《Ryujin Imagines (gxg)》ten days (requested)

"Hello, baby!" Ryujin grinned as you arrived home.
She barely let you put your bag down and kick off your shoes before she was throwing her arms around you.
"I was wondering where you went off to. You just left me a note saying you'd be back soon. I was confused when I woke up. Very cold and lonely, too."
"I'm sorry, baby. I just wanted to go get something done."
"Oh, yeah? What would that be?" She wondered as she puckered her lips, ready to lean in and steal a kiss or two from your lips.
But you put your hand on her chest and said one word that left her in shock.
"Nope."
You started to walk upstairs and knowing that something must not be right, she followed.
"Nope? What do you mean nope? You never say that, especially when I'm about to kiss you."
"I know but you can't kiss me right now." You said as you sat at the foot of the bed, taking off your hoodie very carefully.
"What!? Why not?"
"Because I went and got something done that I've been wanting to do for some time now."
"Which is?" She questioned with her eyebrows raised.
"A lip blush tattoo!" You excitedly said but Ryujin just stared at you impatiently as she waited for an explanation.
You shook your head with a chuckle, finding her confused expression to be completely adorable.
"It's semi-permanent tattooed makeup. I've been wanting to get it done since I heard about it a few months back and I decided that today was the day to do it."
"Well, I'm happy you're doing something you wanted to get done." She said as a genuine and pretty smile pulled at her lips. "I'm sure it'll look good."

"Me too. I'm very excited about it!"
Ryujin was happy that you did something for yourself, something you clearly felt very happy about.
But one question weighed heavily on her mind; an extremely important question.
"Okay, so I can't kiss you right now. So when can I? Tonight? Or tomorrow?"
"Not exactly."
"This sounds like torture. You're telling me it'll be the day after tomorrow? Two days?" She asked in shock, thinking she had it figured out.
"Close! More like ten days."
"Ten days!?" She yelled in shock. "What am I supposed to do for ten days? I can't kiss you even once? That's awful!"
"It won't be that long, the days will fly by."
"Maybe for you but ten days without kissing you? I don't think I can do it."
"Well, you don't exactly have a choice. I can't do anything about it now."
She huffed and folded her arms in anger as you before you took her hand and pulled her closer to you.
"Baby," You sighed as you brushed your fingers across her arm.
"I don't think I'll survive."
"It won't be forever."
"It feels like it." She whined as she adorably stomped her feet on the floor and pouted at you. "It's not fair."
"You can still kiss me on the cheek or my forehead. Just not my lips." You said as you pulled her onto your lap.
"This is just cruel. I don't know how I'll make it through these next ten days." She grumbled and you just giggled, finding it adorable how whiny and needy she gets for you and your kisses.
"I love you."
"Whatever." She said as she looked away from you.
"Babe," Yiu whined. "Don't be mad."
"Whatever." She grumbled. "Just know that when these ten days are up and I can kiss you, I'm not going to be stopping. You'll lay in this bed as I kiss your lips for hours."
"Why would I ever complain about that? It gives us both something to look forward to."
She smirked a little and relaxed in your embrace.
"Okay." She said, smiling a little. "Holding you to that."
"You better."
She kissed your cheek as she prepared to count down the days, feeling more impatient yet more excited than she's ever felt before about anything.

A World With or Without Aliens
Nothing matters. It's not my opinion, it's a scientific fact. This is neither good nor bad, it just... is. I watched my entire country burn, fried on a patriotic pan after some jerk fired a bunch of nukes at the docile fleet of alien ships hovering over us. Who gave this moron such power? I don't know. Everyone involved is most likely dead by now. As for me, I can't die. I feel pain like a normal person would (I think), but no matter how terrible the conditions, I will never die or pass out. Fortunately, a lot of alien technology survived its crash to Earth, so I get to spend some time playing with it until Mr. Author gets bored and decides to screw up my life. Beware, this has a "harem" tag. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the main character and am therefore subject to this novel's timeline. While this bars me from the sweet ignorance of Chapter 1's me, it does have other perks... for example, I can tell you that heroine number one is personally responsible for kil-!? H-hey, back off! I'm your character, so if you didn't want me to be like this, then you should've written me differently! Randomguy here! In all seriousness, this novel is meant to explore the concept of nihilism as a post-apocalyptic/supernatural-scifi/satire told from a nihilistic introvert's first-person perspective. As you heard from my unsettled main character, each heroine is going to be a different type of horrifying socio/psychopath with dark motives and dangerous abilities (most of which are psychological). Why would I do something like this? Because I am, in reality, a nihilist who is often frustrated by weird things, like unrealistically dramatic stories, the industrialization of art (specifically music), and people who think swimming in brown creekwater for five hours is a "fun" activity. Don't get me wrong, neither me nor my character are depressed, we're just malcontents who make a lot of nerd references. I feel like the true essence of an "everything is worthless" perspective is lost on most pop-culture figures. The closest character I can think of at the moment is Rick from Rick and Morty, who is a drunk, angry nihilist that experienced tremendous loss. I, personally, find this belligerent state of mind to be very relatable, and have incorperated it into every chapter's introduction. Here, the main character talks directly to the reader (and me), shamelessly complaining about some semi-relevant facet of society, which probably doesn't make much sense... it's not really supposed to, though. These "angry nihilist" moments are just a peak into the main character's everyday existence, and also act as miniature rage-journals for me. It will sometimes take a subjectively 'positive' turn, but not very often. This is because reality isn't good or bad, "it just... is". I will eventually bring it full-circle to optimistic nihilism, since that seems to be a more practical way to live (and by "practical", I mean "doesn't create mental health issues"). It is, of course, a satire. I did this because most unnecessarily emotional moments or people usually make me feel kind of awkward, so I decided to mock them. That is, I plan to mock the characteristics about them I don't like in characters based solely off said characteristics. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my story!

The Brotherhood Archive:Crossroads(Revised)
All people great or small have a story - Patriarch Lord Theris'Heron Soletus, was on the verge of becoming a warden in the Dias Brotherhood until his father holds him back. It isn't one that test doesn’t test his physical strength, but his strength of character. He is paired up with a shy and traumatized boy name Mien. However, when Soletus’s resolve to help starts to waiver, Mien does something unexpected and Soletus decides that the boy deserves a second chance not as an act of duty but as a friend. Hy'Ruh-Ha is a what I consider a chronicle fantasy. It is a fantasy drama coming of age story inspired by slice-of-life stories I've read and watched. It is heavy on the slice-of-life and does move slow. It is low-stakes fantasy. This particular story is romance free.(2 out the of 4 is re-uploaded under this title) And if you are someone who cares, the POV character is asexual. Crossroad(formally labeled as the intermission stories)- is a novella collection continuing the tale where Hy'ruh-Ha. The collection as followed: Wolf- After spending several months in the swamp post, Oeric'Sheldmartin returns to repair the chasm between him and his son, Soletus. However, a ghost from his past comes to haunt him and could ruin the life he's made completely. Note: Wolf is a bit of a character piece. POV character is Oeric. The Priest and the Priestess- A novella written in the POV of Mien and then Kiao after a series of unexpected events that change their lives. Mien's POV- Mien has spent the last couple of years working not only in the infirmary but training to become a combat chanter as part of his penitence. Then one day, a drug addled elf comes into infirmary and changes his perspective of a friend and puts his knowledge to the tests to figure out a mystery effecting children in town. *Spoiler warning* Kiao's POV- Kiao spent most of her time in the infirmary living the same daily secret filled life and until Mien changed it. Now she has to figure out her future in ways she never thought she would. I'm going for a Tues and Thurs day schedule for the re-upload. I may or may not stick in extra days.
