Ranboo woke up sometime at night and went to get some water. His throat felt like sandpaper. He got up and out of bed heading to the kitchen to get a glass.
Agh, so tired.
It felt as if he was going in slow motion because he was still so sleepy. When Ranboo got to the kitchen he got a glass from the cupboard and filled it up quickly, chugging it down after it was full. Then he set it down on the counter. Ranboo stood idle for a little bit by the counter, still so sleepy he could keep his eyes open when he stopped. He turned back to head to his room but was confronted by a dark figure that seemed to have no eyes. Ranboo jerked back in surprise, falling to the floor. Hitting his head lightly against the floor, Tubbo walked in through the hall after to find Ranboo on the floor rubbing the back of his head.
"Oh, s*** are you okay?" Tubbo said, rushing over to help him.
Ranboo sat up, "Yeah, I'm fine."
"What happened?" Tubbo asked as Ranboo got up off the floor.
"It tripped." Ranboo said quickly because getting scared by a 'monster' sounded silly.
Tubbo looked skeptically at Ranboo, he had maybe said that a little too fast.
Tubbo shook his head, "Bruh, you gotta be more careful. You're gonna get hurt worse if you don't" Tubbo smiled, "Then I'll have to make a vlog about 'MY FRIEND WENT TO THE HOSPITAL'."
Ranboo glared at Tubbo and walked away without saying a word. Tubbo just stood there with a grin in the darkness of the kitchen. Ranboo looked slightly back at him.
Geez, he looks like that monster thing I just saw. Maybe it was his shadow.

Ranboo laughed a little to himself before going back into his room and laying down. He still felt a little sick from earlier.
=Morning the next Day=
Ranboo felt terrible, not as bad as the night he sleepwalked, but still pretty sick. He rolled over to his other side in his bed to face away from the sun.
Agh. I feel like crap. I also need some more water.
Ranboo rolled back over and got drowsily out of bed. Walking back to the kitchen to meet Tubbo.
Ranboo sat down in a chair next to the counter and crumbled up. "Water, please..."
"You screamed again last night." Tubbo said sleepily and handed Ranboo a glass of water.
"Sorry, I can't control what I do in my sleep." Ranboo said and drank some of the water, "I should probably look that up and see why it's happening."
Ranboo's throat felt tight too like it was harder to breathe or something. Tubbo sighed as he got himself breakfast.
"You look bad." Tubbo said, stating the obvious.
Ranboo looked slowly up at him and glared once again, "I feel 'Bad'."
Tubbo looked at Ranboo with a worried expression on his face. Tubbo looked Ranboo up and down and noticed his arm looked a little paler than normal. Maybe a little grey-green too, but not a super noticeably grey-green. That didn't look good, looked like he was one of those people who had been bitten in a zombie movie. Maybe they should go to the doctor's today.
Tubbo walked over to Ranboo to get a closer look at his state, "Your arm looks a little... Uhm...worrying."
Ranboo uncrumpled and looked at his arm, which Tubbo was looking at curiously.
It does look a little discolored, but nothing too alarming.
"Think we should go get you checked out." Tubbo advised Ranboo nodding in agreement.
Ranboo stood up to go and get ready, still feeling like trash.
