(A/N: I’m in a business trip which my sister made me tag along. Yep, it’s my sister’s business trip xD and so, I only have a little time to write – amazing I even wrote. “Ghost festival?” Lan Wangji said when he noticed the decorations hang outside the houses. Well, not really ‘decorations’…

“Oh~?” Wei Wuxian said, a smile yet not a smile painted on his pretty face. “Right. It’s already this time of the year…” he said, beaming as he looked around the almost empty street.

Lan Wangji glanced at his wife’s back – frail-looking yet immovable. “Wei Ying.” He softly called, almost inaudible. Yet he knows Wei Wuxian could hear his voice.

Wei Wuxian stopped. “Hm?” he said, still looking everywhere but him (LWJ).

Lan Wangji didn’t answer. He walked towards Wei Wuxian, his footsteps unhurried. What’s more time to waste, he has waited more than enough, so there’s no need for haste. “Wei Ying.” He called, this name that haunted him from the moment he heard of it, knew it – deeply imprinting it in his mind. He raised his arms and wrapped them around Wei Wuxian’s waist, hugging him from the back. He slipped his hand along Wei Wuxian’s arms, then reached for his hand and held it. “No matter whether a human or a ghost, cannot bother us – who’s been both a human and a ghost. However, the most important thing – “ he said as he interlocked their fingers. “ – even if I am a human and you’ve become a ghost, my love for you knows no bounds – it cannot be impeded. Wei Wuxian chuckled as he let his weight fell (lean) on Lan Wangji. All his worries… all my worries… I am glad – “You’re here.” He said. I had never been so happy like this – for two lifetimes. I think, I paid one (lifetime) for us two’s happiness.
