《Trick Or Treat || Michael Myers X Reader》Chapter Three

He slowly slid the crumbled paper towards me, I extended my hand and pulled it into my grasp.
I tilted my head as I examined the small doodle my friend had drawn for me.
It revealed a sloppily made stick figure, it held what seemed to be a bloodied knife, on the slapped down straight lined floor sat another rushed stick figure, with what seemed to be blood pooling around its skinny body.
I turned to look at my friend, before furrowing my brows. "What is it?" I asked, before my eyes returned to the eerie drawing.
My friend lowered his head to the spare paper, paper he had received in order to create his masks.
He grabbed ahold of a small and slightly worn down crayon and began scribbling on the paper, causing it to scrunch up a few times.
My friend seemed to let out a frustrated grunt overtime.
He slid the paper in front of me, I took it into my hands and flattened it out the best I could so I could get a nice view of the image.
My friend seemed to have redrawn the stick figure with a puddle of blood surrounding its frame, except he had added to it: a sloppy arrow pointed at the stick figure, the words 'Sister' written in capital words across the top of the paper.
My eyes widened, I looked at my friend; a look of confusion plastered on my youthful face.
"You wanna kill your sister?" I questioned, my friend took a moment- before nodding slowly in response.
"Didn't you already kill her?" I continued questioning, only to be interrupted when he slammed his pointer finger down on top of the paper, gesturing to the word 'Sister' at the top.
My eyes widened at his harsh movements, I stared at his masked face for a moment. Our eye contact refusing to break.
"Did you?- Did you have another sister?"
He nodded quietly.
"Okay..." I whispered, before carefully scooting my chair closer to my friend.
I stared at his hunched frame for a long moment, before I hesitantly leaned against him; resting my head against his shoulder.
I could feel his body tense at the contact between the two of us.

I allowed my eyes to flutter shut as I slowly lowered my hand to his arm, and traced it down to his hand- where I proceeded to softly take hold of his palm and hold it in my grasp.
I breathed out a sigh of relief when he refrained from hurting me, though I could tell there was something complex going through his mysterious mind.
I broke the silence, "I'll help you, Michael..."

I lost control of my body at the exact moment I saw the group of teens.
I threw myself forward and marched towards the gathered pack.
"Hi," I blurted.
The three girls turned, partially startled by my sudden appearance.
"Hey there?" One of the girls greeted, her blond hair looking quite fluffy.
I pursed my lips and smiled awkwardly, I held my hand out quickly before speaking: "I'm Y/n, sorry if I startled you guys," I tilted my head as I awaited a response from the three teens.
"Laurie Strode," The girl responded, leaving me to nod curiously.
My friend had two sisters, he killed one. But he hadn't killed the other, she was only a baby at the time.
"So- you aren't Angel?" I asked, attempting to find an excuse to bring up my friends sister. This triggering the girl to quickly shake her head. "No, i'm sorry- maybe I know her? Could you give me a full name?" Laurie questioned.
My eyes widened, "Oh! Yes, Angel Myers!" I blurted, eager for answers.
All I wanted was to ease the monsters in my friends mind, I would do anything for him.
The two girls who still had yet to introduce themselves quickly looked at each other, their eyes wide.
The brunette quickly looked at me, "You mean like- Murderous Myers?" She asked.
I furrowed my brows in confusion, "What?"
She bit her bottom lip, "The Myers family... Michael... Myers?..." She whispered, leaning towards me a bit.
My eyes widened, a grin forced itself across my face, "Yes! His sister!" I exclaimed.
Laurie seemed taken back by the fact I would think she was a serial killers sibling. "What?..." She mumbled.
The brunette laughed a slight bit.

"That's funny, we have no clue who that is," she explained.
The blonde with longer hair joined in, "Didn't that Myers guy kill his sister?" She asked, looking at her friends for an answer.
I butted in before any incorrect answers were made: "Yes, but he had another sister,"
The girls stared at me silently, before Laurie spoke up, "How do you know?"
I bit my lip, getting a bit excited at the thought of Michael- his large frame, that intimidating stare, his dark, empty eyes. Everything about him seemed to excite me in a way that no one else would understand.
"I knew him." The words rolled off of my tongue with ease, I had hardly even noticed I had said anything.
The girls quickly looked at each other, disbelief written across each individual face. "Yeah, okay!-" the blonde replied, doing nonchalant jazz hands.
The brunette snorted at her blonde haired friend before Laurie tilted her head, and cleared her throat.
"How?"
I smiled at the question.
"He's my friend," I answered.
"How?" Laurie repeated, raising an eyebrow with curiosity.
The three girls were growing a bit wary of me, I could see the concern slowly flooding their pale faces.
I had to come up with a lie, or else they would leave without a second thought.
No one likes the crazies.
"I used to work at the Sanitarium he's at." I nodded in content with my swift response, I plopped a fake smile onto my face as to seem completely sane.
The three shot glances at each other before Laurie reached her hand out for me to shake; since I had been completely ignored earlier.
I extended my arm outwards and shook her small hand.
"This is Annie," she gestured to the brunette who stood beside her, Laurie proceeded to turn to the blonde.
She was about to introduce her, but was interrupted by the unknown blonde herself, "Lynda," she stated, crossing her arms under her chest.
I stared at the two for an awkward moment, an uncomfortable smile stationed on my face- I could feel their judgment radiating off of them.
Laurie seemed to pick up on the tension building up in the store and quickly spoke up: "Tell us about Michael Myers!" She forced a bland smile onto her face, as to be polite.
The excitement returned to my body, I wiggled around happily before biting my bottom lip to keep from squealing from joy at the thought of my friend holding me close and touching me- oh, how I loved those thoughts.
I closed my eyes and inhaled a deep breath, before looking at the three teenagers.
"Michael Myers..." I began, my heart began to thump violently in my chest.
"He's odd, i'll tell you that. He doesn't talk, never has and I don't think he ever will. People say they've had bad experiences with him but i've had nothing but good ones with him," I paused, recalling so many little memories.
"I've seen some bad experiences people talk about in person, but whenever I was around him he did nothing. In fact, he kind of communicated with me!" I exclaimed, hardly noticing the expressions on the girls faces.
"He drew me things, he made things for me and sometimes he even talked to me," Without another second Lynda quickly called out my wording.
"But you just said he never talked?" She raised an eyebrow at me, earner and elbow to her arm by Laurie.
"Well- I don't mean actually talked to me," I rolled my eyes with a snort, shrugging in the process.
"He just... He did things to talk to me, and I understood. He wanted me to help him, he wanted me to talk for him..." My voice quieted for a moment, my eyes falling half lidded as a small smile spread across my face.
"Wow, i'm not one to judge but it sounds to me you're in love with a murderer!" Annie joked, a giggle slipping from her maw.
I glanced at the brunette and smiled, "No, unfortunately that's a bit frowned upon these days."
And with that, we continued our chat about Michael Myers.
With a few lies from me here and there.
But a chat nonetheless.
