Jade's sobs were quiet but filled the air beside Bellamy's yells. She was bound alonside Bellamy with no means to escape. Bellamy kept pulling at his restraints cutting them deeper into his wrist.
The sound of the door opened and Murphy entered. He was shocked to see the state of Bellamy's wrist paying no mind to the girl crying in the corner.
Bellamy spoke to him hoping Murphy might help him get the door open, but the boy was protecting someone he cared for. He left the room soon after leaving them to their solitude.
Above the time was growing closer for them to face the clans but the door had yet to be opened. Nia paced the floor anxious at how Jade was doing below and if they would ever be reunited.
"They've made their choice, Octavia. We have to find another way in." Indra spoke to her as the time was running out.
"There is no other way. This one stayed hidden for 100 years." Octavia pointed out bringing the fact that they might not be getting inside.
"Then we should break it open." Indra suggested but the suggestion was no use.
"Then it won't protect anyone. Bellamy will find a way." Octavia replied confident in her brother.
"The black rain is keeping the clans at bay for now. But when it stops, and they find out what you're people did." Indra informed not liking the odds stacked against them.
"They stole the bunker. They're not my people anymore." Octavia spoke a little too loudly as a person emerged from the shadows.
"I wondered why Kane was stalling." Echo announced her presence.
Nia pulled her sword out and made a step toward Echo. They needed to keep this situation to themselves. "I'm gonna enjoy this."
"Nia, no." Octavia stopped her before she could deliver her first blow.
"Skaikru dishonors us all yet again. When the people find out, you'll pay for this in blood." Echo stated before going to leave.
"Skaikru wasn't the only clan that showed dishonor at the conclave, was it?" Octavia responded making Echo halt. "I know you were disguised as a warrior on the battlefield, and I know Roan caught you. I even know that he banished you for it."
"Is this true?" Indra asked allowed at the facts that Octavia provided.
"If the scouts check the Blue Cliff warrior's body, they'll find Azgeda arrows." Octavia supported her statement.
"And Roan didn't have a bow." Nia commented know that Echo's specialty was bow.
"Azgeda broke the rules. They should not have a place in this bunker." Indra said still disliking Azgeda after everything.
"Wonkru, Indra. I will not banish an entire clan because of one person's sins." Octavia announced applying to both situations at hand.

"What do you want?" Echo asked unsure why she wasn't dead at that moment.
"Only for you to honor your long by joining me. If you do, when Bellamy opens that door, my decision will stand. Azgeda will survive Praimfaya." Octavia replied to her knowing that she cared for her people's survival.
"Your plan is to wait? To hope Bellamy comes to your rescue?" Echo questioned in disbelief.
"Yes." Octavia answered simply.
"Knowing how he feels about both of you," Echo gestured to Octavia and Nia, "I'd say that's a good plan."
After what seemed like so long, Abby had made it into the holding area to look over Bellamy's wounds. There he was able to convince her into helping his open the doors. While Abby and Jade stayed back, Bellamy attacked Murphy from behind until the boy was unconcious. Together they exited the room and began to make their way toward the office.
Time worked against them as the group above were informed that the clans were on the move toward the temple. They glanced at each other uneasily before glancing back at the door. They were out of time.
Bellamy and Jade waited by the door and overheard the conversation Abby was having with Jaha. Suddenly it went silent and the door opened up allowing them entry.
Jade stayed with Abby while Bellamy hurried to open the door. It was a moment of hesitation on Abby's part making Jade step forward quickly. She pushed the button with no regret wanting to make sure her family got inside. Abby looked at the girl but she held a look of determination. If only she could have done that but the guilt of letting her people die seem to overpower her.
The sound of the door opening behind them made them then. The door was lifted and Bellamy came into view.
Relief filled them as they wouldn't face Praimfaya and they wouldn't have to face the clans after this betrayal. They would get a chance to live.
Octavia rushed forward and embraced him into a hug. He had come through just like she knew he would.
Nia sent him a look before he nodded his head back down the stairs. Jade was okay.
"Octavia, they're here." Indra informed when the delegates began to enter the room.
"We are one clan. And this is our home." Octavia told them in a strong voice but then she pulled out Indra's a word and held it to Echo. "Everyone except you."
"We had a deal. You said-" Echo tried to defend but was stopped quickly.
"I said you're people would live I didn't say anything about you." Octavia replied before whispering to Echo so not be overheard. "You can tell them we stole the bunker, if you want, but the door's open now, so."

"Be thankful knowing your banishment will be short." Indra commented siding with Octavia.
"Praimfaya awaits." Echo said confidently but Nia could tell in her eyes that death had frightened her.
"Welcome home." Octavia stepped aside and gesture for them to enter the bunker.
Once they had begun to enter, Nia was among the first as she hurried down to locate Jade. She found her in the office and the girl flung herself into Nia's arms.
"Mom." She greeted before tears began to roll down.
"Shh, it's okay, little one. I'm here." Nia soothed brushing her fingers over the girl's head. She sighed knowing that the girl was safe in her arms.
Nia sent the girls to wait with the others while they would discuss Skaikru's presence in the bunker. They gathered in the office while guards awaited their orders just outside the doorway.
"This facility won't run itself." Kane commented knowing the manpower that would be needed.
"We'll need to priortize doctors and engineers." Abby recommended knowing the importance of those positions.
"What about Raven?" Bellamy asked noting the distress call they had received from the girl before.
"Of course we go for Raven." Kane supported, Raven was a valuable assets that couldn't be lost to Praimfaya.
"You call this justice?" Jaha asked after he had been done looking at all the grounders that now occupied the rotunda.
"I call this making things right, thanks to my brother." Octavia replied not caring for his tone.
"You let this happen?" Jaha questioned Clarke seeing how taking the bunker for themselves had been her idea. "How many of us have to die?"
"You're lucky it's not all of you." Indra commented with contempt.
"Lucky?" Jaha retorted seeing how their chances for all of them surviving had grown slim.
"We have 100 beds. The other clans have all, have all chosen their survivors. We have to do the same." Kane paused in his speaking at the difficult decision they now had to face.
"100. We have 4 times that." Jaha noted but the information had no use to them.
"A pain all clans feel." Nia commented from her spot between Jaha and Clarke. Every clan had thousands of people and reducing that surviving number was difficult but the task needed to be done.
"Is this what you wanted?" Jaha asked Clarke in disbelief at what had happened.
"No one wanted this." Clarke replied but her words weren't all welcome.
"Wants got nothing to do with this. Skaikru gets 100 beds, Same as everybody else. Bellamy and Nia gets one of them. The rest is up to you. The Death wave comes in 24 hours. You've got 12 to decide." Octavia ordered reminding everyone of who exactly was in charge. But before she could leave the room Nia spoke up.
"No." Her answer short and left them waiting for her to continue. "I will not get a bed."
"Nia-" Indra went to speak to her but Nia didn't allow it.
"No, my girls get beds not me." Nia's demands simple and clear.
"Nia, Fox would be considered Skaikru and Jade just killed one of our guards." Clarke spoke to her but it was a mistake on her part.
How could Clark decide who got to stay in that bunker? She was not the champion Octavia was and she no longer had a say. Not to mention her comment only made Nia mad even further.
"Fox is not one of you, she's been Trikru since she began her training. She even bares our mark. And Jade only killed him because she was scared. You pulled her from her family and expected her to be quiet and obedient." Nia began to rant off.
But Clarke didn't get the message as she tried to reply confidently but her effort wavered. "There won't be enough room."
Nia pulled her dagger and pushed it hard into Clarke's neck. A trickle of blood began to make it's way down her neck. Everyone froze at the movement not knowing what she might do if they advanced.
"My girls get a spot and if I have to make their spots, I gladly will, starting with you and him." Nia spoke menacingly to her making everyone in the room tense under her tone. She would do that act without a doubt and it would make no difference to her.
After a moment of holding her there, Nia pulled back her knife and looked at the room. All eyes focused on her as if trying to analyze her next movement.
"My fight is over." She spoke confidently before turning on her heel and walking out.
Her eyes locked in on the girls down below and watched as they held small smiles on their faces. And in that moment she remembered Lexa's words. Her girls were safe, she had completed her fight.
Everyone was shocked by her last statement as no one said a word. A strong warrior stood before them and in that moment had accepted a fate without fear.
But to Bellamy it wasn't right. Her fight wasn't over and in fact should continue there with them. He couldn't allow her to do this to accept this fate when there was something that could save them and he wouldn't accept it. He couldn't lose the love of his life. Not then, not now.
