It had been a little time after the whole Jack the Ripper case. Everything was peaceful in the mansion. The servants weren't doing anything dumb and Sebastian, and you were in Ciel's study serving him his afternoon tea. It was absolutely perfe—
"CIEELLL!!!" A high-pitched cheery voice called out. And irk mark appeared on Ciel's head.
"Sebastian, did you know of Lady Elizabeth's visit?" He asked, annoyed.
"I'm afraid not my lord," Sebastian replied.
"Lady Elizabeth?" You repeated.
"She is the Young Master's fiancée," Sebastian explained. You looked at Ciel and rose a brow.
"Well damn, ain't that a son of a bitch," you sighed. He nodded in agreement. Then the doors to his study were slammed open, revealing a girl with blonde curly pigtails and bright green eyes. She was also wearing a very frilly pink dress.
"Ciel! I haven't seen you in forever!!" She squealed while hugging the life out of him. You calmly walked up behind her and tapped her shoulder.
"If you could excuse yourself from killing my master, that'd be appreciated," you said while giving her a closed eye smile. She let go of Ciel and eyed you up and down. She then leaned in closer to you.
"Who're you?" She asked while raising an eyebrow.
"I'm Y/n L/—"
"Ooh!! I know!!! You're Sebastian's girlfriend!" She interrupted, looking between the two of you.
'Did she just assume?'
Sebastian's composure faltered just a fraction and you rose a brow at him. Ciel noticed how hesitant Sebastian was and smirked lightly. You got over your initial shock and cleared your throat.
"No, I am no—"
"It's about time you got yourself a girlfriend, Sebastian!" She laughed, playfully smacking his arm. Your brow twitched a bit.
'Is she... just going to ignore me?' You thought, irritated. You looked at Sebastian and noticed how uncomfortable he looked.

'Poor Crow.' You thought before sighing deeply.
"Lady Elizabeth," you called out. She looked over at you with confused hum. "As I was saying, I'm Y/n L/n, head maid, and I am not Sebastian's girlfriend. He and I are merely fellow butler and maid."
"Ohhh, I see!" she replied with a smile. "But you two would look so good together."
"We've known each other less than two months, slow down." You sighed, shaking your head a bit.
"Oh well." She shrugged. "Ciel! I'll be waiting for you!" With a laugh, she ran out of the office, leaving the door wide open.
"... ?" You tilted your head at where she had left. "Is she always like this?"
"Unfortunately."
"Eh." You shrugged. "Ah well, good luck with her. Excuse me." You bowed to them before turning and walking over to the open the door. You made sure to close it behind you. Ciel sighed at your departure.
"Did you find anything about her?" He asked while rubbing his temple.
"I found nothing about her in files and no one knows who she is," Sebastian replied. Ciel hummed in thought.
"Well, for now, go entertain Elizabeth," he ordered. Sebastian nodded.
"Yes, young master," Sebastian replied, but before he left Ciel spoke up.
"I'm surprised you haven't worked harder to find more out about Y/n," he said. Sebastian stopped and looked at him, confused. "I see how you look at her. You're infatuated." The both of them just smirked at each other.
"Perhaps," Sebastian replied before he walked out of Ciel's study. When he turned down the hallway, your head popped out from the shadows, eyes glowing a deep red.
'Oh, you sweet summer child.' With a grin, you slinked back into the shadows.

Elizabeth and Ciel were having lunch together in the dining room. Ciel on one end of the table and Elizabeth on the other. Sebastian and you were on both sides of Ciel. You would occasionally feel Sebastian glance at you, but you either ignored it or looked towards him also. Which resulted in the corner of his lip turning up.
'That's... creepy.' You thought.
"Y/n? Could you come here and tie this bow on my dress for me?" Elizabeth asked, breaking you from your thoughts. You turned your attention to her and saw her holding ribbons. Sighing quietly, you had to comply, or you'd have Sebastian on your ass.
"Certainly," you replied. You walked over to her, and she stood up with her glass of tea in her hands. You crouched down and started to tie the bow over the arm rests of the chair. Elizabeth pushed the chair back to step forward to make it easier, but she tripped on her shoe heel. She tipped forward and you jerked her back upright, however she couldn't keep the cup steady. The scorching tea went flying onto you, soaking into your clothes.
"Oh-oh my! I'm so sorry Y/n!" She exclaimed; panic stricken. She grabbed a napkin and tried to dab away the excess tea, but you just swatted her away.
"Don't worry, it was an accident," you quickly said, standing up. "I'll clean it myself. Keep eating lunch." You turned and started to walk away. As soon as your face was out of eyeshot, your eyes flashed a dangerous red. Sebastian could feel some type of energy come from you, but he couldn't pinpoint what it was.
~
Ciel and Sebastian were saying their farewells to Lady Elizabeth in front of the manor.
"Take care, Elizabeth," Ciel said. She nodded.
"I'll see you soon Ciel! Please tell Y/n I'm sorry again," Elizabeth replied.
"I will let her know."
Once the carriage left Ciel and Sebastian walked back into the manor.
"Young master, there's something that we need to discuss," Sebastian said with a frown.
"What about?" Ciel asked, stopping and looking up at him.
"About Y/n," he replied. Ciel nodded.
"Alright."
~
Sebastian and he were in Ciel's study to discuss you. For some reason you seem peculiar.
"So what's this about, Sebastian?" Ciel asked while lacing his fingers together.
"When Lady Elizabeth spilt her drink over Y/n, I sensed an immense energy spike from her," he replied while cupping his chin with his fingers.
"How strong?" Ciel inquired, confused.
"It was brief, but it was ultimately stronger than any other demon, reaper, or angel I've come across."
Ciel's eyebrows furrowed together.
"Hm," he hummed in thought. "But she doesn't show her power. And she doesn't have a demon scent or presence. So how is this all possible?"
"I don't know, but I will find out," Sebastian replied. Ciel nodded, trusting him.
"Alright, well you can go now."
Sebastian bowed before he left.
Ja ne!
