "Are you guys leaving to go elope?"
For frick's sake.
The demigod grabbed the hybrid's hand as she walked faster. "Byeeeee."
They finally reached the back door and Percy led him outside. Once the door shut behind them she let out a deep breath. "Finally. Freedom."
"Finally," Klaus repeated as he stepped closer to her. There was a devilish smirk on his face.
The raven haired beauty's lips twisted up as well.
Klaus leaned forward and kissed her. The kiss deepened, causing them to pull each other closer.
The kiss ended and their faces remained close as they gazed into each other's eyes.
Percy gently caressed his cheek. "I love you," she whispered.
He looked at her lovingly. "I love you too," he responded just as softly.
A voice spoke from the window. "Do you think they know we can still see them?" It was Apollo.
Percy's head snapped toward the window, where several people quickly tried to hide.
Klaus simply stood there unmoving, thinking about how easily he could dagger each of his siblings.
"I don't think they know," Kol answered in a whisper.
Rebekah spoke, "You're both idiots."
The sea green eyed being shook her head. Then, she grabbed Klaus's hand and vapor traveled away.
➳⇿➳
They arrived outside of a beach house.
Klaus looked around in slight confusion. "Where are we, love?" The hybrid questioned.
Percy was already unlocking the door. Pushing it open, she replied, "My beach house." Once she was inside, she turned back to him, "You can come in."
He stepped into the house and wrapped his arms around her waist, after the door closed behind him. The demigod sent him a playful grin, "We're finally alone."
Klaus grinned and pulled her closer to kiss her lips. Both of them smiled into the kiss.
