Those three days flew. Right now I am trying to find what to wear. Scarlett sent me the location of the restaurant so I know where we're headed. It's a pretty fancy place so I need to wear something nice at least.

I decided on something more simple. I put on some nice beige trousers and a while t shirt with a more loose fit. I don't know if it will be cold today so I put a jumper and tied it around my neck. I like the color pallete so I decided on another colour to put into the mix. It's more of a burn orange colour and I absolutely love it with this.

I put on some jewelry and made sure to put on my best perfume. I couldn't make myself wear something else than my high top white converse. Those go with literally everything. I check the time and I should be headed there already if I don't want to be late. I ironed my hair and I didn't do anything too crazy with my makeup. I wanted it to look nice and natural. Or somewhat.

Alex is in a meeting and he'll come back home some time in the afternoon. I talked with him and he is excited for me. He wants me to take Scarlett away from Colin but we both know I am not doing that. He may be a bad person and all but I am no way in hell going to be a homewrecker. Yes I'll try to talk with Scarlett about everything but I can't promise anything will happen. I mean she and I have one of the most complicated relationships. I love her to death and she sees me as a friend. She also knows I love her with all my heart and she tried to sleep with me. She didn't say if she liked me or not so I doubt that she does. She cares for me and that is great. It really is. I just don't want to be only cared for. I want to be adored. I want for someone to look at me the way I look at her. If she killed everyone I ever loved I would only see the beauty in her. Maybe that makes me crazy. If so then I'm psychotic. I don't care. She is my favourite person to ever walk this earth. Even if I am not hers.

I arrive to the restaurant and find her sitting in a private table. There isn't anyone even close to her. I guess she wants privacy that bad. I walk to her table and she hears my steps. Almost like she knew it was me she stood up.

"Hello, Scarlett." I say and her face softens and she smiles sweetly at me.

"Hello Lena, how have you been?" She asks as I sit down opposite of her.

"I'm great. Thank you for asking. How about youu?" I say

"Oh I'm good. I am trying to deal with the morning sickness and all and it just sucks." She says

"Awh I'm sorry to hear that." I say

"Thanks. I just hate the hormonal switches I get. I remember when I was pregnant with Rose I had to film Avengers. That was not pleasurable but it wasn't hell either. It was so easy in the last trimester that I wish this one was like it too." She says

"Speaking of Rose. She is one intelligent little girl." I say

"Oh really?" Her eyes lit up.

"mmhm, she is one of the smartest kids I've ever met. I just can't believe you gave birth to that little ball of sunshine." I say

"Well I am glad you enjoyed your time with her." She says

"I did in fact. It was one of the best days I've spent in a while." I say

And with that my phone rings. It's Marcus.

"Do you mind if I take this?" I ask her

"Oh don't you worry. I understand."

I nod and answer the call.

"Yes Marcus?" I answer

"Hey Lena I need help." He says

"Now?" I ask

"Okay so Thomas called me to go on a morning hike and I don't know what to do or wear. I told him I'll be over there in an hour. Should I do my hair or leave it natural?"

"Wait wait wait waut, back the fuck up." I say and get up from my chair.

"Since when was this thing happening behind my back?" I ask him.

"Three months now. But that is not the point. I don't know what to do.That man hasn't seen me out of business casual like EVER." He says rambling.

"Relax Marcus. Take a deep breath and just be yourself. Thomas doesn't like you for your fancy suits. I am sure of that. Just wear whatever. You're going to get sweaty after all." I say quietly.

"Thank you Lena. I needed that. Was I interrupting you at anything?" He asks

"Don't worry about it. I'll talk to you later. Bye" I say and hang up.

"I apologise for that. It was Marcus. He needed something urgent." I say

"Hey hey It is okay. I have you now right?" She asks

"Of course." I say and she smiles at me.

"How's Alex? Where is he now?" She asks all of a sudden.

"Um, he's good, yeah. He's probably still in a middle of a meeting right now." I say looking at my watch.

"What kind of company does he have?" She asks

"It's a huge law firm back in England. It's their family business"

"So he doesn't run it?" She asks

"No, his parents do all the serious work. He handles promotion, expansion and their other assets." I say

"Impressive I may say. I like how you found someone so alike you." She says with a tone of uncertainty.

"Yeah, how's work going for you? Are there any new exciting roles?" I ask her

"Well I finished black widow already. I was planning on doing a project with Taika. He showed me an idea not too long ago and I liked the idea." She says.

"Oh I'm glad. I watched some of his work and I have to admit he is talented." I say

"That he surely is. I just can't wait for this one." She says

The two of us order our food and she orders only a salad. I am surprised because she usually eats something with tons of protein. But maybe it is this pregnancy thats changing her diet.

"Tell me. How was it meeting Queen Elizabeth?" She asks clasping her hands together.

"It was surprisingly.. nice. I chatted with her privately and she was very polite to me. I enjoyed her company." I say

"I watched the live, back when you received the medals. Chris sent over a link and mom and I watched." She says looking down.

"So you saw the whole thing?" I ask

"Yeah. I saw everything. I was so happy for you once they called your name up onto the stage."

"Well thank you. I was filled with anxiety through it all." I say

"It didn't look like it. You were pretty relaxed to me." she says

"Believe me. I was about to throw up after I got off stage. I was a shaking mess." I say

"You deserve the medals more than anyone I've seen that day." She says

"Funny. Alex told me the exact same thing." I say smiling.

"Oh, did he watch too?" She asks with a sudden darkness in her eyes.

"Oh, no he was my plus one. He sat next to me in the crowd." I say and with that her face falls. It seems I said something wrong.

"Thats.. sweet of him." She says forcefully.

"It really was. I asked him to join me only a few days before the event. I'm glad he didn't bail on me."

"No one in their right mind would bail on you Lena." She says

"I find that hard to believe." I say

"When will you accept that you are a wonderful human being who deserves only the best of the best." She says

"When you do the same." I say and her cheeks burn a deep red all of a sudden.

We enjoyed our food and talked freely for about an hour. After we finished I reached out and payed for our meal. She looked over at me and at my card and just shook her head.

"You and your red credit card." She says putting her own away

"Oh don't pretend I didn't win fairly." I say

"When will you stop paying for me?" She asks

"When I end up broke." I say

"So soon?" I just laugh at that and we exit the restaurant.

"Oh come on don't be so cocky. You don't have an infinite amount of money on your account." She says

"I don't." I say

"Now I'm intruiged. How big is your net worth?" She asks

"I don't know." I say

"Oh come on. Don't bullshit me. I know you know your net worth." She says

"I actually don't. Nor am I interested in that." I say

"Ooh you're that type of rich." she says standing still now.

"What type of rich?" I ask

"How much money do you have on you account?" She asks changing the subject.

"I'm not telling you that." I say

"Is it 500$ million?" She asks

"I'm not telling you that Scarlett."

"It's definitely over 700$ milion then." She says and I breathe out a sigh of annoyance

"Can you just drop it? How do you feel we take a walk?" I suggest.

"Sure. I'd like that."

We walk in silence until she speaks up again.

"Is it close a billion$ ?" She asks

"Scarlett!"

"What? I'm curious okay?!"

"I didn't tell you who I am because of this here." I say

"Like I care how much money you have." she says

"Clearly you do!"

"So what I do. But you're my friend now. I am simply curious." She defends.

"If I tell you will you shut up about it and never mention it again?" I say and she nods.

"Let's get ice cream first." I say and we walk into the ice cream shop. It is nice out and not too hot. And I can always go for some ice cream.

I don't know why am I doing this to myself. The only people that know how much money I have are Miriam and Richard. They know the heiretage I have and they don't give a flying fuck about it. We got our ice cream and sat down on a bench.

"Let me first call someone." I say and dial Miriams phone number.

"Hello darling." She answers

"Hi Miriam, you're on speaker by the way. I was wondering if you could tell me the new passcode for the family heirloom?" I say

"Of course. Richard! Could you please go and get me a folder from Lena's office?" She asks Richard and he says yes.

"While he's away. How are you? How's New York treating you?" She asks

"It's great Miriam. I'm actually out with a friend right now." I say looking at Scarlett. She smiles at me.

"Oh a friend? Silly girl you didn't even introduce me!" She says offended

"I'm sorry Miriam." I say

"Oh don't apologise to me. Apologise to them. I'm Miriam by the way." She says through the phone.

"It's no problem really. Nice to meet you Miriam I'm Scarlett." she says

"Oh Scarlett it's you! Oh finally I get to talk to you. Lena told me all about you. How are you doing?" She says and I blush from emarassement.

"Oh really? Has she now? How come I am just now hearing about you Miriam?" She asks taunting me.

"Thats probably because she doesn't like talking about her private life. I understand that Lena doesn't talk about any of us over here." She says kindly to Scarlett.

"She's my sunshine. I love Lena like I gave birth to her myself." She says

"I'm still here Miriam." I say

"I know angel. Here is Richard. Thank you for finding it for me."

"Oh trust me it is not for you." He says and I laugh at their antics.

"Can you believe this Lena?" Miriam asks offended.

"Oh thats Lena on the phone? Hello there sweetheart. How was the flight to New York?" He says taking the phone from Miriam.

"It was okay. Alex couldn't rest and so he kept me awake." I say

"If I knew he'd be like that I would have crushed some sleeping pills into his tea before the two of you went to the airport." Richard says and that makes Scarlett laugh.

"And who is that with you? I hope I'm not intruding." He says

"It's Scarlett. She and I went out to lunch today and now we're in the park." I say

"Hello Lena. I'm Richard, I wish I could have met you in person." He says

"Oh it is alright Richard. It's lovely meeting you." She says politely.

"Alright kids I'm giving you Miriam back. Before she starts biting off my calves for her phone. Bye bye"

"I am not that short. It just so happens you're tall as a door." Miriam says taking her phone from him. Scarlett looks at me amused.

"Did you find the passcode Miriam?" I ask

"I sent it over text message. I hope you have a wonderful day honey." she says and we say goodbye.

"That was interesting. Who are they?" She asks

"Oh Miriam is our maid and Richard is our chef." I say

"You have a staff?" She asks

"Well yeah. But we act like family. Richard and Miriam have been loving in that house for over 30 years now." I say

"Oh so wait. They are in your house right now?" She asks

"Yeah. They live there." I say and unlock my account while she eats her ice cream.

"I think I need to finish this before I see the number." I say and eat my ice cream.

"Why you think there is less?" She asks

"No I just haven't checked it in a while." I say

"Okay I'm doing it." I say and open the app.

Okay that really did grow. I didn't expect to see that number. I give my phone to Scarlett and watch as her mouth drops.

"Five bilion pounds?" She asks

"Yeah. That is what I was afraid of." I say taking away my phone.

"But how. How is that possible?" She asks

"It's mostly heirloom from my father and grandfather."

"Holy shit. You don't have to work a day in your life." she says

"Thats not the point though." I say

"But you can. I'm not saying you will. Oh my God." She says getting up.

"How come that...that sum of money never made you a bad person?" She asks

"I don't know." I say

"You live in a smaller place than I do. You even drive a normal car. How have you kept your identity hidden for so long?" She asks

"Charisma?" I say and she laughs

"You're something else Lena Adams." She says sitting down.

"What am I then Scarlett Johansson?" U ask

"My favourite." She says smiling at me and looking at me with her emerald eyes. I could melt right here and right now if she doesn't stop staring into my soul like that.

"It's great to at least come 3rd place right?" I say to lighten the mood.

"I forgot about Rose and Colin." She says looking down.

"I didn't." I say and give her a weak smile.

"Can we drive over to your place? I want to meet Alex." she says

"Sure let me just grab my things." I say and put my bag over my shoulder. We walk in comfortable silence to our cars when all of a sudden we hear camera clicks.

"Race you to my place." I say to her and run to my car.
