《One Last Fight》I'll Protect It At All Fucking Costs

After the reception, Bo was twirling around the dance floor with John. My friends were drunk off their asses, having the time of their lives. The bonfire crackled in the distance as the smell raised into the air. I could feel the heat radiating from the fire as I sat within the flame's distance. A breeze drifted past me, and it felt like I was more alive now than I ever have been.
I watched my curly-haired wife - holy shit, my wife. Bo is my wife now. I clapped my hands together out of excitement as I thought about it. The woman dancing to the music, belting out lyrics into the sky, was my wife. All mine. Every last bit. Every last drop. And I was fucking lucky to be able to be her husband, the father of her baby.
Her white-gold sequins had a glow that seemed to match her aurora. She changed into what she called a romper. The long sleeves dropped to her wrists in a loose-fitting. Her feet were bare as she walked around, greeting and thanking everybody for coming. I liked to sit back and watch because I didn't want to miss one thing.
I leaned back into my chair that had a sling around the back that said Mr. I continuously pinched myself, repeating the same words, 'there is no way this is real.' As I think about everything we have been through, how did we end up here or even talking in the first place?
There were so many questions I had for her. Questions I didn't think about when we first got together or started talking, to begin with. We needed to have an interview. A sit-down, ninety-minutes or more interview. We need something so she can fucking explain to me why she would even talk about me.
My heart flipped as she came toward me. "Are you okay?"
"Of course," I sucked in a deep breath. "I'm just watching you."
"Instead of watching, you can get involved," she placed her hands on my thigh as she leaned into me. "I mean, it is our wedding."
I sat forward, connecting our lips. "I love you."
"Do you think anybody would realize if we disappeared?"
I pulled away, furrowing my brows at the girl squeezing my thighs. "What?"
"The room I got ready in has a lock on the door."
"Boston Bennett -"
"Uh-huh," she pulled at my tie. "You can call me, Mrs. Carson."
My dick twitched as she dropped a wink in my direction. I didn't give a fuck if anybody was watching us. She kept a hold on my tie as she pulled me back into her lips. I dropped my hands down to her ass, gripping it. She moaned into my mouth.
"Alright," I pull away. "Where is that room?"
My hand collided with her ass as she led me toward the building. She turned around to push my chest, but I grabbed her hand and yanked her toward me. Our lips collided with one another as my hands dropped down to her legs and picked her up.

We shoved through the front door. I slammed it shut with her body as I pressed her against it. A whimper pressed past her lips as my hand disappeared between her legs. Her mouth worked against me as our mouths danced with one another.
She brought her hands to my pants as she attempted to unbutton them. When I attempted to help her, she whined at the loss of my fingers against her, and I wasn't going to let my wife sit against the wall dissatisfied. Her fingers trembled against my pant's button as I pressed my fingers inside of her, smiling at the face she makes as the pleasure takes over her body.
I walked her toward the couch in the middle of the room, where I laid her against the surface. She looked up at me as I dropped out of the pants she couldn't unfasten. I crawled on top of the girl who was begging me to hurry.
Vibrations pounded through the couch as the music played through the surrounding area. She looked up at me with so many emotions swirling through her eyes, and it made my heart flip. My beautiful wife laid out before me, her curls sprawled around her.
"You are beautiful," I kissed her nose. "I love you."
She smiled. "I love you most."
I pushed into her, shivering as she panted into my ear. My hands were weighing down on the cushions next to her head as I held myself up. Our hipbones touched as I ground into her. She wrapped her legs around me, attempting to pull me closer as I continuously pushed into her, rolling my hips slowly to draw out every moment.
My name left her mouth in cries. I wanted to cup her mouth or press my lips to hers to attempt at muffling the noises emitting from her lips so no one would hear us, but I didn't. I wanted to listen to every whimper, to every cry of pleasure I gave her.
I pressed kisses to her neck before running my tongue along the spots that made her squirm. "Tell me what you want."
She gripped my biceps. "Just promise me you won't stop."
I opened my eyes to stare at her. "You sure?"
"Mhm," she hummed.
I gripped the arms of the couch, using it for leverage as I rolled into her. She arched her back, attempting to get closer as I pulled back slowly. Then she was pleading with me to go faster. I wanted her to reach highs we never reached, and heights of pleasure she has never experienced.
My fingers curled over the sofa. The wood crumbled underneath my grip. I watched her body rock. Every inch of skin rippled as I thrust into her. My hand left the broken couch to grab her leg, lifting it back up for leverage. Her nails broke the skin on my back as she cried out.

I felt tingling in my toes as I shifted my body, allowing myself to feel every inch of her as she wrapped around me. Feeling her small thighs around me made me feel warm, safe almost. I loved feeling the way she quivered and shifted back and forth as her high neared.
"What's wrong, Mrs. Carson?" I mumbled into her ear.
A smile pulled across her lips as she moaned. A little gasp left her lips as I rocked into her. I continued to meet her with heavier thrusts until she could barely sit still and screams were leaving her throat. And I didn't stop because she asked me to keep going. I kept going until her body erupted with shakes. Then I allowed myself to give into her.
My body relaxed against hers as I kissed her neck. "I love you."
"I love you most," she whimpered as I pulled out.
"Baby as much as I would love to lay here with you," I grab my pants. "We still have a lot to do."
I grabbed her hands, helping her stand from the couch. "Are you okay?"
Her head moved up and down. "My legs are a little shaky."
I smiled at her. "You are cute."
She held onto my shoulders as I helped her back into her romper. After making sure her hair looked fine, she followed me out the door towards our friends. John didn't need to ask, he knew what was going on. He wasn't going to believe any of our stories if we chose to make one up.
"You couldn't have waited until after the party?" John looked at us. "I can't believe you two."
She grinned as I threw my arm around her shoulder. "We are adults, John."
"Could have fooled me."
A gasp left Bo's lips as we got ready to walk toward the party. "Are you okay?"
She looked up at me with wonder in her eyes. "The baby is kicking!"
Her hand was grabbing mine, placing it against her stomach. I sprawled my hand across her belly until I felt a rumble against my palm. My eyes snapped down to look at her. The same feeling rattled my hand.
"Oh my god -"
She pulled me into a hug before I could process my words. I wrapped my arms around her, loving the sound of happiness leaving her mouth as she laughed into my chest. Then she was asking John to feel, and instead of speeches, she was too eager to find out the gender of our baby.
We walked toward the fire with John, who was announcing everyone to gather around. I sat on the bale of hay in front of the fire as she intertwined our fingers. I knew John was saying something, but I wasn't paying enough attention to make out the words. I was anxiously waiting for our results.
The second he tossed the color changes into the fire, the orange turned to blue. Bo shot up from beside me, cheering as she wrapped me into a hug. When she pulled away, tears were racing down her face. She told me this is why she chose to wear the bare minimum when it came to make-up.
"Maverick Carson," I muttered.
She grinned up at me as I cupped her cheeks. "We are having a boy!"
"Fuck me," I felt tears in my eyes. "I got so lucky."
"We got lucky."
"A wedding and gender reveal," I choked on my laughter. "With you - how could this have gotten any better?"
She threw herself back into my chest. "I love you, Kinnick Carson."
"I love you, Boston Carson," my nose shriveled up. "Oh, that has a little ring to it. I like it."
"I sure hope so," she giggles. "It's kind of a legal thing now."
"I can't believe I kept that a secret for so long!" John sighed, wiping his forehead. "I thought I was going to die!"
Bo hugged everybody as they congratulated us. I sat back with John as he told me how proud he was. He pulled me into his chest, patting my back as he squeezed me tighter. He wanted to know where we were honeymooning, but we weren't going anywhere.
"What the fuck? Why not?"
I shrugged. "It isn't something we planned on."
"Couples usually vacation for their honeymoon."
"Not us," I admit. "We want to go baby shopping instead."
"There isn't a lot you can do when you have a kid."
I looked at him. "We aren't going to be other parents. This baby won't be a burden. Anything we do, we do as a family."
"You are going to a great dad."
My gaze focused back to Bo. "Because I am going to have her by my side making sure of it."
"Why don't you think about being a personal trainer at the gym?"
"What?"
"A personal trainer," he shrugged. "It would give you a chance to get back into the gym."
"Seriously? I would love to do that."
"Good," he smiles. "You start Monday."
"But my girl and my baby come first."
"Obviously."
"As long as you know."
"You got your happy ending, kid."
"I know and I'll protect it at all fucking costs."
