no way ;
Slipping your hand into his, you allowed him to lead you past the members into a more isolated area of the room. "Will you hear me out?" his attractive, soft voice only messed your insides even more. You nod, unsure of what you really wanted.
"At first, when I first arrived at your house, I stalked you for days. I thought you were a reincarnation of my lover, and I wanted to be sure. I watched you for days. As days passed, I saw how you'd shower your friends with gifts of gratitude, wave when you see little pets, and how you'd make sure to bow your head at the elderlies who pass by you. I realised that you were the exact replica of her. However, you were similar but different."
"I don't know when, I don't know how. Cliche, isn't it? I just fell. I fell hard. From the time you threw those rubber things at my face, till the time you threw eggs into my mouth. Those were the memories that truly stuck around with me, y/n. I fell for you, Kang y/n. I never lied, when I said those things. When I said I needed you, when I called you names, when I flirted with you. It was all for you."
"Because of you, I found myself. It's tragic, isn't it? Because of you, we all suffered. But at the same time, we found valuable things, we received valuable things. We went through times that could never be forgotten. And because of that, I fell hard." Jimin clutches your hands tighter as if you'd slip out of his hands the very moment.
His words answered your questions.
Right there and then, you knew that it was okay to love. It was okay to be happy, with him. Because he loved you for you. Because it's going to be alright. Or at least, you hoped so. "I get it. It's okay if you don't feel the same way, y/n. We've been through a lot and-" you cut him off with a peck on his lips, smiling through the tears.

"I... I feel the same. I fell for you in the weirdest way possible. From your cheesy flirts to the way you'd care about the little things. I just, I thought it wasn't okay to love a ghost. That you loved me because I was her. But you proved me wrong."
Before Jimin could reply, Mister barges in, hands clasped together. "Alright! Back to your spots. Let's wrap this thing up! I've got people to entertain!" he hurries, rushing all of you back to the floor. No one had the intention of escaping. They all knew it was worthless, anyway. Sending you a smile, Yoongi nods. It was okay, he said.
They had accepted this punishment a long time ago.
However, you haven't. breaking Jimin's hold on you, you went on your knees, head pressed to the floor. "I wish to sacrifice."
Jimin pulls you up, eyes widening. His mantras of 'nos' began to fade out as Mister walked closer to you. You shrugged off Jimin's grabby hands, waiting for Mister's answer. "Sacrifice? Sacrifice what? Your soul?" he snickers, tone teasing.
But you were dead serious. "Yes."
Mister stops in his tracks, head lowered to look at you. You didn't dare to look up. "It doesn't work that way, little human. But I'll do you a favour. Since you asked so nicely, I'll let you stay and watch them perish, what do you think?" your heart stopped beating. What?
"Up on your feet, Jimin." Mister's tone was filled with amusement. How could he find this funny? Jimin ignored the male, hands pulling you into his embrace. "Don't you ever do that to me ever again, okay? Don't act like that. Don't sacrifice yourself," Jimin's voice softened as he stroked your hair. But the moment he touched you, spikes poked at every part of your body, causing you to shriek out of his embrace.

The feeling didn't disappear, to your dismay. It only intensified.
"On your feet or she suffers more." Mister hissed, voice rough and scratchy. Jimin scurries to his feet, hands reaching out for you. But he pulls them back, clenching them into a fist. "Eyes on him, y/n." Mister beseeched. As you refused, the pain only got stronger.
Whimpering through the prickly feeling, your eyes interlocked with Jimin. In both your eyes were tears. Tear-filled memories. By now, you could distinguish the feelings in your heart.
Happiness.
Regret.
Pain.
Numbness.
Sadness.
Gratitude.
And, love.
As you felt the heat from Mister radiate around him, you knew what was about to happen next. You could already imagine the ball of black abyss forming in his hands, waiting to be thrown. "I never got to say this,"
Jimin whispers, voice filled with various emotions. Tears trickled down his face as he paused. Gulping down nervously, his gaze drifts from you to the one behind you. As the ball strikes his heart, he whispers three words. Three words that you wish you could've returned.
"I love you."
The surroundings fade around you. The sobs, the gasps, the cries. You tuned them out. Shakily, you pulled Jimin's fallen body into your arms, the tears dripping down onto his face. Bits and pieces of his body began to vanish into thin air. Lifting an arm, he wipes the tears off your face. And then before you could tell him the thing you had been holding back, he vanishes.
"I love you too," you cry. Face buried into your hands, you wailed softly. Your muffled cries echoed in the surroundings. Again, you blamed yourself. Why couldn't you have said that faster? That was the only regret you had. I love you.
His words repeat over and over again, in your head. Lips quivering, your vision turned blurry as you picked up what was left of him - a bracelet. One that had your initials on it. In the middle of the bracelet was the replica of the ring on your necklace.
That was all you had left of him.
