Today he was finally going to be back home and I could tell you how much everyone was excited for his arrival but I'm sure not more than I. I woke up early as usual and did my usual morning routine I slipped into a two piece set consisting of a royal blue cropped tee and matching blue shorts that were high waisted and form fitting making sure my body and booty was S N A T C H E D. My hair was up in a pony tail with my bangs out, for the first time since I've been here I beat my face, a subtle natural glossy look.

Since the day I was let out my room I was barely ever in there, I would always be in the studio working on something new. I always made sure to attend breakfast along with everyone else even though I didn't eat much and I've gotten more familiar with everyone I've also spoken with Jack, we cleared up the air and decided to just keep it friendly and keep what happened on the down low. Everything around the house has been great and best of all I haven't seen Raven not once in the week. Really had me thinking if Lilly was telling the truth about Mason going on the trip alone.

I was on one of the private jets back home and I've never wished for 3 hours to come so quickly. The week was the longest and hardest week ever, I've been on these trips before but never have I ever been so uneasy and sick. I go on these trips probably once every 3 months to check up on my companies in the real world, it's one of the only ways we can afford so much property and also be the most powerful pack in the country in number, strength, and wealth but enough was enough and a week was more than enough I needed to be back home.

He was right I did miss her, everything about her and I needed to see her again I didn't care about how we left things I just couldn't bare to be away any longer, neither of us could. I hoped she liked the studio she better cause I spent a fortune on it just for her, just to please her. I can't wait to see her.

3 hours and 45 minutes later I was finally at the house my wolf nearly taking over to find the one person worth finding in this house at the moment. Lots of people already at the door welcoming me back but none being her. As we walked through the doors my wolf only became more impatient, Dustin and Lilly came to me welcoming me back.

"Where is she ?" I immediately asked

"Oh I've been great too Mason thanks for asking" Dustin replied trying to hide the grin on his face with a flat look

"Leave him alone," Lilly laughed playfully hitting her mates chest "she's in her sanctuary"

With a quick thank you and a couple of mocking from Dustin I was off making as little conversation as possible with whoever stopped me along the way. Before I even entered I could hear loud music coming from inside all the way down the hall, then they wonder why they have impaired hearing. Without further ado I pull open the doors and walk inside to be drowned in music the beat going off, I walk around the studio following her scent to find her in the main room her back turned to me as she took a shirt from off the racks in the back . She turned around not once looking up her focus on the shirt and fabric on her desk with a pencil in between her lips and measuring tape in her hands.

After my performance I stood up and as I was I caught sight of the man of the hour looking as fine as ever. His hair laying messily and his blue eyes watching me full of amusement, he was wearing a black suit that fit him well and a loose tie. I gasped and accidentally dropped the pencil that was in my mouth without even thinking twice my feet ran towards him and I jumped into his arms hugging him. At first he tensed up but soon his hands wrapped around my waist and hugged me just as tight. He smelled so good I couldn't help but to take it all in and damn did I feel better than I've felt all week.

A different song started to play making us let go of each other and I went back to the work station I was at shutting off the music on the iPod Lilly gave me as he came around to stand closer to where I was working, "what are you making?" He asked looking over at the stuff I had on my work station.

"I'm trying to make a double sided, reverse halter top but it's kicking my ass right now" I said picking up the materials

"Reverse ?" He questioned "you mean like you can wear it one way and then you flip it inside out it's a whole different thing?"

I nodded and bit the inside of my cheeks to keep from smiling, why do I wanna smile? "You've done things like that and that," he says pointing at some of the clothes displayed on the mannequins around us "but the shirt is hard to do? That's insane"

I giggled a bit at his reaction, "to be fair I had some help with that dress," i say pointing at one of the designs he pointed at

He gasped and raised a brow, "so it's not all you! Who you need to give their credit?" He said playfully earning a laugh from me

"Shut up," I said coming back from laughing "they're all my designs I thought them all up and drew them all up and picked out all the fabrics I just had someone sew it up for me I'm only human and there's so much I can do"

He had a faint smile on his face and licked his lips then he looked around, "better be all you cause I spent all my coins to get these designs, you know how expensive your clothes are?" He said shaking his head

I laughed again and I felt truly happy because this was the first time we've ever gotten along without calling each other names and saying 'I hate you' over and over and killings each other with looks. I wished we could be like this all the time, "I wanted to say-" we both said at the same time

He smiled showing his beautiful teeth but it lasted like ten seconds, "go first," he said nudging his head towards me

"Oh," I started looking down at my fingers that I kept fiddling "I just wanted to apologize for what happened, I shouldn't have done what I did even though it wasn't nothing crazy," I said emphasizing on the word nothing "it felt wrong from the jump and I should've trusted my instincts and stopped, all pack members are like family and shouldn't be in a game of cat and mouse between us"

He took my hands in his and pulled me closer to him, his touch sent a jolt of electricity through my body but it felt good and the closer I got the more my heart jumped. He reached up for my chin and made me look up into his beautiful blues, "you have nothing to apologize for love, since day one I've been nothing but a brut and a bully to you when you deserve better. I'm sorry for putting you through all I've put you through and the things I've said I realized that it wasn't fair for me to be be all upset about what happened when I you know what with you know who. You should be allowed whoever you want just as I am allowed whoever I want. I won't get in your way just as long as I don't see it or hear it and I'll do the same. "

I wasn't entirely ecstatic about his words and his apology don't get me wrong I appreciated it and I'm glad he did it but hearing him say that he still will be with Raven and him giving me permission to be with someone else hurt, just a bit. I didn't want that and that's not how this is supposed to be, I wanted him all to myself and I wished he would say the same to me but of course he still hates me. I looked up into his eyes and my heart snapped when I saw that he was being dead ass serious and that only confirmed one thing. He doesn't want me. I felt like crying but I didn't I pulled my hands from out of his and turned back to my station and he cleared his throat.

"I- I should get back to work if I wanna finish this," I said avoiding to look up at him at all costs

"Yeah of course, I'll leave you to it" he said moving from where he was and he started making way for the exit

"Mason," I called before he left. He turned around facing me and it hurt to look at him especially with how his eyes looked like they were melting, "thank you for this"

He gave a tight smile and nodded, "see you at dinner"

I decided to stop working on the shirt and go get ready for dinner that was in half an hour I mean it's not like I was actually working on the shirt anyway. After Mason came to apologize to me and it dawned on me that he's already rejected me I couldn't think anymore. I know we never got along but I was ever only a bitch to him cause he was an ass to me, I played fire with fire and I got burned. The first time I saw him I already knew something wasn't right with the way butterflies turned into a zoo in the pit of my stomach and his smile was contagious and all I ever wanted to do was be in his arms and held tight with him showering me with kisses. At the end of the day he was my mate and no matter how much I ignored it and denied it that was the truth and I only craved him more and more. But what's done is done and he already ended it long before it can begin.

I sighed and put my makeup brush down not feeling like getting all dolled up tonight I went to the shower taking a quick shower and changed into a plain black dress that crossed in the back. The dress was boring but I sure did look good as hell in it, it hugged me in all the right places. I slipped on black fuzzy slides to go with it also cause I still had an ankle brace i went back to the bathroom and let my hair down from the pony it was in all day adding moisturizer to revive my curls. Just as I was about to leave the room when I heard two soft knocks on the door.

"Come in," I said

The door opened slowly revealing Mason and my heart flipped, calm down bitch it's not that deep. He was wearing an elastic hair band pushing his half wet half dried hair back out of his face looking so fine, his stubble was freshly cut and he wore a basic grey t-shirt and dark jeans I managed to look away before he could capture me in his eyes. He stepped forward and closed the door behind him.

"What's up?" I asked going to close the closet door, I needed to do something, anything to keep from looking at him.

"I- uh I wanted to talk to you about tomorrow," he said

I frowned not quite sure what he was talking about, "the official coronation of the Luna,"

Oh, I see... he wanted to know if it was okay with me to say that Raven will be his Luna, I mean he's alpha he picks why does it matter to me, "I wanted to know if you-"

Before letting him finish I walked past him going to the door, "it's fine with me if you pick her, your choice" I said and walked out the door before he could even stop me

I trotted downstairs with Mason behind me I tried going down fast to get away from him not caring about my sprained ankle and nearly fell down the spiral steps but luckily Mason caught a hold of my arm pulling me up, "it's not a race love dinner starts with your arrival" he said

I ignored him and tried to go fast again but his hand on my waist holding me at a steady pace and making sure I don't slip again kept me at a steady speed. We got downstairs and walked towards the dinning hall his hand still resting loosely on my waist and everyone smiled and awwed at us earning a snort from me, if only they knew. Mason sat at the head of the table and I took my usual seating next to Dustin and Lilly and right across from the dumbass herself, finally she appears, is it a coincidence that she shows her face when Mason returns? I think the fuck not.

Dinner was probably the longest part of the day I really didn't wanna be there I didn't even have an appetite but I still engaged in conversations if and when I was dragged into them, "so tomorrow night is the night baby" Raven said smiling at Mason

He just nodded and his eyes fixed on me, "I've got the perfect dress, we have to match Mason we must" she continued and held his hand that was on the table. I picked up my glass of wine and sipped it trying to push the lump in my throat away and as I placed the glass down Mason pulled his hand from out of hers.

"What about you Autumn?" Dustin asked

"What about me?"

"What are you wearing? Tomorrow is a big day you know," Lilly chimed in

I shrugged my shoulders, "I'll find something in my closet it's not that deep," I replied

"Of course she wants to come in looking like something the cat dragged in," Raven said looking at me with disgust

"Ray," Mason said his voice sounding like a warning call

"Designer my ass she looks like -" before she could finish I saw Mason give her a look and she mouthed fine damn back to him

"Are you not going to eat?" Mason asked me looking at my untouched plate then back to my face

"Not hungry," I said my voice quieter than I intended he frowned and stared at me trying to decipher what the hell is wrong

Dinner came and went the tables cleared and people started going up to their bedrooms some coming over to wish Mason and I goodnight. Just as I was about to get up and go along with the others I felt the electricity shoot up my arm to my spine again, I looked down and saw Mason had a grip on my wrist and he wasn't about to let go. He motioned for me to sit back down and I complied not trying to start shit again and Raven sat their still staring.

"Ray you can go" he stated his voice hard

"Will you be coming up soon?" She asked

He nodded and she smiled at him but rolled her eyes at me, she was lucky I was trying to not be problematic cause I would snatch her up so fast she wouldn't even see it coming. She stood up from her place and tried to kiss Mason on the mouth but he turned giving her his cheek, she scoffed and stomped upstairs.

"Dumb bitch," I mumbled under my breath.

After she was gone Mason started to speak, "Are you alright?" He asked

"Peachy," I faked a smile

"You know if you just tell me what I did wrong or what I did to upset you this would be a lot easier"

"You didn't do anything Mason I'm not upset" I lied

"Then why can't you look at me?" He asked tilting his head a bit and raising a brow, I turned my head and looked at him and crossed my arms over me

"Happy?" I asked

"No I'm not." He said catching me by surprise "why don't you wanna be Luna?"

"You made it clear you don't want me as Luna now you wanna ask me why I don't want to be" I scoffed and rolled my eyes

"I never said-" I cut him off

"Yes you have countless times, and you said it again today in your "apology" and you even came to ask for my permission to give her the title," I said angry and hurt

Yet Mason looked completely lost a frown on his face, "when did I ever come ask you for permission ? I don't need anyone's permission to do anything in this house don't you forget I am Alpha,"

"Then Alpha pick your Luna cause this ain't it" I said

He sighed exasperatedly and took my hands, "can you please look at me?" He asked his voice an octave deeper and much more demanding but of course I'm a stubborn bitch and I kept my head straight

"Autumn look at me," he said his tone more pleading and he caressed the back of my hand which sent shivers down my spine

I turned my head and looked at him his eyes changed from the beautiful blue it usually is to a even prettier shade of grey mixed with blue earning a gasp from me. I've never seen his eyes change like this it only went from blue to darker blue never this gorgeous icy color. "You are so beautiful," he spoke his voice was deeper and sexier than normal

"You are and will always be my Luna Autumn the moon goddess saw to it i just wish you would stop refusing it" he spoke

"Your wolf..." I trailed as it dawned on me who I was speaking to. I remember reading that sometimes wolves come out not always in the form but you can tell by their eyes and the way they sound. Why has he chosen to come out now?

"My names Wen, and I would love it if you would accept being Luna tomorrow night "

"I do accept but Mason-" as if on cue his eyes changed back to Mason's pretty blues "Mason," I breathed

"Who am I to rewrite what the moon goddess herself has written? You're the true Luna love" Mason said

I nearly had a heart attack on the spot, I met his wolf not officially or anything but I still met him and then Mason himself said he wants me as Luna meaning he didn't reject me! Without realizing I got trapped in his eyes and was inching closer to him just as he was inching closer to me. My heart slammed in my chest beating loudly I'm sure he could hear it and we were merely inches apart when I heard smashing coming from the west wing of the house causing both Mason and I to quickly get up and make way for where the sound was coming from Mason holding me back keeping me behind him the whole time.
