(Wedding Day)
"I'm not doing it!" I yelled to the other side of the door where my sister and Lexi and trying to get me to wear makeup; I don't have a problem with makeup, I just didn't wanna wear any today.
"Go to hell!" I yelled and then heard them chuckle, I'm starting to wish I was just in the audience. This wedding thing is a pain in the ass and so are my two sisters on the other side of the door!
Flashback
Lexi and I just arrived at the small church in Spike's territory, I looked over at Lexi as she pulled out the plans for the wedding; Yeah, ironically she is the wedding planner. I guess Spike trusted her with it more than anyone else, I don't know why she accepted; I plan on pouring wine on my sister's head at the after party. Lexi was extremely nervous though.
"Relax, It's not your wedding." It's the whores, I added in my head silently.
"I know, I just want everything to be perfect for them." She smiled at me and checked off something on the list as the bouquets arrived; She was excited too, she dragged me out of bed at five in the morning so we could get here early even though the wedding starts at noon, I wanted to kill her.
"You're very strange.." I trailed off as I gave her a calculating look.
"You just now realized this?" she questioned as she narrowed here eyes at a few workers goofing off, she takes her position in today's events very seriously..It's very scary.
"No, I was just confirming it." I smirked and stuck out my tongue as she playfully glared at me. I sighed and leaned on the hood of my car just watching events unfold, everybody working at the wedding was extremely nervouse because their boss, Lexi, was watching their every move. I'm glad I'm not one of them.
"Hey! What are you doing?! You don't just LAY flowers down on the grass! You put them in water! You know?! The magical substance that helps them NOT die you freaking idiot!" Lexi yelled and stomped over to the guys who were goofing off earlier.
I tried not to laugh, I really did; the guys looked like they were about to shit themselves..poor them. Wait! she is distracted! If I make a brake for it..she won't notice! I'm brilliant. I smiled to myself as I nonchalantly opened my drivers side door after getting off the hood. I put one foot in when I heard my name being yelled.
"Jamie! What do you think you are doing!? Huh? trying to escape?! too bad. Take your dress and start getting ready!" She pointed to the back seat and then turned to start yelling at a bunch of teenage guys who broke a couple dishes on accident.
"But! It's only eight!" I yelled but gulped and quickly ran inside when she gave me her death stare all the while I was recieving pleading looks from people who wished they were me, and not about to get yelled at; Whereas, I wished I was them wearing anything but a dress. I pulled open the church doors and looked around.
"Wow." I breathed, the ceiling seemed to be one hundred feet above me and it was covered in painted glass with a bunch of religious icons on it. "This is deffinately not Tahiti." That was one of the things Gabrielle always bragged about, 'having a wedding in Tahiti'.

"Excuse me?" I heard a voice ask as I looked behind me and the same two men Lexi yelled at were struggling to hold a two ton ice sculpture, I quickly moved out of their way and said sorry; Lexi would have my head if they dropped that because of me.
"Now, where to a dressing room?" I said to myself and made my way to the second floor then halalujahed when I saw a sign in scribble letters saying 'bridesmaid dressing rooms'
I had finished putting on my dress and curled my hair softly so it just touched the middle of my back, I smiled as I looked out the window and laughed when I saw Lexi yelling at a guy two time the size of her and he was saying sorry over and over again.
I sighed and looked at all the work that everybody was putting in to make the wedding for their Luna and Alpha perfect; It's strange, this whole day is strange. Everything is strange actually.
I unconciously touched the mark on my neck, Darius and I haven't fully mated yet, we just temporarily extinguished the heat; Darius insisted that we go on more dates since T.G.I Fridays months ago was our first one. I agreed.
Then my thoughts shifted to my sister, before she was a major whore but I feel like I shouldn't say that now; she's changed in many ways. She has mellowed out and calmed down, she is more mature now. Deep down I'm very proud of her for being who she is today and hopefully she stays that way.
"Jamie?" I heard the familiar voice of the woman I was just thinking about say from behind me, I stiffened and turned slightly from the window to look at her as she layed a huge wedding dress on a stool by the door.
"The dress looks beautiful, It should fit you nicely." I said as I half-smiled at her and gestured for her to sit in front of the mirror; Yeah, I was assigned to dress her and help her with what she needed when walking down the aisle. Naturally, the mother would have the honor of doing this but we don't have one so here I am..
"Thank you" she smiled timidly as she sat on the stool in front of the mirror and I plugged in the curling iron, I kept my focus on the curling iron to avoid the awkward silence.
"I'm sorry." I heard her barely whisper, I was shocked.
"What?" I asked confused as I took in her state, I grabbed a tisse to my left and handing it to her as I knew the waterworks were coming.
"I'm so horrible, you are my baby sister; how could I have done those things? I was so convinced that mom died because of you I thought you deserved what you got but it wasn't your fault you were just a little baby..a little baby Jack and I were supposed to love and care for but we were the worst of them all! I miss you, I feel like I don't even know you; I don't. You're like a stranger to me and your my sibling! Hell, Lexi knows you better then I do and she isn't even related; I get so jealous of her, I'm so sorry! You only know my favorite things because I made you listen to me, you went through everything without me! Your first kiss, your first break-up, your first date. I wasn't even there when you lost your first tooth! Or when you got your first boo-boo! I-I-I" Gabrielle was holding on to the table as she thought of more things she missed out on in my life.

"Gabs, calm down. breathe." I started breathing with her and kneeled down to her level as if she was a pregnant lady and she did too; soon enough she only had soft sobs and tear stains on her cheeks. I was even more shocked when she took me into a bear hug, I awkwardly hugged her back as tears threatened to spill; this was my first hug with my sister.
"I love you Jamie, I'm so sorry." She started to cry again and I could feel the tears through my dress, good thing it was black.
"You shouldn't be crying, you're getting married." I smiled at her as I pulled back and wiped off her tears; she just smiled gratefully at me and turned in her seat facing the mirror as I grabbed the, now steaming, curling iron.
"Tell me all about you" she said after a few moments of me curling her hair into a side bun and inserting a huge flower into the side.
"What would you like to know?" I asked as I looked up briefly meeting her eyes.
"Who was your first kiss?" she asked, ah now I get it; she wants to know the things she missed.
"Darius, the day he rejected me" I answered in one, fast sentence.
"Oh.." she trailed off and looked down at her lap.
"I used to think that I would be in this position unless it was one of those girls you used to hang out with; I used to imagine that your main color would be red and I would be sitting all the way in the back row on a beach somewhere in Tahiti, you would walk down the aisle looking beautiful. Then, I'd have nightmares of my wedding day; except nobody was there-" I stopped as I unplugged the curling iron "even the groom." I finished as I looked over at her.
"Who was your groom?" she asked, which was kind of unexpected.
"I don't know, I never saw him; I guess that's what it's like at fifteen." I shrugged.
"I'm-" she started again as she stood up and came over to me, I whipped my head to her.
"Don't! Don't say sorry, I know you are; but right now I need you to not cry and be a strong Luna for your Alpha because that is who you are now. You have changed Gabs-" I put my hand on her shoulder as I looked down at her slightly "I don't care who you were then; that bitch that you were died and you are a whole new wonderful person. I don't want to ever hear a sorry from you because this Gabrielle that I'm looking at right now did nothing wrong, this Gabrielle is my sister, and one very beautiful bride."
She cried tears of happiness and she hugged me, we must have stood there for a good thirty minutes before and Italian woman came in to do Gabrielle's makeup.
"I'll-" I started, I planned to leave so Gabrielle could get ready like she needed too.
"No! stay, please." she said reaching out to grab my hand, I nodded and took a stool and sat very unladylike on it; I hate dresses.
I stayed there even after the lady left.
"Mom is not here and neither is dad.." Gabrielle suddenly said as I was helping her into her dress, It was now 11:09 and the wedding was going to start in exactly an hour; I briefly stopped when she said that.
"I know, wait who is walking you down the aisle?" I questioned with a wondering look on my face, we have no uncles it's only Gabs, Jackass- I mean Jack, and I.
"I don't know! Oh my god! I'm going alone?! Who goes alone? Can you go alone? I-" Gabs started hyperventilating again.
"breathe." I said and again we did the whole prgnancy-thing-for-none-pregnant-girls-who-just-hyperventilate.
"Okay." she sighed and put her hand on her forehead in deep thought, then like a lightbulb her eyes widened and she looked at me "You!" she yelled.
"Me?" I asked confused and pointed to myself, I turned around to see if anybody was behind me and she laughed.
"Yeah!" she said extremely excited, I put my hands on my hips.
"Do I look like a dude to you?" I said gesturing to myself; "I'm wearing a god damn dress." I said and lifted my hands in the air and let them fall to my side.
"No, but..Pleeeease." she clasped her hands together and gave me a puppy face, I sighed.
"Fine..but can't Jack do it? He has a dick." I agreed but was still hopeful.
"He's is walking next to Lexi remember?" she said.
"And I'm supposed to be walking next to Darius." I laughed when she rolled her eyes and said he will get over it, I heard a gasp and looked over to see Lexi looking at Gab's dress.
"Oh my god! It's perfect! Absolutley stunning!" she squealed and circled Gabs taking a look at ever little piece of the gown "Who knew Jamie was so good with hair?" Lexi said and Gabs blushed.
"Jee, thanks." I said sarcastically.
"Oh hush," Lexi waved me off "Seriously though you look amazing." Lexi said and put her hand on Gab's shoulder and gave her a side hug and Gabs returned it.
"Thank you." Gabs said shyly.
"Jamie!" Lexi suddenly yelled and I jumped, "We have-" Lexi looked at her watched and cursed, I just now took in her appearance and she somehow got ready while in the middle of playing 'wedding planner'. "Where is your makeup?!" she yelled as she let go of Gabs.
"Oh..shit!" I laughed as I ran out the dressing room and across the hall to a supplie's closet.
End of Flashback
And here I am, yelling at them that I don't want makeup
"Come on, It will be light we only have fifteen more minutes until I cue the music!" Lexi yelled from behind the locked door to the supply closet. "I already let Darius know that you won't be walking with him." she finished
"How?" I asked confused, we don't have mindlink yet.
"I have an earpiece." she said nonchalantly; where the heck am I? FBI office or perhaps the oval one.
"Oh.." I said looking at the door like it was crazy.
"Jamie? You don't have to wear makeup if you don't want too, but can you please come out?" Gabrielle asked and I had to give in.
"Oh, alright." I sighed, as soon as I opened the door I had a soft mushy cushion on my face with powder on it. "Thanks." I said sarcastically as Lexi finished putting powder on my face.
"Hey, we have no time for makeup so I made do with what I got! Alright, we have ten minutes till I cue the music and I have last minute preperations to handle; You two are going to walk down those stairs and follow the red carpet to the alter. See ya!" Lexi yelled over her shoulder as she raced down the stairs.
"Huh, you do have red." I shrugged and looked over my shoulder as Gabs smiled lost in thought.
