-Happy Halloween!!!-
Ranboo and Lani sat in the backyard watching Hexis grow various plants, everyone was quite bored that evening. Nothing had happened for a couple of days, just pretty much the normal streaming life. Hexis turned to the two, who were still watching the last flower Hexis had made grow, and smiled.
"Yunno, I have a better idea." Hexis chimed and walked over to Lani and Ranboo. "Who wants to try my idea first?"
Lani looked over at Ranboo anxiously.
Ranboo shrugged, "Sure, I'll take a stab at it."
Hexis gave a very unsettling grin before grabbing onto Ranboo's hand. Ranboo, when he had seen their smile, had second thoughts but couldn't have reacted fast enough. In a half, a second Ranboo was yanked into the dark.
What the-
"So," Hexis said from behind Ranboo, "Welcome to the black scape."
"Where-"Ranboo began, but was unable to complete his sentence.
"Don't worry! You're not dead, just staring into space at the moment." Hexis assured Ranboo.
This isn't the void that I was pushed into when I got possessed, and I don't think this is Tubbo's either. This is cool...
"Here I can show you my abilities without opening rifts or damaging your friend's yard... Or my tree." Hexis explained, "For example, if I were to use 'Enhanced Territory' it would blow up everything within 5 yards of my tree."
Hexis then pointed with Tubbo's hand to a tree in the distance, the hill around it imploding inwards towards the tree and then shooting out in root-like shapes.
Wait, that tree and hill weren't there before. Was it?
Hexis looked over at Ranboo, "Oh this is like what people call a 'mindscape', it's in your head, but the real world's rules still exist here. Like gravity and season, oh and also death. That's why I did the explosion thing over there."

Ranboo stared at Hexis with a very frightened expression on his face, "I can die in here!?"
"Mhm, so can I, it affects quite a few different dimensions of this world." Hexis nodded as if they'd done this thousands of times before, which they probably had.
"Okay." Ranboo said, his voice thin and shaky.
"Any-who let's take a look at the ones that will be most effective to ghosts." Hexis said, "You'll need to know what to do if I use these in a fight."
Hexis then turned to a dummy that had appeared to their left.
"This first one helps with possessions." Hexis stated.
Then they shot a green glass-looking vine at the dummy, the vine phasing through the dummy and instead of grabbing onto a spirit that was revealed to be inside.
"When I use this, it sometimes grabs both the soul of the actual person and the spirit trying to get inside, it'll just knock the live person out for a while. They may appear dead to onlookers, just know they aren't, they're just in 'the void'." Hexis explained."The next one the living can't see."
Hexis then bolted towards the dummy and kicked it in the side.
"Woah," Ranboo watched as the dummy went flying, "That just looked like you broke all of their ribs."
"Yeah, both that living person is dead, and the spirit inside is separated." Hexis said as she looked at the dummy on the black floor. "I don't like using that one cause it kills the living person, but if it comes to that then..."
"Wait, that kills them!?" Ranboo looked at the dummy worriedly.
"Yep, but I don't use it unless the spirit inside has fully taken over." Hexis shook their head, "By that point the soul inside is, basically, already dead."

"Oh." Ranboo said quietly.
"And then there are a few hundred other ways to defeat different spirits, but my favorite one is when it's a lone demon. Watch this!" Hexis smiled and then turned to a new dummy with a red aura.
Hexis them lept into the air and drew a pentagram and a cross on top of it. The dummy melted before Ranboo's eyes.
"Holy- Jesus Chr**t." Ranboo's eyes went wide with fear.
Hexis landed in front of Ranboo then, "Don't worry it won't hurt a living being, only demons."
Ranboo felt dizzy all of a sudden, Tubbo's backyard appearing in a haze.
Woah...
Hexis laughed, "I forgot about how disorienting the return is."
Ranboo looked around, Lani was on her phone beside him and looked up when she heard Hexis's voice.
"Oh, your back." Lani smiled, "What were you two doing in... Wherever?"
Ranboo looked at Lani, Hexis falling back onto the grass.
"I'll explain in a minute." Ranboo said holding his head, "When I don't feel so... So dizzy."
Tubbo pushed himself off the ground, looking at the two curiously.
Tubbo smiled, "So, what did I miss?"

Noble
"Then, let joyous news be delivered to those who pass their lives in peace, For it takes only one twist of fate to throw their lives upside down And for those who unfortunate enough to encounter the whims of fate, Let it be reminded to them, that even their lives repeat a hundred times..." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lys Ravenlicht was no hero, nor was he a brave man. He was someone who had the better things in life and figured that he'd tread upon the path his late father had prepared for him as an appointed noble and a politician in his home country and he had no business whatsoever of being a hero. And yet, it took only one twist, one twist of fate, before all plans he had laid out for the rest of his life went down the tubes. Join him as he traverse the lands of Fymia, where the arcane had faded into the annals of time and yet persist in the most mundane of things. And as he found himself dragged deeper into a catastrophic series of events that would change his perception of the world, and the course of history for the world itself... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Author's comments: The story was meant to be a satire of the Japanese animanga tropes.... until it got out of hand to the point I'm not sure it's a satire anymore. I hope you can find enjoyment in it nonetheless.
