At Pallet Town
After the funeral, everyone had gathered in a circle to share memories of Ash. Once they were about halfway through, they heard an explosion coming from the lab. They all started sprinting over and they could see clouds of black smoke billowing.
Gary was the first by far, and when the others got there, they saw him on his knees punching the ground in the middle of a small crater.
The others soon saw what happened. Right where Ash's Pokemon had been, someone spray painted, 'Thanks for the twerps Pokemon, they will help a lot! 😝- R
~Five Years Later~
I was sparing with my Lucario while Riley was doing the same with his.
I had passed him inn terms of power and skill two years ago, when we went to Cameran Palace and became recognized as true aura guardians by Queen Ilene, so we trained against our Lucario.
"Star-Starly" I heard as a Starly landed next to us, an envelope its beak.
I took the envelope from its beak, "Thanks Starly." I said, and it flew off. I take a closer look at the envelope and nearly fainted when I saw who it was addressed to.
"What's wrong Ash? Riley asked coming up to me, and then saw what I was staring at. "Well, seems like someone knows you're alive, why don't we read the letter?"
This its what it read:
Dear Ash,
Don't worry, no one else knows that you are alive, your secret is safe with me. You have no idea how long it took me to track you down though. Anyway, enclosed along with this letter are two invitations to the Tournament of the Score. I believe you will want to participate along with Riley. The tournament is in two weeks, but you are advised to come asap, because the rooms are first come, first serve. Anyway, I hope to see you two there.
-Scott
I sighed and turned to Riley, "Should we? I will have a chance to achieve my dream, but I have a feeling I will have to reveal myself, but if we don't, I could put Kalos, and the whole world in danger."
Lucario spoke up, "Master, we should go, I know you don't think you are ready, but this threat could become too big for us to handle if we wait longer."
"You know, your Lucario is right, and besides, and I am sure that everyone will be happy to see you." Riley joined in.
"Alright, why not, let's fly Charizard!"
"Come out Skarmory!"
~A few hours later~
Six figures were parkouring across roof tops in Lumiose City, unnoticed, but keeping an eye on the large group surrounded by the press below them. Out of the six, two were humans, both about six feet tall with capes flowing behind them and one had a scepter and was a couple inches taller. Two more were bipedal with jackal-like faces which were about six and a half feet. Another was a bipedal frog about seven feet. The last was a small mouse with a lightning tail just over a foot.

Suddenly, the one with the scepter stopped and turned to the other person. "Riley, look, there seems to be two people following them, and they don't look like part of the paparazzi." He then pointed to two women, the older of the two had a red coat with yellow buttons, red pants, a tall, black boots and green hair. The younger had brown pants, a pink tank, and a pink cap with a blue ribbon around it over her honey blond hair.
"You're right Aaron, we need to keep an eye on them, but they don't have a negative aura, so they should not give us trouble." Riley responded. "But we still should be on alert, I can feel something big will happen."
Just after he said those words, a massive flamethrower tore its way through the crowd surrounding the group of Misty, Gary, Tracy, May, Max, Drew, Dawn, Paul, Barry, Kenney, Iris, Cilan, Clemont, Bonnie, Korrina, Sawyer, Shauna, Trevor, Tierno, Alain, and Mairin, and Hunter and Dixie, the new Kalos Queen and Champion.
Suddenly the two women's eyes glowed a light blue and their arms shot forward, and the fire attack stopped in its tracks, with the same shade of blue surrounding it. Suddenly, all throughout the crowd, over 100 people took off their clothes revealing white uniforms with a red letter D on the top while at least twice that came from the alleys and all around. They then all released a wide variety of Pokemon ordering them to attack the group. The rest let out their Pokemon, and tried to fend them off. They were doing a decent job, and Riley and I were about to interfere when a Noivern came out of the sky diving, undetected except by me, to the younger of the psychics. Acting purely on instinct, I jumped right in the Noivern's path, and it raked its claw from my right cheek too my lower left abdominal. It easily tore through my clothes mask and skin, and I felt pain shoot through my body, and started falling face-up. I looked up and saw an aura sphere hit the Noivern, knocking it out. I felt Lucario and Greninja grab me and take me to a rooftop across from Riley, and set me down.
As Riley made his way over to me, as he was sending aura sphere after aura sphere at the grunts, and I was doing the same.
Once he got to me, we hovered our hands, glowing blue, over my scratches, and within a matter of seconds, the cuts turned into scars. "Aura healing is very useful." I remarked, and Riley nodded. By the time we were done, all of the grunts had dispersed.

I then took another look at my clothes, and realized their condition, "Dammit, I'm gonna need new ones, oh well." I said.
"Why don't we go back to the hotel, we can properly fix you up there." Riley suggested.
~After I finish repairing my clothes~
"You know Riley, that psychic that I saved reminds me of someone, but I can't place it." I said.
"Why don't we go see if we can find them and the group they were protecting. You might find some answers, and besides, it would be nice to see Brock, Dawn and Barry again." Riley suggested.
"I don't see why not, and I have a feeling where they might be."
I returned Greninja, and we then left the hotel and I led Riley to Prism Tower. My Lucario was walking beside me with Pikachu on his shoulder, and Riley's was walking beside him.
Many people stared at us due to our clothes, but Riley and had gotten used to it by now.
Once we got to Prism Tower, we saw the group with Sabrina and the other psychic.
We managed to make our way through the crowd and Brock saw us first, "Hey, Riley, is that you? And who are you with, and are you the people who helped us?"
"So to answer your questions, yes, I am the Riley you, Dawn, Barry know from Iron Island. The reason I am in Kalos is because Aaron and I are competing in the Tournament of the Score because we both recently became Aura Guardians. Aaron has been training with me for the past five years, and before we became full fledged aura guardians, surpassed my skill, which is impressive to say the least, considering I have had many more years of training. And yes, we helped you fight off those people, and Aaron was the one who saved the honey blonde psychic." Riley responded.
"I see... but Aaron, you remind me of someone I just can't place it..." Brock remarked.
"Does Sir Aaron of Cameran Palace or the Tree of Beginning ring a bell?" I asked.
"Oh yeah, May, Max, remember that?" Brock asked.
"Yeah, but Aaron, are those gloves and scepter Sir Aaron's?" May asked.
"Nah, it's a long story for another time, I'll explain later." I responded, but was curious about something. "Sabrina, if you don't mind my asking, who are you with, and did you two come to compete in the tournament as well?"
Sabrina look surprised, "Well, Aaron, the girl I am traveling with and whom you saved is Rin, and like you were training under Riley, she has been training under me, and also recently surpassed me."
I was taken aback, someone had surpassed Sabrina's skill in five years, that is insane, I remembered her skill when I battled her eight years ago. I didn't even beat her, Haunter made her laugh, and I got a badge for it. I still don't even know how.
"Aaron, may I ask, why did you save me? And also, shouldn't you be in the hospital right now, those cuts must be deep." Rin asked.
I figured this was coming, so I was ready, "You see, the Aura Guardians follow a special code, which putting the innocent before yourself, and, about the cuts, I can use aura healing, so they are all scars."
"So what can you do, like with your aura?" Dawn asked.
"Yeah, tell us!" Paul added.
"Shut up Paul, we all know you'd agree with whatever Dawn says." Gary remarked, making the two blush.
I then contacted Riley through aura and he nodded and we both smirked. "Why don't we show you?" I said rather mischievously.
"Uhh, sure." Dawn was confused at why we were smirking.
At that instant, Riley and I both went invisible, while everyone was looking around, trying to find us, but I could tell Sabrina and Rin knew where we were, but were playing along. I made my way to Dawn, and Riley Paul, and in my signal, yes, we could see each other, Aura Guardians can see other guardians, even if they are invisible to others, pushed them both into each other, making their lips meet, and they stayed like that for a few seconds, until the others realized what happened, and the girls awwed, and the boys whistled. By the time they broke apart, blushing furiously, Riley and I had appeared, and were leaning against a wall. I nudged him, and whispered, "You're next." He just glared at me while I smirked.
Dawn and Paul noticed us, and started to sprint at us. Noticing this, Riley and I shared a glance, and promptly hauled ass, yelling back, "Hey you know you liked it! Stop chasing us!"
We heard a very loud "NO!" Coming back to us and we led the in circles around the battle field, and the rest of the group was cracking up.

The Everyday Life of A Pathfinder
Pathfinders are people who are respected and revered, not because of power or might, but because of knowledge of the world. They are the peacekeepers between humans and nature. Guiding humans through the most dangerous areas known to man and killing any species which attempts to throw off the balance of the natural world. This is their job - and their passion. *** Note: This story is going to have a few generic elements in it, like fantasy setting, guilds, cursing and stuff like that. A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
