Four years later

Athena's POV

"Mommy, outside. Let's go," Matteo said as he pulled me off of the couch. "Ok Bubby I'm up, I'm up," I said as I got up and we made our way to the backyard.

Four years ago, I was pregnant with our very first baby and that was such a blessing to me. About nine months later, on the 6th of the July, Matteo Cyen Knight came into this world. Three months later, we had our wedding finally happened and I was officially Mrs Knight.

Not long after, about six months later, I got pregnant again and nine months later, baby Diem Rain Knight was born.

"Mommy mommy mommy. Look look look," Matteo screamed as he ran to the trampoline. "Yes Matteo I'm looking. Jump baby," I said as I watched my three years old jumping on the trampoline.

"Mommy play with me," he said. "Okay Bubby," I said as I walked onto the trampoline and started jumping while holding Matteo's hand. Matteo was screaming in excitedly while I looked at him with a smile on my face. My baby is so cute.

Just then, I heard Diem screaming as he ran towards us. Diem is only a year old and he barely talks. He just mumbles words. "Hello Mr Diem, did you have a nice nap," I said as he came running and all in giggles.

Just behind him, Max followed with our little Cyrus Angelo Knight in his arms. Cyrus just turned four months old. "Diem woke Cyrus up with his cry," Max said after he gave me a kiss. "Mommy kiss," Matteo said pulling me down. I kissed him. "Such a sweet kiss, Bubby," I said as I squeezed his cheeks.

"Love, can you take Cyrus," Max asked me as Diem and Matteo wanted him to jump with them. I took Cyrus in my arms. "Hello Mr Cyrus. Were you difficult to daddy," I said. He just looked at me and giggles hysterically. "You are so cute. Do you know that," I said as placed kisses all over his small chubby face.

I looked up and saw the kids and Max playing altogether. I can't believe that is my family. I have the most beautiful babies and the best husband in the world. Just as I thought that, I saw Diem start hitting Matteo.

"No Diem stop. No hitting. Max look at your son," I yelled as I got up. "Say sorry Coco," Max said pretending to be angry. Matteo calls Diem, Coco sometimes and now it's like his nickname. Diem made his way to me. "No no not me. Say sorry to Matteo," I said pointing Matteo.

Looking down at Cyrus in the arms, I saw that my little baby was already asleep. "Daddy up up," Matteo said and Diem did the same. Max picked them both up and started jumping. The kids were laughing. They are adorable when they are not fighting each other.

After an hour of playing with the kids and wearing them out, we took all the kids inside. "Mommy mommy mommyyyyyyy," Matteo nudges me as I put Cyrus down. "Not so loud Bubby," I said as I took him of the room and into the kitchen.

"Coco what do you want to eat? Mac'n'cheese? Or pizza," I asked him and he just nodded randomly. "Pizza," I asked him pointing to the pizza box and he nodded. "Okay pizza it is. Matteo do you want pizza too," I asked. Matteo nodded as he went back to playing with his toys.

"Max can you get Matteo," I asked him as I picked Diem up and put him on his high chair. I put their slices of pizza on their plates and handed it to them. I tear the pizza for Diem and started feeding him.

"Max, it's crazy that Cyrus is sleeping without making a fuss," I said as I watched my husband feed our toddler. "Yea he sleeps for only half an hour. I'll go check up on him," Max said. As if on cue, I heard the little cries of baby Cyrus. "I jinxed it," I said as I pouted. "Mommy don't be sad," Matteo said as he tilted his head and pouted. "No baby. Mommy is happy. Finish your pizza," I said as I reached for his plate and handed him his pizza.

"Look who is awake mommy," Max said as he came back in the kitchen with a grumpy little Cyrus in his arms. "Oh no, why are you so grumpy my little chunky bunny," I said as I looked at Cyrus and kissed his chubby cheeks.

Suddenly Diem started crying. "What happened Coco? Did you hit him Matteo," I asked him and he shook his head. "Ni ni," Diem mumbled as he scrunched his face with his fist. Oh he must want to go take a nap.

"You want to take a nap, Diem. Okay we will go in a minute," I said as I wiped his tears away. "Daddy I wanna watch Moana," he said as he tried to get out of his high chair. "Finish your pizza first champ," Max said as he bounce with Cyrus in his arm.

"All done mommy. All done. All done mommy," Matteo said repeatedly. "Okay Bubby," I said as I got him off of his chair. Diem was also over with his food so I wiped his mouth and picked him up and made our way to his room.

Fifteen minutes later, I came out of Diem's room as he was already asleep as it was his nap time. Walking into the living room, I saw Matteo looking at his little baby brother. "Boy why is your shirt off," I asked Matteo who was now standing.

"Mommy mommy look it's Moana," Matteo said trying to avoid the question. "Gentle, Bubby gentle," I said as I watched him stroke Cyrus' head. "Don't be loud Bubby. Daddy is sleeping," I said as I saw Max sleeping with a giggly Cyrus in his arms. I took out my phone and took a picture of them. They look so precious.

His sleep didn't last long as he woke up a few minutes later but Cyrus then fell asleep. "Bubby, you can go put him in his crib," I said as I looked for Matteo. Matteo was now being a good boy and was watching a movie calmly.

A few minutes later, Max came out of the room and joined me and Matteo in the living room. "You look tired Bubby," I told Max as I played with his hair. "It's not that bad, Love. I still can't believe that we have been married for only three years and we already have three kids," Max said.

I couldn't help but smile at his statement. "We made beautiful babies. I can't believe that we made those little human beings with such different personalities," I said as I nearly started tearing up. "Yea but they definitely drive me crazy sometimes. You know we can get nannies for them. It would be of great help," Max said as he cuddled with me.

"Well Bubby, I just want to bring up my kids by myself. I don't want them to be handled by a stranger. Besides I like being a stay at home mom. I can handle it," I said as I snuggled into his chest. "Mommy moooommyyyyy mommy momyyyyy look it's Hayhay," Matteo kept on saying. "Yes Bubby it's Hayhay," I said. He gets entertained so easily.

"I love you. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful family," Max said as he kiss me passionately. "I love you too Bubby," I said as I squeezed his cheeks. "I love you too Mommy," Matteo said as he came and joined us on the couch. Aww he is precious, my little baby. "Mommy loves you so much Bubby," I said as I cupped Matteo's face and gave him a small kiss.

I am so happy to be a mom. I feel so blessed having all this joy in my life. On top of that I have Max who is such a great dad and husband. I honestly think I wouldn't be able to handle all of our boys without him. Sometimes I feel like this is all a dream that I wish I never want to wake up from.
