"Tell me you've changed your mind about prom Nadine. We can't go without you." Scarlett said and Elle rolled her eyes.

"What's your problem?" I asked her, in the least bitchy way possible.

"What do you mean?" She replied, holding her gaze onto the side of Jaden's face, Scarlett doing the same.

"Doesn't matter. Anyway, I am going to prom."

"With Felix?" Scarlett asked.

"For the last time Scarlett, it's Feonix. And no, he doesn't want to go, I'm going stag."

"You can't do that." Elle started, "That's just embarrassing. Find someone, all of the football team have talked about asking you." She said, in a not so 'I'm-trying-to-help-out-a-friend' way, but more of a 'I-really-fucking-hate-you-for-this' way.

"But I don't want to go with some random jock."

"Then go with me." Jaden said. This was the first time he'd spoken the whole night.

"As friends of course." He added, knowing I could never do that to Feonix, regardless of them thinking we weren't official yet or not.

"I guess it's better than going on my own."

Scarlett and Elle shot me daggers, but I don't know why they're pinning Jaden's fuck boy intentions on me.

So I guess that was final then, unless Feonix suddenly changed his mind, but I seriously doubt that would ever happen, as much as I wanted it to.
