Darcy woke up screaming which in turn woke Dakota up. Daniel tried to comfort his daughter and assure his youngest boy that she was ok. "Dad she had pus and blood coming out her ear" Eddie rushed out concerned for his sister. Daniel looked down and sure enough there was pus tinted with a little blood on the side of Darcy's head which had come out of her ear. Darcy was screaming and pulling on her ear. Dakota was trying to get up but he didn't feel great at all. "Cc" Dakota cried to his sister reaching for her but she couldn't hear him at all.

Daniel scooped up his son and he was becoming distress with Darcy being so inconsolable. He held both twins. Mitchell went to take Dakota to help but Daniel stopped him. "Let them stay together" Daniel told Mitchell who nodded. "Dad we should take her to the hospital. She is bleeding from her ear" Jamie fretted but Daniel shook his head no. It was 3.30 and the doctor should be here shortly. Trying to get the twins in the car at the moment would cause more stress and he didn't fell like they needed to call an ambulance. "The doctor will be here shortly" Daniel assured his sons who were now pacing the floor. Daniel couldn't help but chuckle, all his sons now looked like anxious fathers.

Darcy screamed for 20 minutes pulling on her ear while Daniel and Dakota tried to calm her down. Nothing seemed to work except when Daniel put his hand over her ear. Darcy still cried but she wasn't screaming. He was starting to worry now and hoped the doctor would be here soon. Darcy hadn't moved from his chest which was a worry because usually she would snuggle into Dakota and then they both would snuggle into Daniel.

Right on 4pm the doorbell rang and the four eldest brothers ran to the door throwing it open relieved to see there doctor standing there smiling. "Good to see you all too" the doctor chuckled out. Mitchell ushered him into the lounge room to where Daniel held the twins who were both crying and covered in snot. "And who might these two be?" the doctor asked. "This is Darcy and Dakota. I only discovered I fathered two more children 2 weeks ago" Daniel told the doctor over the cries. The doctor nodded his head and Mitchell handed him the papers from the hospital explaining there conditions and asking for a follow up.

After the doctor finished reading the notes he walked over to Daniel who was holding the twins. Dakota tried to glare at the doctor but he wasn't feeling the best at all. Darcy was still crying on her fathers chest. "So what's going on?" The doctor asked Daniel and all his eldest sons jumped in answering all at once causing Darcy to start to scream again with the noise. "Stop" Daniel called out startling both Darcy and Dakota. "Dakota has a high temperature and now a runny nose. He isn't feeling well and not eating. Darcy here has a slight temperature, runny nose and woke screaming tugging her ear. We noticed puss tinted with a little blood coming from the ear she is pulling on" Daniel answer the doctor.

The doctor got his equipment out of the bag putting them on the couch. "Right Daniel introduce me to the twins and then I will need to check both of them including there ears and down there throat" the doctor told him. Daniel nodded. "Darcy, Dakota this is our doctor. His name is doctor John and he is here to help make you feel better. He needs to check your ears and throat. He won't hurt you at all and I'll be right here" Daniel stated.

Dakota didn't have the strength to fight at all, he just wanted to sleep. Darcy didn't move though she just wanted to pain to be over and the room to stop spinning. The doctor first checked on Dakota who was laying on Daniel's lap silently crying. Dakota's ears were clear. Dakota didn't want to open his mouth though until Mitchell did it first. Dakota slowly opened his mouth like Mitchell had and doctor John saw his throat was very inflamed and his tonsils were infected. "Right mister Dakota you need some antibiotics for that throat. I'm guessing it's a bit sore buddy" the doctor stated. He took out his script pad and wrote a script for penicillin for Dakota and told them all he would need lots of fluid.

The doctor then moved to Darcy who was burying her head into Daniel's chest. "Ok sweety, I'm going to need to look in your ear" Doctor John told Darcy but she didn't move. "Just hold her like that on your chest so I can take a peek" Doctor John told Daniel and checked in her ear. "Ouch, poor little thing has a ruptured ear drum. Let's check the other side" the doctor stated. Daniel turned Darcy's head causing the room to spin making her feel sick. The doctor tried to check her other ear but before he could Darcy vomited down the front of Daniel. Darcy was crying harder now, she couldn't stop the room spinning which made her want to vomit more.

Daniel quickly picked Darcy up startling Dakota and dashed into the bathroom covered in vomit. Dakota tried to get up to follow Darcy worried that they were taking her away from him, but he felt horrible. "Kota see Cc" Dakota cried out to Mitchell who was standing stunned that Darcy just vomited. Jamie rushed to Dakota scooping him up and taking him to the bathroom where Darcy and Daniel were. Eddie was trying to stop himself vomiting as well. He hated people vomiting, and often joined in when others started vomiting. Hunter quickly jumped to action pulling Eddie out of the room so he didn't vomit too. He then went to grab cleaning supplies to clean up the vomit that had fallen on the couch and the floor.

Daniel attempted to clean up Darcy up but the more she moved, the more she vomited. Doctor John walked into the bathroom seeing Darcy vomit every time she moved. "Darcy has a little vertigo, I'm going to give you a script for penicillin and something for the nausea as well. It should help and clear within a few days. Try to keep her hydrated" Doctor John told them. Dakota was watching Darcy and wanted to much to help her but he was so tired and soon he was asleep on Jamie's shoulder. Mitchell came into the bathroom and saw his dad trying to clean up the vomit. He took Darcy from his dad so Daniel could go change. Eddie was sent out to fill the scripts because he couldn't handle vomit and the doctor excused himself as he had more patients to see. Darcy was slowly falling asleep on Mitchell as the pain started to subside when someone put there hand on her ear. Everyone could breath a little now that the twins were settling and prepare for the next round.
