I'm not saying she wouldn't be friends with both, but she'd definitely be closer with Thalia. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure she had a thing for Thalia.
The Huntresses don't really go to the Roman camp. I mean, it's been just over a year or something like that and they've been there once. They make it a point to visit CHB at least twice a year, if not more.
I don't even know if she would've met Reyna, honestly. As far as I know, the Huntresses stayed just long enough to recover from a bad battle in the area, meet a few of the Centurions, and then they left.
Thalia would definitely be closer to Bianca because Bi would've been spending every hour with her.
