《Piper Pan Never Fails ✓ [OUAT Peter Pan x Reader]》Not A Bit Of Guilt

Me and Peter suddenly reappeared in his treehouse. He let go of my arms.
"Sorry..." He grumpily murmured.
I was shocked at his sudden change of mood.
"Apology not accepted!" I snapped. "Your first mistake wasn't even forgiven and you come along and make another one?!"
Peter looked at me.
"What is up with you?" I asked. "Why are you hiding me from others?"
Peter didn't say anything. This was turning out just like our previous argument.
"You...y-" I stuttered. I can't go on any further.
I broke down right there on the spot.
I fell to the floor and hugged my knees. I sobbed like there was no tomorrow. Practically soaking the wooden floor.
I heard soft footsteps and felt Peter take me into his arms. He rested my head against his chest.
I could feel him breathing, the slow rise and fall of his chest was calming, but I didn't feel like that right now.
Peter held me tight, as if he was afraid he'd lose me if he loosened his hold. I cried into his shirt.
I don't know what made me do it, especially since we haven't made up, but I just couldn't resist his arms.
I felt home. I felt happy.
Then I remembered my deal with Piper.
"I have to go somewhere." I murmured and used my magic.
Poof. I was out of his arms. I reappeared on the shores of Neverland.
Taking the shell out of my pocket, I threw it into the sea as far as I could.
No more turning back from that. Tomorrow, I'm burying that box.
As the Lost Boys were dancing around the fire, I peacefully ate my dinner on a nearby log, watching them.
A hand grabbed my shoulder.
"Thought I'd find you here." Piper said from behind me.

"What do you want?" I asked and swallowed my food.
"What is it with people these days?" Piper asked herself. "Every time I pay them a visit, they always assume I want something from them."
"Well, don't you?" I turned around and looked at her.
Piper looked at me and took a seat in the log. "No."
"Well, whatever your reason is, just please go on." I rolled my eyes and looked back at my food.
"Actually, I wanted something." Piper admitted.
I had a sour look on my face and dropped my plate on the dirt.
"Spit it out." I ordered.
"I need you to put that cuff on Pan's right arm at twelve midnight tomorrow." Piper explained.
"Why does it have to be midnight?" I asked.
"Less questions, more listening." Piper snapped. "Just do it. "
An apple appeared on her hand and she bit it. Emphasizing the the loud crunch on her apple. And chewed rather loudly.
I guess it's normal when you live with a naughty brother and a group of unruly boys.
Then Piper disappeared.
I really wanted to call off my deal with Piper. It's definitely got something to do with Peter.
But I needed revenge so bad, that I didn't even feel a single but of guilt at that moment.
Revenge is mine.
It's been hours since Peter went to bed. I might've accidentally fell asleep a couple of times, but right now, I was wide awake.
Looking up at the stars through the window of Peter's treehouse, I looked towards his bed on the other side of the room.
He was still sound asleep.
I untangled myself from the covers and tiptoed towards my bag on hanging on the wooden chair.
Opening it, I quietly slipped my hand inside and rummaged through my bag.

I couldn't find the cuff and so I looked inside. But it was so dark, I can't even see my own feet.
I cast a small light and dug deeper into my bag.
Finally I found it sitting at the very bottom. I closed my bag again and looked at Peter. Still asleep, whew.
As I got closer to him, carrying the cuff in my hand, I could see a sad expression on his face.
He'd been crying. Tears stained his perfectly toned skin.
I couldn't take it anymore.
I quickly, but quietly took his right hand and placed the cuff on it. I knew from that moment, there was no turning back.
"I'm sorry, Peter," I whispered.
"I just...I just had to do this."
I climbed back into my bed feeling different.
I climbed back into my bed knowing I just out Peter's life at risk.
I climbed back into my bed knowing that Peter wouldn't have magic anymore.
I reminded myself. Not a but of guilt.
I fell asleep on my bed knowing that tomorrow, I'd have my revenge.
