I've seen people wake up at 3:30 and workout before working double shifts.

I've seen beautiful relationship from people who said they weren't ready but still committed to the person who came in their life's on the wrong time.

I've seen parents that cried their eyes out because they found out they were pregnant and couldn't afford to raise children.

But still chose to have those twins and now they have a healthy loving family.

Do you know what made those people fight against every hardship they had?

It was EFFORT my dear.

Day in and day out they fought and fought until they saw the change they wanted to see.

Some people say: "to have change, you have to invite chaos to make you want it even harder"

All those people above made those changes...really had it tough.

But that didn't stop them for a change.

Today's lesson is to never look down on yourself for the struggles and chaos in your life.

We all struggle differently, and no one really knows what's going on until they actually tell you their problems.

Be kind to yourself, but acknowledge the effort you put in, so that the change you make in life actually takes you closer to your destination.
