I'm sat in the kitchen talking to Skylar and cassie there Kim. Just then kanes there father walks in looking angry. I could tell he didn't even notice me at first. To be honest he looks really intimidating when he Is angry. Even when he is not angry but I have never seen him angry until now.

He tells the twins they need to talk so off the twins went. I won't lie I'm a little worried. I know that its not about me because well I could just tell but that doesn't mean I'm not going to be worried. Whatever it is I know its serious.

Even cassie seemed worried. I could tell she doesn't know what it's about making her worry even more. She was frowning while started to make some food. I guess when she is upset or feeling any sort of emotion she likes to cook to help her relax. I know this because I am the same.

"I asked softly.

She spun around and her eyes softened.

"she asked softly.

"I said smiling at her. She smiled back and 2e went and did what we needed to do.

A short while later the twins and there father came out. They was all very much tense. Not one of them said a word making the room fill with uncomfortable tension.

We all sat down and ate in uncomfortable silence with the tension all around. I shifted around uncomfortablely as did skylar. Cassie however just kept looking at kane.

All of a sudden kane growled.

"he gritted out to cassie.

"cassie said calmly back.

I noticed all the boys stiffen including kane.

Kane sighed softly.

"he said softly.

She glared at him and just carried on eating. I looked at the twins who also didn't even look at me or Skylar making me confused.

What is going on ? I thought to myself.

"Skylar asked softly.

"kane said softly.

I noticed how all the boys were getting more tense. I had this urge to need to know and see if there is anything I can do to help but I kept my mouth shut feeling this was not the best place or time.

"cassie said softly.

"kane said softly.

I looked at cassie who frowned. I could tell she was suprised as he doesn't normally tell her what to do unless it concerns her safety. Well that Is what she told me anyways.

"cassie said softly.

"xavier said suprising us all.

"cassie was cut of by an angry growl from kane.

"Ksme boomed making me flinch.

Xavier and xanders eyes looked my way seeing me flinch from the corner of there eyes. There goes softened and was about to put there hand on my knee when I shook my head no. I really don't like what's going on. Since getting to know this family I know they don't keep secrets and I know xavier would never speak to there mom like that. Something big is happening and I can feel it. However I feel we should know. And I really don't like how they are all talking to cassie.

I could see cassie was hurt. My heart clenched because she is just so nice and I can tell she feels as though they are all against her. However I also know that there is a reason all this is going on. This us not like them.

Cassie got up and walked out the room heading of to who knows where with tears down her face. Myself and skylar got up to follow her. Kand stood up until Skylar spoke up.

"Skylar said softly.

He looked st her for a while clearly hesitant but slowly nodded his head in understanding.

"he growled before getting up and heading outside. I looked at his figure confused.

"Skylar said softly.

I nodded in understanding.

"xavier said.

I snapped my head to xavier.

"he asked softly

I nodded my head and gave him a small smile.

"I said softly but sternly before turning away with Skylar and walking to where cassie head.

I noticed how they seemed stunned but also proud? I'm not sure though. Cassie who came out of nowhere looked at me with pride as did Skylar.

"they said softly at the same time.
