I rushed up the stairs as soon as I heard Jamie's scream. I couldn't believe my eyes. Jamie's dad was tied to a chair. Dead.
"What the fuck is this?" She whispered. I didn't even have an answer for her or any words of comfort. I stared ar him. He was fucking naked. It looked like bdsm gone wrong; but why would they leave him like this? I felt sick.
"Jamie -" I started.
"Call the police," she interrupted me. I quickly dialed the police and explained the situation.
"I'm going outside," she said, disgusted. This is extremely heartbreaking. Two parents gone just like that. I know Jamie didn't care for her dad, but this still has to hurt. Who the fuck would do something like this? The police said they were on their way and I decided to call Gina.
"Hey Alex," she answered, "What's up?"
"Jamie and I came home to get some pictures of her mom," I explained, "Then we found her dad tied up to a chair. Dead."
"What the fuck?" Gina cursed angrily, "I'm coming over now."
"No it's okay," I said, "I know you have your family thing."
"And they're going to have to understand that this is important too," Gina argued, "Jamie is going to really need us more than ever."
"You're right," I whispered.
"I'll see you when I get there," she hung up and I sighed. I headed outside to meet a frustrated Jamie.
"Jamie?" I sat next to her on the porch.
"Can you just sit with me?" Jamie asked quietly, "I don't want to tall right now." I nodded my head and respected her wishes. I linked my arm with her and rested my head on her shoulder.
Gina's POV
"Is everything okay?" Grayson asked.
"One of my friends," I stood up, "Her father was found dead in her room."
"That's terrible," he stood up as well, "May I take you there?"

"Sure," I said quickly. We got into his car and he drove me directly to Jamie's. The ride was silent and I didn't feel like making conversation.
"Thank you so much," I gathered my stuff.
"Do you need me to wait?" He asked.
"Ummm," I looked at him before getting out, "I'll most likely get a ride home so no. Thank you for today, it was amazing."
"No problem," he smiled. I got out and rushed towards Jamie and I gave her a hug. There was police everywhere and Alex was talking with one of them. She gave me a small smile when our eyes met and I returned it.
"What do you want to do?" I looked at her.
"I would like to leave," Jamie said quietly, "but I can't leave Alex to deal with all this. I'm honestly just considering to have them both cremated." I sighed. This was all a lot. I don't know how she's dealing with any of this. I barely am and it isn't even my parents.
"Hey Gina," Alex came up towards us.
"Hey," I smiled and hugged her.
"Is everything sorted?" Jamie looked at her.
"Yeah," Alex nodded, "We can leave."
"Gina can you drive?" She handed me her keys and I nodded. It didn't seem like I had an option. We got into her car and I wasn't sure if she wanted to go home.
"Where do you want to go?" I looked at Jamie.
"I just want to go home," she looked out the window. Home it is.
Aurora's POV
I couldn't believe it. In the flesh, here he was standing before me.
"Leonardo," I whispered.
"In the flesh," he removed his mask.
"How are you even alive?" Tears willed up in my eyes, "Mom and Dad said you were dead."
"Well sister," he walked towards me, "They did leave me for dead."
"What happened?" I motioned for them to come sit.

"Mom and dad had a company similar to what I have now," he sat down, "but they ran things differently. Old fashioned. I failed to complete a job properly, and I was sent to be beaten to death. You knew nothing of this because you were still too young to learn about the company. I was beaten by henchmen. They thought that I was dead, so they left me. I was extremely close to it, but Sofia was lurking. She saw when they left and took me in. She nursed me back to health and I vowed that I would do what they love better than them." He placed his hand on Sofia's knee and she beamed at him.
My head reeled. Leonardo was alive? This is so crazy.
"There's one problem though," he looked at me.
"What's that?" I looked at him dubiously. There was several problems here but I awaited his comment.
"Your daughter is dating mine," he said.
We pulled up to the house and I got out silently. It's not that I wanted to be alone, I just didn't want to be coddled.
"Guys -" I started.
"We should watch a movie," Gina cut me off and I smiled. They completely understood this crazy situation and knew exactly the right thing to do. We got inside and I flopped on the couch.
"Do you have anything I can change into?" Gina pointed to her attire. She looked so cute in her floral dress.
"Check my drawers," I pointed upstairs. She came back down in a shorts and a vest.
"It feels so good to get out of these clothes," she sat down beside me.
"How was the date?" Alex asked as she joined us.
"It was nice," Gina smiled, "He was pretty cool and in love with someone already. He just did it out of respect for my family."
"That's wonderful," Alex smiled.
"So you're all ours," I looked at her.
"Of course," Gina smiled and planted a kiss on my cheek. Momentsater, the doorbell rang. Who the fuck is that? I got up and peeked through the peephole. Sid! I opened the door and he hugged me tightly.
"I'm sorry it's been so long!" He squeezed me.
"It's alright," I smiled at him, "It's so nice to see you."
What is happening?
"What do you mean?" I looked at him.
"Gina is my daughter," he sighed, "I tried to put her with Grayson but I'm sure she's in love by now.
"Oh my God," I closed my eyes. This was just too much for me. How was I going to tell Alex to stop seeing her?
"It's not a problem though," he said quietly, "I am adopted." I stared at him. I had no idea what to do or say. Adopted? I couldn't believe it. My parents made such a mess of everything.
"How is that not a problem?" I asked.
"Technically we're not related," he spread his hands.
"Blood doesn't make people family," I said harshly.
"It doesn't," he agreed, "but you won't have to make a big deal about them seeing each other. I am fine with it."
"How am I supposed to explain all of this to Alex?" I whispered, "This is such heartbreaking news."
"She will know when she is of age," he responded.
"Why can't she know now?" I looked at him angrily.
"She isn't of age yet," he explained, "If you tell her now, you will be violating the assassin code and you will be dealt with accordingly." I stared at him in shock. This is not the brother I remember. He seemed so cold hearted and sinister towards me.
"Why did you do this?" I sighed.
"I wanted to be better at them," he declared, "and I was."
