Ryan's P.O.V
"It's nice to see you again Ryan.", John said, holding his hand out.
I took it and shook his hand. "It's nice to see you too although it is under bad circumstances."
"What exactly happened?", John asked.
I took a deep breath. "I got news that Omega Dylan Tinn had escaped and was still on packlands. I sent some warriors to protect my mate, other warriors to search the land, and then the rest of the pack hid in the cellar.
I found Dylan's scent before it disappeared into a lake on the property. I got a mindlink before it was cut off and I felt some warriors die.
Once I got to the room my mate was in, both warriors were dead and he was gone.", I said, fighting back the tears.
"Can some of my trackers and I take a look at the room?"
I nodded. "Follow me."
I led them up the stairs and to my room. The door was shattered all over the floor. I hadn't gotten around to cleaning anything. All I did was bury the dead warriors.
"Did Dylan do this?", John asked, touching the shattered door and door frame.
I shook my head. "I did."
John nodded and hummed to himself while he and his trackers looked around.
"Holy shit.", one of his trackers said.
John made his way to the bathroom where the tracker was at.
"Who did this?", John asked with his eyebrows raised in surprise.
"My mate did. That's Dylan's blood on the mirror and the bathtub.", I said, feeling pride swell in me at how hard my mate fought.
"You said he was an Omega?", John questioned.
"Yeah. Why?"
"I smell Dylan's scent but the other scent isn't from an Omega wolf.

It's from a Tribal Wolf."
"That's impossible. They've all died out.", Blake muttered.
"I thought they all died.", I said.
John looked around. "Is there somewhere private we can speak?"
I nodded. "Yeah, just follow me."
We went to my office and I closed the door behind us and locked it.
"What's wrong?!", I exclaimed as worry filled me.
John took a deep breath. "The Tribal Pack was wiped out as many know.
Every year, one special wolf would have been born in the Tribal Pack. The Alpha position wouldn't be handed down to blood, but by that one special wolf that was born.
When the MoonStone Pack attacked, they killed every Tribal wolf except for the special wolf born that year.
The MoonStone Pack is the pack you took a few days ago.", John informed me.
"What does that have to do with my mate?", I growled.
John pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Ryan, you're mate is that special Tribal wolf that was taken."
Oh.
Oh!
"Does that mean that I can find him just based on our matebond?", I asked excitedly.
John nodded.
"Holy shit!", I yelled.
I searched for our matebond, finding the red string and giving it a little tug.
"Tug harder Ryan. Mate is sleeping.", Blake said.
I gave the string a hard pull and I could feel soemthing jolt on the other side.
"He's awake!", Blake howled.
"Colton? Colton, where are you? C'mon baby, answer me please!", I pushed through our matebond.
"Alpha Halifax? Is that you?", Colton asked groggily.
"Yeah, it's me! Can you tell me where you are?"
"I'm on Alpha Ki-", Colton started but was cut off.
"Mate is unconscious.", Blake whined.
"What did he say?", John asked.

"He said Alpha Ki before he got cut off. Alpha King. He's on Alpha King Micheal's packlands!", I said.
John's eyes widened. "Ryan, we need to prepare our packs. We have to go get your mate before it's too late."
"What do you mean?", I asked in confusion.
"Tonight is the Full Moon. Some packs will give a sacrifice of a strong wolf to the Moon Goddess so she will bless them!"
"Are you saying that they're going to sacrifice my mate?!", I snarled.
John nodded.
"I KNOW WHERE MY MATE IS! WE MUST GO TONIGHT! HE IS ON ALPHA KING MICHEAL'S PACKLANDS! GET READY FOR A FIGHT!", I screamed through the pack link.
The pack roared back and I ran out with John hot on my heels.
"We run to Alpha King Michael's pack! And then, we slaughter those who turned their back on us!", I yelled.
The pack yelled back.
"Are you with me?!", I yelled.
The pack yelled back at me.
"I said, ARE YOU WITH ME?!", I screamed.
The wolves roared and we shifted, running in the direction of Michael's pack.
I'm coming Colton.
Fight for me.

Limitless Adaptation
Jamie, 19, was walking into the kitchen for dinner when he suddenly found himself walking down a street in another world, a world with a game system. There, he meets a half-dragon, half-human named Adam, who faces adversity in most places, because of his parentage, and not long after they meet, the two of them are forced to leave town, due to Adam's beast nature. In the world of Tielmar, there are species of all varieties, a Class exists for nearly everything, and Skills come in quite a few forms. Jamie starts off with a Skill called "Limitless Adaptation", which supposedly allows him to adapt to any need, but is it really as powerful as it sounds? And more importantly - can it help him survive in a world where his first friend is a reject in all communities? Will Jamie, Adam, and the other friends and teammates they make in their journey find peace, allies, and love? Or will they fall to the powerful Adventurers that soon begin to hunt their team, to claim the bounties on several of its members, a bounty Jamie himself quickly finds on his own head? All of Book 1 is now posted, and Limitless Adaptation is officially done with the decision to rewrite. Credits for the cover go to me. Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.
