"Ticket please?" The well-dressed, brunette air hostess asked Alya. Alya dug through her pocket to hand the ticket to the air hostess.
The air hostess took a good look at the ticket before nodding with a smile. "Right this way," She gestured as she began to walk.
Another air hostess came to me with a smile on her face. She had auburn hair which she had rolled into a perfect French braid.
"May I see your ticket?" She asked me. I had my ticket in my hand and I gave it to her with ease. Her eyes scanned the ticket before she nodded.
"Follow me," She told me. I did follow her. Most of the time as she took me to my seat, I wondered why all the air hostesses that I had seen were very beautiful and how it would feel to ride in first class.
I once heard that in first class you are so pampered and that you are treated like royalty. Did I believe it? Well, not exactly. I want to go to first class and see how it is for myself.
And the thing about air hostesses? They were truly beautiful. It's like the aviation centre just recruited rejected models or something.
The male hosts were equally as beautiful as the girls. Perfect jaw lines, exotic skin, entrancing eyes, fluttering eyelashes, perfectly contoured cheeks, trimmed-to-perfection eyebrows and finally, straight and white teeth.
That's only describing their faces.
I haven't talked about their bodies yet. But I don't think that I will. It would lower my self-esteem.
"Yes! I get to sit with you!" A voice snapped me out of my internal monologue.
Oh come on! I officially hate models now.
I stared at the blonde male model. The only difference between him and the other models (who work as air hosts and hostesses by day), is that he was around my age.
I groaned. "Really? I have to be stuck sitting next to you?"
"It's fate, Mari," He wirked.
"I don't like fate," I mumbled as I walked towards him. I thanked the air hostess and she nodded with a charming smile before walking away.
"Don't worry. I don't bite," Then he switched to Mandarin. "Not here at least,"
The blood rushed to my cheeks. "You are very lucky that I get to have a window seat, Adrien Agreste, or else I would have complained to get another seat,"
Adrien stood up for me to get to my seat. As I sat down at my seat, I remembered what I had promised Tikki, and I purposely put my bag at the window and opened up the bag a little bit, just so that she could see the outside.
"Mari, did you sleep last night?" Adrien asked, as he sat down.
"Not much, thanks to a certain blonde idiot that I know," I tried to be subtle, while sending him a glare.
"Of course you didn't sleep. You must have stayed up thinking about me," Adrien winked.
"I did not," I denied. However, my red cheeks said otherwise.
Adrien gasped. "You're blushing! So it must be true!"
I had to resist the urge to slap both myself and Adrien. Myself because my cheeks have now become traitors.
Adrien because sometimes he is too smart for me. Just don't tell him that or his ego will grow to the size of the Sun. And the Sun is huge.
"Don't worry, Mari," Adrien gave me a crooked dream. "You are not the only girl who has thought about me,"

"I was thinking about drowning you, so if that is what girls usually think about when they are thinking about you, I am surprised that you are still alive," I folded my arms.
"Underwater kisses are all the rage in this generation, Mari," Adrien gave me a sly grin. "Maybe, you wanted to drown me so that you could give me CPR,"
My eyes widened. "Your mind is so dark and twisted!"
"Don't worry, I thought about you, too, if that helps," Adrien chuckled softly, while poking my cheek. As usual, I began to blush when he did that.
"Oh really?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Mmhmm," Adrien turned to face me with an interested face. He rested his cheeks on the palm of his hands while meeting my eye. His green eyes were twinkling.
"Why are you doing that?" I asked him, while getting a little self conscious.
A voice coming from the speaker prevented him from answering. "Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Air France. Please buckle your seatbelts because the plane will take off in the next 30 seconds,"
I was going to buckle my seatbelt when Adrien began to speak.
"Because I like making you uncomfortable," Adrien wirked.
I gulped. "W-Well, stop it. Or I'll change seats,"
"We both know that I won't let you do that so for the next number of hours that we sit here together, I'll know everything about you," Adrien grinned cheekily. "Everything,"
Just as my cheeks thought they could cool down in peace. I began to blush even harder at what he said. I didn't even know why I was blushing.
"As if," I finally mustered after several seconds later. "You think that I would be all over you once we get out of this plane? Well, Adrien Agreste, I am sorry to say but -"
The plane suddenly lurched forward and I was thrown back onto the seat. My eyes widened as I was flung to my left and I grabbed the nearest thing to support myself.
Unfortunately for me, the 'thing' was Adrien.
I blushed way harder than I did before once I realised our position.
I was straddling his waist and our faces were inches apart. My hands were around his neck. Adrien's hand gently, yet firmly, held my waist.
When his eyes lifted from my lips to meet my eyes, they danced with mischief and mayhem.
"Really, Mari?" It was his turn to raise an eyebrow. "Because right now, you appear to be all over me, if I'm not wrong,"
"It was not on purpose, you idiot," I got off him and put on my seatbelt, while trying calm down my raging hormones.
It was as if they were in a cage but once I was on top of Adrien, they were let free.
Adrien chuckled. "We can continue this later on tonight. You can sneak into my room, or better yet, I can sneak into yours,"
"No thanks. I don't want to lose anymore of my sleep," I shook my head at the offer.
"You don't need sleep when you have me. Think of all the amazing things you could do with me instead of sleeping," Adrien wirked.
"Like making prank calls? Or staying up late to talk to Alya?" I gasped dramatically as I got a terrific idea to tick Adrien off. "Or how about check out all the cute boys who are in our hotel? They are bound to be tons,"
Adrien's smirk dropped. He gave me a glare before putting on the headphones provided. He began to watch TV, and ignored me, much to my pleasure and dismay at the same time.

I felt myself roll over with a sigh as I snuggled onto my bed. I desperately tried to get comfortable but it was no use.
My eyelids flew open and the first thing that I realised was that I was still on the plane. The second thing was Tikki staring out of the window.
A lazy grin formed on my face as I watched my tiny kwami. "Do you like the view?"
Tikki was alarmed at first, but recognised my voice soon after. She nodded very happily. "It's amazing Marinette. If only I could travel around the world,"
"And why can't you?" I frowned. "You can fly,"
"Yes, but I get tired very easily," Tikki pointed out. She stretched her arms and let out a yawn. "Speaking of which, I need to sleep since I have been looking outside the window for about 2 hours,"
Tikki flew back into my bag.
It was then when I remembered Adrien. Adrien was also asleep on his seat. His hair fell to his face and he unconsciously, in his sleep, ran through his hand through his hair.
His skin appeared to be glowing with some gentle aura. His perfect lips were slightly parted and I really wanted to lean in and kiss them.
However, I knew better than that. I had self control so I would control my raging hormones. I didn't stop admiring Adrien is sleep though.
I actually wanted to reach out and brush the hair which fell to his face. I started to panic when my hand did so.
Stupid hand! Get away from Adrien's hair! my brain yelled.
My hand finally felt the smooth blonde hair and pushed it behind Adrien's ears gently - so as to not wake him up.
If he did wake up, I would tell him that there was a spider on his face.
My brain snorted. Like he would believe that. Adrien is smarter than that.
My hand retracted away from Adrien's face immediately once he started to stir awake. I quickly shoved my headphones into my ears and pretended to be asleep.
Desperately, I tried to make my breathing rate slow and steady, as I tried to maintain a normal face without my cheeks heating up.
Would you rather turn beetroot red with shame because you were staring at your crush or would you rather pretend to be asleep the whole time?
I think that the answer is pretty obvious.
I felt Adrien groan and yawn. I could imagine him rubbing his sleepy eyes and stretching his arms.
Then I heard him chuckle a little for some reason and I really wanted to open my eyes to see what he was chuckling at.
Oh no! What if I'm blushing right now and he was laughing at that? My cheeks didn't feel red-hot, so I dismissed the theory.
Somehow, I was able to forget about Adrien and I somehow fell asleep to his chuckle. I didn't really sleep, though. It was more of a trance.
After what felt like forever, I felt my shoulder rocking back and forth.
"Mari, wake up," A voice called. I replied with a groan.
If there is one thing that you should know about me, I really cherish my sleep, more than almost anything. So waking me up is equivalent to asking a snake to get up and walk.
Then I began to giggle. Something began to poke me at my ticklish spots - on my waist, mostly. Then my cheek. Then fingers ran up and down my upper body.
"Quit it!" My eyes flew open to see an amused Adrien, tickling me. "I'm awake! I'm awake!"
"Really? I don't think so," Adrien teased as he continued to tickle me. What had started out as a giggle turned into a fit of hysterics with snorting included.
"Stop it!" I tried to wriggle away from him but my back only hit the wall of the plane. My seatbelt was still strapped in while Adrien's wasn't.
Then I tried to grab his wrists. He grabbed mine first - probably anticipating my next move.
As I tried to catch my breath, I looked around. The plane was almost abandoned. There were people getting up and stretching, before leaving.
Then my eyes met Adrien's and they couldn't move. I felt numb, as if I was wrapped around Adrien's fingers. The boy is just too beautiful for me to ignore.
We just sat there staring at one another and for the first time, neither of us were breaking eye contact.
I suddenly became conscious of how Adrien was still holding my wrists and how I was holding his wrists. His hands were soft against mine and warm.
"Marinette?" Adrien said, looking very serious all of a sudden.
"Yes?" I answered, my heart pounding. I swear that it was so loud, I was pretty sure that Adrien could hear it.
"I need to tell you something," Adrien dropped his voice into a low tone. He moved in closer to that our foreheads were touching.
"Yes?" I prodded. My breath hitched as a million scenarios ran through my head. I had to remind myself to play it cool and not blow only chance that I had with Adrien.
Adrien's eyes left mine for a brief seconds to skim my face before they stayed glued to my lips. "We are supposed to get out of the plane before we are left by our classmates and teacher,"
Then he let go off me and began to laugh. I just gaped at him, feeling my cheeks grow hot. When I recovered from my initial shock, I gave him a dirty look.
Adrien was laughing so hard until he had closed his eyes and he was trembling.
Using this to my advantage, I pushed him since he was blocking the way and I left the plane in a huff. I actually felt bad for not returning the air hostesses charming smile.
"Mari, wait!" I heard Adrien's voice call. I continued walking until I could see my schoolmates. I went into the direction of Chloé's blonde and bright hair.
Now I see why it was a good thing for her to go for her hair appointment. You could see her from a mile away.
"Mari!" Adrien had jogged up to me, with a silly grin on his face. "You left me,"
"I know. I did it on purpose," I rolled my eyes while walking at a very fast place.
Was I amused? Not at all.
Was I mad? No, not really.
Was I sad? No. Well, a little.
Was I annoyed? Heck yeah!
Was I embarrassed? Duh!
"Mari. I'm sorry, okay? I just wanted to tease you," Adrien slugged an arm over my shoulder.
I tried to push him off me but he was really strong. Curses.
"Come on, Mari. Don't be mad," Adrien slugged an arm over my shoulder. He unsuccessfully tried to ruffle my hair. "Why do you tie your hair?" He removed the ribbons of my hair and put them on my wrist.
Then his fingers played with my hair by ruffling it. I'm sure that I looked like a hot mess. No, not hot. Just a mess.
"Much better," He smirked. "Now you almost look as beautiful as me,"
"I don't like you," I gave him a glare with trying to tame my hair which was probably sticking out in different directions.
We weren't far from our classmates and they didn't look like they were in a hurry, thank goodness.
However, it looked like what our teacher was saying was important because everyone stood around in a circle, listening to her.
"I love you, too," Adrien wirked at me and even though I was super annoyed with him, my heart flustered a little bit.
It was then that I had to remind myself that he was only kidding.
"Get off of me, you idiot!" I tried to push him off of me. He removed his hand from my shoulder, thankfully, but then when I felt his arm snake around my waist, I sighed.
"Yes, yes, I know. I am pretty dreamy. Keep sighing at me, Mari," Adrien made my hand go on his shoulder.
"I was sighing because you are a hopeless case!" I told him, very frustrated, but not in such a serious tone.
It was like we were a couple because his hand was around my waist and my hand was around his broad shoulder.
"And you're a walk in the park," Adrien replied sarcastically and he rolled his eyes, dramatically. "No one can handle all of this, Mari. Would you like to try?"
By this, it was pretty obvious that he meant his body.
"No thanks, Adri. But try the blonde girl who is glaring at me right now and goes by the name of Chloé Bourgeois," I nodded my head into Chloé's direction.
I heard Adrien groan and mumble something inaudible, but I was able to pick up on the words 'Chloé' and 'desperate'. "I asked you not Chloé,"
Alya and Nino caught up to us.
"Guys! Guys!" Alya said, before panting and putting her hands on her knees as she tried to catch her breath. She looked up to look at both Adrien and I, before sending me a knowing and mischievous wink. "Never mind, I see that you're busy,"
"I'm glad you could see that Alya," Adrien grinned back at her. "We were actually in the middle of something, if you know what I mean,"
"Wow, dude. Score!" Nino gave him a pat on the back. "I can tell by the look of her hair," Nino grinned at me cheekily.
My face was beginning to resemble a cherry. "Adrien, you liar! There is nothing going on!" My arm dropped from his shoulder and I released Adrien's arm from my waist.
"Yes, there is," Adrien suddenly grabbed my waist again and held it firmly. He caught me by surprise because my hand was resting on his chest. His eyes were on my lips and he lowered his eyelashes, seductively. He switched to Mandarin. "Isn't that right, Mari?"
I was too appalled to answer for a couple of seconds because of our proximity but I pushed myself off of him after getting a hold of myself. He sent me a wirk and I gave him a glare.
"You two are perfect for each other!" Alya awed. "You're both too cute!"
"What did you want to say, Alya?" I wanted to change the subject really badly.
"Oh yeah!" She smacked her forehead. "Guess where we are,"
"The UK?" I guessed.
Alya shook her head but she was grinning from ear to ear. "No, girl. We are in Italy!"
"Italy?" Adrien asked, both in shock and confusion. He quickly covered his confusion by putting on his famous smirk. "Boy, do I have something planned for you, Mari. This is going to be the most interesting trip that I've ever gone for,"
