Three more days passed away with Dhriti still being with Arjun. Tara tried to help as much as she can at the moment providing Dhriti with a good living atmosphere, food, and clothes.
"I don't need these things", Dhriti shouted throwing the plate on the floor making it break into many pieces.
"Dhriti, don't hurt yourself like this. You need food to live", Tara asked trying to handle the young who was a few years younger than her.
"Don't touch me. I don't want to be touched by a coward. My Bhai won't leave your husband, remember this", Dhriti shouted with tears falling down her cheeks.
"Please Dhriti, don't say this", Tara pleaded not wanting any harm to her husband.
"You just wait and watch. When my brother would be here, I'll tell him about your husband and he won't leave him at any cost", Dhriti said pushing her out of the room.
"Dhriti", Tara tried to speak when the door got closed. Tara sighed as the guards locked the door properly so she can't run away.
"Got yourself insulted again?", Arjun asked losing his tie after coming back from a meeting.
"It's all because of you. Why don't you let her go?", Tara asked angrily.
"Remember when you were kidnapped, you were tied with a chair, and the next time you were thrown in a cage filled with snakes. What did I even do till now, this girl is having a room to herself, a good bed, food, and clothes? I am not doing anything till now but I will start soon. Agastya likes to record every wrong deed he does then I'll do the same thing. Then he will understand what it feels when the family gets involved in an enmity", Arjun spoke determined of doing something big.
"Why are you making things this dense, Ji? Bring family between your fights is the worst thing you can do", she whispered not having the courage to make him angrier and also knowing the fact that he would again sweet-talk her and will make her forget the main topic.
Chiya knocked on the door for the last time. Her hands were hurting now from continuous knocking but she couldn't stop.
"Please, open the door", she pleaded sitting on the floor having her back to the wall beside the door. She could feel the coldness of the floor but she couldn't care less. The door opened as Agastya entered inside with a blank face with a tray of food in his hand.
"Have your food", he ordered closing the door behind him immediately before she can run.
"I don't want to eat anything", she spoke stubbornly pushing her hair back which was falling on her face. She didn't even know if Dhriti had eaten or not. How can she eat in such a situation?
"Siya, I am already very burdened, don't add up to my stress", he warned her.
Her delicate body clad in a light pink saree sitting in the corner lightly shivering was clearly noticed by him. Her nose was red showing how worse her condition was getting.

"Let me go out and I'll do what you want", she spoke looking down holding her knees close to her chest. He sighed sitting on his knees in front of her making her look at him.
"Siya, I know you are worried for Dhriti and I am thankful for that but right now it's not you who that bastard needs, it's me", he told her cupping her face. She blinked at him.
"It's my mistake. It's because I invited him to the reception, he came to know about you, and now Dhriti is paying for everything", she spoke as her lips shivered and tears started falling down her eyes. She bit her lips trying to stop the sobs which made him pull her in his arms as she cried.
"It's not your mistake", he whispered feeling her shivering form in his arms.
Arjun opened the door letting Chiya come inside. Finally, after a lot of pleading Agastya let her out of the room. She did what she was planning to do after he left. She called Arjun to meet her and he invited her to his place.
"Nice to meet you, Chiya. Long time no see", Arjun greeted sarcastically.
"Arjun, please end with these games. I am not here for these stupid things. I want Dhriti", Chiya spoke making him smirk before sitting on his expensive leather chair.
"I see you have not changed much Chiya. You still have the same fire inside you. I don't know what you saw in that husband of yours but that is your personal matter, I see so I won't say anything about it", he spoke making her clench her fist.
"But about your sister-in-law. I must say you have spoiled her. She also doesn't like to respect my wife. I don't what is wrong with this brother-sister duo. They don't know what respecting someone means", Arjun spoke shaking his head.
"Arjun, she is a child. She doesn't know how to behave when she is in mid of strangers who had kidnapped her", Chiya spoke helplessly when he shook his head.
"What about my wife? Your husband tortured her in the worst way possible just because she is her father's weakness. Your sister-in-law saw nothing till now. I will show Agastya what it means to trouble me", Arjun spoke angrily.
"Arjun, I let Tara go than why can't you forget this thing and move on with your life. You think she thing will do any advantage to you. If you think you can double-cross my husband then it's impossible. He had played these games from a young age. If his sister even got a scratch, he would finish everything", Chiya tried to scare him with something she was sure of. If something happened to Dhriti, Agastya would lose his sanity.
"You really think you can scare me", Arjun asked as the door busted open which brought Arjun's attention towards it. He checked the magazine of his gun before pointing it towards the intruder coming in front of Chiya hiding her from the eyes of other people unknowingly.

"Give my sister back, Khurana", Agastya warned pointing his gun at Arjun who smirked at him.
"Get her if you can", Arjun spoke clearly mocking him.
"I am taking my sister with me, even if I have to kill you for that", Agastya spoke angrily pulling the trigger. Arjun knew that coming which made him jump aside getting his gun ready to shoot when they heard a scream.
That surely pulled Agastya's attention as his eyes fall on the girl having her back facing him. He so wanted that girl to be Arjun's wife or somebody else but somewhere he knew it wasn't true. Her light blue saree made him blink, his eyes falling on her long light brown hair which he came up to adore with time.
She fell to her knees because of the pain making him run towards her falling on his knees stopping her from falling holding her close to his chest.
That gunshot made Tara run downstairs only to cup her mouth.
"Siya", he called cupping her face as she breathed harshly. She gulped down the lump in her throat.
"Dhriti is here only please take her back home", she spoke in a harsh voice as he shook his head wiping the sweat on her face.
"Why did you come here?", he asked in a helpless song making her smile softly. Her eyes move to Tara who came closer to her.
"Tara, please let Dhriti go", she said in a thick voice this time wincing this time.
"Siya, please don't take tension. I will not let anything happen to you", he said pulling her closer to him making her smile softly.
"You don't have to worry. Maybe this is the end. End of this revenge game", she spoke softly as he shook his head looking like a little child this time.
"I am warning you, Siya. You are not going to leave me like this. I have so much in store for you", he said making her laugh softly.
"Ji, we have to do something", Tara pleaded with Arjun who was standing in the corner looking at the couple. He looked at her before nodding.
"Get the safety team ready", he told one of the servants.
"Siya, don't close your eyes", Agastya shouted rubbing her hands.
Tara opened the door of Dhriti's room who didn't stop for a moment before running out to her brother.
"We need to take her to the medical room", Arjun spoke moving closer to Agastya who was trying his best to stop the blood flow.
"Nobody will touch her", Agastya shouted pulling her closer to him.
"Bhai, bhabhi needs a doctor", Dhriti spoke trying to make him understand. He looked at his sister before looking back at his wife's face picking her up as Tara showed him the way.
"Ji, why are you acting like this as nothing had happened", Tara asked Arjun who was signing his papers silently.
"What do you want me to do", he asked putting his papers aside and getting a new set of documents.
"Chiya is fighting with her life. Even Mr. Aulakh is not in his senses. This incident happened at our place so somewhere it's our responsibility as well", Tara spoke making him sigh removing his glasses looking at his wife.
"What do you want me to do?", he asked leaning back on his seat.
"You said Chiya is your friend but you seem least bothered by her health", she spoke clearly not understanding what he wants. He sighed.
"Of course, he is a great friend of mine but the thing she did wrong was choosing that man as her husband. If she lived he would continue torturing her, it's better if she doesn't make it", he told her straight away making her eyes wide.
"Are you even sane? Ji, what about her family? What will happen to the people behind her if something happened to her", Tara asked not understanding how he can be this heartless.
"It's not like Agastya is in love with her", Arjun spoke shrugging his shoulder.
"So what Ji, if she didn't get a loving husband it doesn't mean she won't have the right to live", Tara said still in shock.
"Please Tara I have a lot of things to do at the moment. I'll go to see her later in the hospital", he told her ending the discussion there. Tara moved out of the study room moving to their room with slow steps.
She closed the door of her room before sitting on the bed. All the incidents from the last few days started flashing in front of her eyes. She couldn't believe how heartless her husband was acting. She couldn't help but respect Chiya so much at the moment. She was the most beautiful soul she ever met. A courageous, loving, respectful, and caring girl who didn't have the best fate.
But right now Arjun's behavior was troubling her. All the time from their marriage came flashing in front of her eyes. He had been nice to her because she had always been nothing but obedient.
And in actual terms, Arjun was nothing better than Agastya with the number of guns he owned and his heartless behavior.
He was good with her because she was doing everything he wanted her to do. If he wanted her to call a morning a night, she would do that also. In this short tenure of her marriage, she had lost her true sense and only danced on his fingers. She sighed holding her head. Her life was getting denser than ever.
Being with Arjun was a blessing to her once but now seeing the change in his behavior, she was coming up to see who real Arjun was. In the act of being strong and powerful, he lost all his emotions. He just became a machine who only knew how to make things his and even if he didn't want this to happen but somehow Tara also became his property more than his love.
