It's dinner time and everyone are here. Once food was served, dad asked me, "So how was your first day principessa? "

I looked at him and smiled, "it was really good, dad. I was nervous before but everyone were welcoming. I even made new friends."

"How many!? " Dustin suddenly asked.

" Total 6, 3 girls and 3 BOYS" I answered specifically making my pitch high to annoy him.

Dustin look like he'll murder me and I just laughed. Even dad laughed a little.

"We have threatened them" Twins said together.

And Dustin looked relieved.

"I must say, you guys have really bad reputation" I snickered.

Noah laughed and said, "yeah, we are quite famous"

With this the dinner went smoothly.

It's not like I forgot the whole mafia and investigation thing, but I was really trying to distract myself.

Next morning, I woke up and like same routine, I went to school.

Twins parted their ways in hallway and I went to my locker.

There I saw Lily and Amy. I waved them and we greeted each other.

"So ready for a new day girl? " Lily asked.

"Yeahh" I said and we went to our classes.

It was with Amy and Emery this time.

We had pretty cool day.

Now was the lunch break and again I knew on what topic we were going to talk.

We were sitting around the the table again.

"So Elisa, did you find anything?!" Emery asked.

"Nope, I tried to but there were cameras and moreover the doors were locked and there were digital locks" I shrugged.

"Guys, I really think it's absurd. They are my family. I don't believe that they might be in mafia." I said sternly.

"You will know soon" Aaron said. And the way in which he said was suspicious.

Lily and Amy didn't say anything and Kai was absent today.

And just like that my time time school went pretty fast with my friends and till now I had completely neglected the idea of them being a part of mafia.

I was now going to parking lot since twins already told me that they have a practice and Ethan will pick me up.

As I was going, a boy went up to me and said, "hey, you're Elisa right, your brother is waiting on the backside not in the parking lot. "

He said and went back running.

I was puzzled. Why would they wait for me on the backside. I changed my route and started going towards the backside. As I was going, I was getting more and more paranoid. I stopped in my tracks. Ethan would have texted or called me.

While standing there, I dialled his number and as the phone touched my ear, it was ripped off from my hand. I turned around and saw 2 really scary guys. They stepped towards me and I turned on my heels to run but one of them held me and put a cloth on my nose.

I tried not to breathe in and struggled but eventually I saw darkness.

Ethan called me and told me that he didn't find Elisa. I was now on my way to school. Her phone was switched off. Dad was in meeting and his phone was off. I was starting to panic.

After so long, I was again feeling this emotion.

Fear

I have to find her. I was driving insanely towards her school just when I heard a notification on my phone.

It was from unknown.

I saw the address and took a U turn swiftly and sent the address to others.

I can't go to dad first and inform him, so I called the office and managed everything.

My heart was beating so fast with increasing car speed.

I can't lose her again.

I soon reached the location and got my gun ready. I went out of the car and started goin in the warehouse not before accessing everything.

I looked around and saw people hidden with guns. I was fully alert. In the middle I saw Lis tied up on a chair. There was a man near her with a knife and a glass of water. As soon as he saw me, he threw the water on Lis.

She groaned and woke up frantically looking around tears in her eyes but as soon as she saw me, she calmed a little and called me. "Ryan"

I nodded and again turned my attention to this man. My men were already inside the building and were taking care of the their men who were hidden, ready to attack.

This fucker doesn't realise that we're no. 1 in underworld for a reason.

"Who are you? " I asked.

He didn't say anything but slowly his knife went to Lis's throat.

"Hurt her and I'll fucking kill you" I screamed in anger.

Liz was staring at me with horror in her eyes. Not knowing whether the horror is because of the knife near her throat or because of my monster side.

Nobody hurts my family and I'll fucking kill everyone if I find a scratch on my family.

But this is still like a trap. It's too easy.

I signalled my men quietly and he dropped their dead men. For a second he was shocked and while he was distracted, I shoot at him straight between his eyes and Liz screamed and looking at me shocked.

Looking around and finding no danger, I proceeded to Liz to open her binds. I went near her and opened her binds and she suddenly stood up and took steps away from me.

Horror was written on her face.

"Yo-You people are i-in mafia? "
