Hello, guys. Some of you may be returning after reading my first story here, The Mafia Boss's Possession, some may be here because you read the description and are now interested, whatever the reason is, thank you!

I really hope you guys can enjoy this story more than my first one. It's been a while since I've written, but hopefully, if you've read my previous one, you guys will be able to see the story and characters develop more naturally. I'm doing my best to make this one even better, so please stay tuned!

I will update every Friday, so just be aware if you're reading while I'm still posting. As always, I really love the feedback you guys give, so please like, comment, and share. Reading comments about what you guys think makes me a better writer and inspires me to keep going. This is the second time I'm writing this story because the first time I did it, I changed my mind on the POV after the fifth chapter... :(

With that transition, I'll go ahead and inform you, readers, that yes, this story will be told from the third-person point of view. I tried to tell it from Damien's, the main character, but I felt like I couldn't truly go into depth about what he felt and what other characters did, too. Third-person just really allows me to explain his and other's sentiments if need be, and trust me, it's necessary at times.
