《Parallels (MCYT IRL-Ghosthunters-AU)》=RanBOO=

-Nope, forget it-
Ranboo closed the door to the bathroom and headed back down the hallway to his bed. It was still quite bright outside, even though the sun's orangey figure was sinking below the horizon. Ranboo didn't care about that of course, he was beyond tired. He slid into bed and pulled the covers over his head. Faced away from the fading light.
I really shouldn't have stayed up so long last night, that movie was already too long as it was. Ugh, think on the bright side Ranboo! At least since Hexis has been sealing the gateway there haven't been as many ghost attacks.
Ranboo sighed, "Alright, alright, think about something else."
Ranboo laid in bed awake for a while and messed with his phone settings. The moon was high when he finally began to drift off.
=Exactly 14 minutes later=
Ranboo woke suddenly, confused, why had he so suddenly woken up.
"What the h*ll." Ranboo muttered, rolling onto his side.
He was on the floor in the middle of the room. On the carpet, there was also something wet and sticky on his forehead, and on his hands. He sat up, squinting at his hands in the dark. He stood up, walking over to turn on the lights.
"Oh my G*d." Ranboo stared at the carpet in horror.
There was an outline of where he'd been laying on the carpet. It looked like someone had positioned him to be laid with his feet together and hand to hands to his sides. A red marker had been laid nicely to the side of the outline. On Ranboo's hands were strange symbols drawn in marker on his palms. Ranboo grabbed his phone, which was on his bed, and looked at his reflection on the screen. He had another symbol on his forehead, this one shaped like a pentagram, and over it was an X, the X drawn in some sort of ink. Ranboo threw his phone back onto his bed and rushed out of his room, and to Tubbo's.

"Tubbo!" Ranboo yelped as he opened the door.
Tubbo was sitting in his bed scrolling through his phone and looked up in surprise.
"W-what happened to you?" Tubbo asked as he looked Ranboo up and down.
"I-I don't know." Ranboo huffed, "But they did something, to me or using me, I don't kno-oo-ow.. Woah, I feel weird..."
Ranboo shook a little, swaying uneasily. He grabbed onto the door frame trying to stabilize himself. Tubbo stood up, putting his phone down so he could help Ranboo. But before Tubbo even lifted a foot, Ranboo fell unconscious. His hand fell from the door frame and Ranboo dropped to the floor with a thump.
"Ranboo!" Tubbo gasped in surprise, running over to check on him.
Lani arrived shortly after Tubbo had come to Ranboo's side.
"What's with all the noise?" Lani yawned, and upon seeing the two came to Ranboo's side. "What happened?"
"I don't know! He just came in here breathing heavily, with red and black marker on his forehead!" Tubbo told her, "He also said something about 'they did something to him'?"
Tubbo then realized, turning Ranboo over so that laid on his back.
"The spirits might have done something to him." Tubbo said, worry in his voice. "He did say they 'did something', I think we should check his room."
The two, headed to Ranboo's temporary room, leaving Ranboo on the floor. They examined the carpet, the two realizing what Ranboo had meant.
"Umm, he's either a sacrifice or a demon now." Tubbo said bluntly, as he looked at the carpet.
"What do we do?" Lani asked.
Tubbo shrugged, "Probably should see what Hexis has to say... But for now, we should lock Ranboo in a closet or something.

There was a loud bang, Lani and Tubbo looking back in surprise.
"Uh oh." Lani said the two raced back to where they'd left Ranboo.
Finding him curled up on the floor shaking violently. He looked like he was in pain, his hands covering his face, and clenched tightly into fists. Tubbo kneeled down next to him, keeping at a distance.
"Ranboo! Ranboo, calm down. Uh, are you okay? Please- please just calm down." Tubbo pleaded and looked at Ranboo not knowing what to do.
Suddenly Ranboo curled up tightly, shaking less. Tubbo watching, both hopeful and confused. Some sort of spikes ripped through the back of Ranboo's shirt down his spine. Tubbo and Lani backed away in horror. His fingers turned into claws, and Ranboo revealed his face, which now had a large toothy mouth that stretched farther to the left and right of his face than it was supposed to. His now long lizard-like tongue coming out of his distorted mouth.
"Hexis!" Lani yelled, Tubbo's eyes shutting almost simultaneously.
"A Demon, very strong, you'll need to knock him out somehow to get rid of it." Hexis explained quickly through Tubbo, then Tubbo fell limp.
He didn't fall over since he was in a sitting position. A few seconds later he woke up, taking one glance at Ranboo and getting up to join Lani in the doorway.
"Uhm, w-what did Hexis say?" Tubbo asked as they watched whatever was in Ranboo try to stand up.
"It said we need to knock it out to get Ranboo to normal again." Lani said, the two backing away slowly.
The thing that was in Ranboo was having trouble controlling its vessel. Lani and Tubbo were in the kitchen by the time it figured out how to walk. The duo grabbed pans as weaponry. Waiting for the monster to come looking for them. The thing came down the hallway slowly, reaching out at them with its claws.
"Come on! Can this thing go any slower!" Tubbo grumbled, the demon making Ranboo drop to all fours.
It then bolted towards them, Tubbo immediately regretting his words.
"F***!!!" Tubbo screamed as the monster lunged at him.
Tubbo tumbled to the ground, the demon opening Ranboo's distorted mouth trying to bite Tubbo. Tubbo kicked Ranboo off, Ranboo rolling onto the hard floor. The monster slowly pushed itself up again, Lani raising her pan to strike. But the demon dodged her swing and lept at her from the side. The demon growled as Lani dodged its attack, karma. Tubbo coming in with his pan and pushing the thing to the ground. Suddenly the demon stopped, shrieking in pain, and grabbed its head.
"H-h-help.." Ranboo stuttered, breaking through.
The demon shrieking again and dropping to all fours again.
"Tubbo, we got to hurry this up!" Lain warned.
"I know, I know!" Tubbo nodded, then raced towards Ranboo.
The thing was still not fully back in control yet. Tubbo swung the pan down at its head, but not too hard because he didn't want to hurt Ranboo. The thing collapsed onto the floor dizzily. The distortions returned to their normal state so that Ranboo looked like himself again.
"Holy s*** I'm glad that's over. I want to sleep for a month." Tubbo groaned, Lani nodded in agreement.
