《Book boy [DNF]》[17] "The embarresment of fanship"

As the concert dragged on and inevitably ended, George had built up a pool of sweat. He pushed his glasses up his nose and used his hand to drag any drops of sweat off his forehead.
"That was so cool!" Niki yelled into his ear. She looked like she hadn't even broken a sweat, but if her crumpled shirt and messy hair was anything to go by, it would be a lie. "Their so much more vibrant in person! Did you see Dream, Sapnap?!"
George laughed, and slowly felt a hand grip his shoulder and pull him closer to a side, which with a toothy grin and ruffled words, laced with an accent, he realised who it was. "Well Lads, ready for the next adventure?"
"And what's that?" Tubbo inquired, standing next to Tommy. A hand ruffled his light blond locks, and then Wilbur spoke, "Meeting them, of course."
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that." Tubbo mumbled and only George seemed to catch it.
"What?!" Niki spoke, forgetting that it had ever been an option, while Tommy gripped his phone and typed in his password. "This is great, now we'll get more to tell the viewers!"
He opened up the camera on his phone and looked at all of them, "Selfie?"
"I'll take it for you, since your short." Tommy spluttered at Wilbur's words but let him have his phone. George tucked in Will's side, holding up a peace sign, hand on Tubbo's shoulder. The boy mimicked him, while Tommy grinned and threw his arms in the air.
The picture was snapped and Tommy took back his phone. "Thanks mate." He spoke, looking at it. "Damn, we look like shit."
"And you want to meet them?!" Niki looked up at Will who nodded and pulled the rest of them along, "Come on, before security thinks we're doing something fishy."
"HEY, WILBUR HAS DRUGS." Tommy yelled at the top of his lungs, but Wilbur placed a hand on his mouth, silencing him.
"You bitch!" Wilbur seethed, dragging all of them out of the concert hall and into the outside world, where they turned a corner and saw a long line of people.

"D'you think this is the backstage pass thingy?" Tubbo asked, and they couldn't give him an answer. "Lets ask-" Tommy began before Wilbur shut his mouth and moved to the back of the line.
"Nope, nope, nope."
"Oi, stop it introvert, you're pulling my hair!"
"Sorry."
George rolled his eyes at his friend's antics, and while they were spluttering and speaking, he had the right mind to ask the person before him. "Hey, excuse me- Is this the backstage pass line?"
The person turned around and nodded, a small smile on her face. "Yes dear. Are you a big fan of their's?"
To all his horror and shame of being one of those weird introverts that sat around all day watching others do things, he didn't reply. She giggled to herself and turned back to whatever she was doing beforehand. "Thank you."
George turned back to his friends, "It's the line." He told to them, who stopped cursing each-other's names the moment the words left his tongue.
"Do you think I can go and run to the bathroom really quick?" Tommy asked.
"Me too," Niki nodded towards the other.
"I think there's one just 'round there. Want me to show you?" Wilbur spoke but before they gave him an answer, he moved along. "Come on then."
When they left, it was only Tubbo and George, standing with blank faces towards the noisy group of crowded individuals. "You've met Dream before." Tubbo spoke and George nodded, turning towards him.
"Yeah, I have. Don't tell Niki, but I've kind of met the whole band before. If any of them figure it out, they'll lose their shit. Except for Will, I guess." George replied.
"Woah! The whole band!" Tubbo's eyes glistened when George nodded. "That's sick, mate! But why won't you tell Toms?"
"'Cause he'll use me for clout." George spoke back. "I swear, that kid'll sell me to the devil if he could earn a little more clout."
The two laughed at the claim, an exaggerated version of their friend that they loved and cared for. "Yeah, he would."

In no time at all, their friends came back to where they stood, and before they knew it, the line started to move. The group blindly followed, not knowing how tiny slips of paper worked wonders.
Before they knew it themselves, they had entered the backstage of the stage they had just seen. "Woah." Tommy spoke, snapping a picture of the venue.
"How do these work?" Tubbo squinted at the ticket strung around his neck for convince's sake. "You get to meet the band mates here, so like- The people, one at a time, get to go up to them and give them, or tell them, whatever they hell they want. There's certain rules, but other then that you can do whatever you want."
They all turned to listen to what Wilbur had said, and nodded in response when they understood. The found an unused sofa on the side of the line, and there they sat down and waited for whatever was going to go on, to go on.
Tommy fiddled with his backstage pass, Tubbo told him a story about his venture into the shops to find nicknacks for his room, Wilbur fumbled on his phone, half listening to Niki ramble onto George about how excited she was.
A lady came by not long after and told them everything they needed to know, basically everything that Wilbur had told them. She moved along, and before they knew it, the bandmates had popped out and began talking to their fans.
"Oh my gosh," Niki gripped his sleeve, and George turned his head. He overanalysed Clay, or rather Dream, standing back while Bad, and someone else he couldn't see, talked to a fan.
He snorted at the sight of his awkwardness, and gaze just barely brushed where they were sitting before it leaned into the fabric of their clothes and their pale, and tanned, faces.
"Oh gosh, he's looking. George." Niki hurried her face into George sleeve and the brunette laughed at her antics.
"Hey, we're going to go meet them too. You're just embarrassing yourself further." He poked a finger at her hair, and laughed when she told him to shut the fuck up.
Little did he know, Dream's gaze left them quickly. Tommy took another couple of selfies, taking a video as-well. "Hullo internet," He greeted, turning the camera to face Tubbo.
Wilbur made a face at the camera while George gave him a peace sign and Niki poked her face out only to grin. The fans and groups of people kept passing by and before long, if they didn't want to lose their place, they were forced to stand in line.
"Standing's overrated." Tommy cursed the shiny floors under his breath.
"You've peaked." And there, their brotherly bickering had begun, only to be cut off by Niki freaking out at the fact they were so close to them, it was unreal.
She gripped George's arms and the two jumped around in excitement. "We're here, of gosh we're here!" She giggled and Tommy suck his tongue out at them.
"You two are embarrassing." He spoke.
"Yeah, calm down. You're making everyone look at us." Wilbur shielded himself by putting his hands on the side of his forehead, however it didn't do much to serve him.
He was very tall, taller then most in the venue. He stuck out like a sore thumb in between healthy rows of fingers.
When only one group of people were infront of them, George couldn't stop laughing. He had Tommy knee him in his side, and when he fought back, Wilbur cheered him on.
"Oi, stop! They're right there." Tommy shielded himself, and George stopped, still grinning.
The group before them demanded pictures from them and when they got them, they got a hug from each of them, and then left into the endless opportunities this life represented.
And then, before they knew it, they were standing before the band two of them had adored all their lives.

A Requiem For The End
Yuga wakes up on a cold, frigid land entirely covered in snow. Where was he? Who was he? Neither of these could he remember but he didn't have time to think of it, he could tell danger wasn't far. A quick death if he failed to avoid it. It was fast approaching and much as he tried to escape, it quickly caught up with him. Luckily he had survived, but was he just lucky or was there something more to him.....? A Requiem For The End is a fantasy story set in a world.......well, quite different from most stories you might have seen (I honestly don't know how to better describe it). Early into the story (prologue) the world feels elusive because you slowly learn about it through the eyes of Yuga. As you read on questions may arise in your mind and mysteries will present themselves. The answers to them will come the further you read. I'd like to think the plot is a bit larger than the average and same goes for the world building. If you find this story intriguing then all I can say is - There's a lot for me to tell, hop on?
