I was just in the kitchen talking to my mate kane when I seen precious run from downstairs, tears pouring down her face and run straight out the door.
My heart sunk as I realised the twins must have told her. I looked at kane who also noticed and tears poured out my eyes.
"he said softly.
"I said sobbing.
Just then xander ran down stairs going out the back door with xavier running on tour. My heart broke for them. I whimpered and kane brought me to his chest.
"He said softly.
I nodded my head while sniffling. Just then we heard 2 loud howls of sadness and I knew it was xavier and xander. I cried in kanes chest and he took in my scent.
Skylar ran downstairs and looked at me.
"She asked worriedly.
"kane said sadly.
Her face turned from confusion to sadness. She put her head down and sniffled.
"skylar whimpered.
"I said kissing her head softly.
"Skylar said crying.
"I said softly.
I ran. That's all I could do. I ran all the way back to my parents home and locked myself in my room crying. I felt so overwhelmed with everything they told me but I didn't feel scared of them. I mean it scared me at first dont get me wrong but I didn't feel unsafe with them.
It's been 3 days since then and I haven't spoken to anyone. I haven't gone to school. The only time I leave is when I have work at the cafe and that's it. I couldn't bring myself to go see them.
I want to know more. I need to know more but I feel ashamed for running the way I did especially when they helped me out so much. .
The thing is I have already fallen so hard for the twins and now it makes a little sense as I am there mate. But I want to and need to know more.

A click off the fingers snapped me out my thoughts. I jumped and looked up to seeing claire looking at me with concern.
"she said softly.
"I said smiling softly.
"she said softly.
My eyes widened in horror. I need this job. I don't just need it for the money but I love claire and jamie and not only that its the only thinking keeping my from going insane at the moment.
"I rambled.
She giggled.
"she said softly.
I shook my head in no.

She nodded in understanding. Just then the door chimed letting us know someone has walked in. I walked up to the till ready to serve them and froze when I noticed who it was.
Stood there was aria and Skylar. They stared at me awkwardly and I cleared my throat.
"I asked softly not looking them in the eye.
"Skykar said.
"claire said bowing her head.
When claire noticed I seen her she stared wide eyes at me.
Skykar said softly.
My eyes widened.
"I said shocked.
Claire's eyes widened now clearly understanding what is going on.
"Aria said while skylar narrowed her eyes at me.
I sighed but nodded my head.
We sat down at one of the tables while claire put a closed sign up and walked into the back of the cafe to give us privacy.
"Aria said softly.
I looked down and nodded my head.
"Aria asked. I shrugged my shoulders not really knowing how to tell them it's so I don't see them because I'm ashamed for how I responded to it all.
All of a sudden skylar let out a growl making me jump. I have never heard her growl before.
"she got cut of by aria.
"aria warned.
"she whispered the last part.
Before I could say anything else she carried on with tears rolling down her face as they was with mine.

Aria looked at me sadly before going after Skylar. I sat on my chair and sobbed. My heart felt like It had been ripped out my chest and i felt as though i couldn't breathe.
I could feel an anxiety attack coming before i felt 2 different sets of arms wrap around me. I could tell it was claire and jamie.
"claire whispered in my ear.
"I cried in there shoulders.
"claire said softly.
"I said sobbing.
"Claire said softly.
"I asked softly.
They seemed hesitant at first but agreed.
They told me about alphas, betas, pack, Lunas, mates and even rogues. Everything that I would have needed to know for me to understand. They also told me about rejection. That I could say I reject them but what it could also do to us all especially the twins.
I sighed but decided tomorrow I need to go to school. I cant always avoid them.

Follow Anastasia, the unlucky physicist turned wizard, as her reality gets turned upside down and she is plunged into a world of gods, magic, swords, and adventure. Short and sweet description, anything more would be a spoiler and I detest those. Now, what you can expect from reading: This is my first time writing, or better said allowing someone else to read that mess so don’t raise your expectations too much. Still, I will try to keep the story flowing, while also devoting as much time as I can to editing. In my opinion, the story is written at a faster pace than normal with time skips here and there. I will do my best to not allow the faster pace to ruin the story by using those time skips to raise the skill of the main character. I am mainly looking for feedback while I test myself in new and unexplored waters. I did put a lot of thought into worldbuilding and the magic system, it is something that has been mulling inside my head for years before I sat down to write anything down. First and foremost I am an engineer and not a writer. I will try to do my utmost to make the world logical and consistent, but sometimes I might not express that in a way that’s clearly understood. I have a rough outline with several possible endings, but the story will change and evolve as I do. But in case I have to stop for whatever reason, the story will get an ending. It will be done even if I have to send coded messages from a bunker. I am a big fan of the Dresden Files so you can be certain that everything mentioned will in most cases be used, with a few red herrings sprinkled in the mix. But that also means I will enjoy putting the main character through the meat grinder while I eat popcorn and laugh from my evil lair. Physics, and to be more precise electromagnetism, quantum field theory, general and special relativity are very interesting topics for me that I research in my spare time. That means that the premise of the story will be using that research to bring logic to magic. Stupid I know, magic is magic, but to me, there is no reason why there shouldn’t be a concrete set of rules there. But it is still magic and that allows me to play with some things that shouldn’t normally be possible. I will focus on evolving the main character and having her react as anyone normal would, from my perspective. There will be scenes of battle, gore, and sexy times, but I will not go into too many details, counting on your imagination to fill the gaps. There will be plenty of combat, even battles ranging from a few dozen, a hundred, and thousands of participants. I could go on but there isn’t much to say that would convince anyone to read, either you thought the title was cool or you liked the poster. Or not, but after several days in photoshop, that’s the best I could do. And the title was originally Sorceress with a Ph.D. The new one makes a little less sense but I like the ring of it more for some reason. I just hope someone enjoys what I write as much as I do.
