Someday, we may come to regret not saying what we should have said, not feeling everything we could have felt, not living the dream we should have lived, and not crying when we should have cried, but even so we still hold it back. We may be cowards, and we may come to regret our actions later, but we will keep everything to ourselves, even if it is a disaster. We can wallow in self pity but It's too late for those dreams, feelings, and tears now.

Every chapter here contains words that I failed to say, feelings I have failed to express, dreams that I failed to pursue, and open letters I held back, dedicated to those whom I have once failed and those who will never hear these words from my lips.

I hope you all find a piece of me in this book as I write all the things i never said.
