It's like an itch.. An itch you can't scratch.. An itch that gets worse.. And if you scratch it, it will bleed.

You cannot scratch it so you think about It,

you start visualising it,

you want to scratch it so bad.

Cause you know it will take the feeling away... It will give you the relief you long for.

But.. It's comes with consequences.

Consequences you don't want, scars. So you put your hand down.. You look hard at yourself.. You don't want this.. You don't want more scars.. You don't want people to be dissapointed.. To be in pain when they see your arms.. You're better than this.. Take a breath and put some ice on it. It will be okay. Breathe
