Katie walked out of her room, still in her pajamas, her hair a complete mess, toothbrush in her mouth. She paused when she saw Kara walk out of her room, "What is that?"

"What is what?" Kara sauntered out of her room, in heels, grabbing a water from the fridge.

"What is on your body and feet?" Katie says, almost terrified.

Kara looked down at herself, "I felt like I needed a change. Oh, and-" She walked into her room, walking out with a dress and heels, "For you."

"I'm fine with my-"

"I won't take no for an answer."

Katie stared warily at the close, but accepted them from her, she went into her room. Simply brushed her nest of hair and slid the dress on, holding the heels in her hand as she walked out.

Kara clapped her hands, "Totally sexy, now put the heels on."

Katie does what she is told, looking at herself in the mirror, "I look like Miss Grant."

"Because she has fashion." Kara simply says, she fluffed Katie's hair, "Makeup would be nice."

"I am not going to put makeup on."

Kara held out some eyeliner to her, "Please."

Katie grumbled but took it from her, "Only because you said please." She put on some eyeliner as fast as she could, "Okay, can we go to work?"

"Let's."

Katie readjusted her glasses, looking at Kara as she walked behind her. She was almost terrified by the way she was acting.

Katie's heels clacked against the floor as she followed Kara out of the elevator to CatCo, she rubbed her arm, looking over at James, his mouth dropped, he looked at Katie, who only gave him a shrug and pointed at Kara.

"Morning," Kara says to Siobhan and Winn. Winn looks at his sister, tilting his head at her, while Siobhan held the paper in her hand for a little longer, "What? I was getting tired of our old clothes."

"Yeah, we all were." Siobhan's eyes flickered to Katie as she moved over to Winn.

"Ker-rah, look at you dressed like an adult. That's promising. Mmm, even Kathy. So, I demanded a list of replacements for Lucy Lane, like, yesterday."

"Miss Grant-"

Kara already handed her paper to Miss Grant, "Ah, here you are. I already checked all their references and ranked them according to who you'll find the least annoying."

"Oh, any Republicans?"

"Two reformed."

"Excellent. Oh, and look at that. A reward." Cat handed a folder to Kara, "Someone gifted me tickets for Club Apocalypse for Friday night to see a Scandinavian DJ whose name I won't even try to pronounce."

"Thank you." Kara accepted them, "I will put them to good use."

Siobhan crumbled the list she had made, "Do you even know how to dance?"

"Don't be jealous." Kara played with the tickets, "Or do, I don't really care."

Winn turned to Katie, mouthing, 'What the hell?'

Katie shrugged her shoulder, not knowing how to answer anything. Kara got up from her seat and walked away. Katie got up, slowly walking to Siobhan.

Siobhan glanced up, "You look pretty."

"Thanks, I didn't really want to wear this." Katie shrugs, "Are you alright?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" Siobhan questions, going back to her work, a tight smile on her face.

Katie sighs leaning against her desk, "You can talk to me, you know that right?"

"I do. And I don't feel like talking right now."

"Two armored vehicles have been attacked in the last six hours. Both carrying hundreds of thousands worth in gold. Now, these two have goons managed to take out a number of highly trained and heavily armed security personnel."

Katie fastened her suit, "Alien weapons?"

"Almost." Hank responds, "An alien is their weapon. A K'hund. Stronger than your average Fort Rozz escapee. Now, we've obtained intel on their next heist, but we have to move fast. Lucky for us, we have an alien of our own."

Everyone turned their head to Kara, who was looking at her nails, "Hmm."

"I'm sorry, Supergirl, am I boring you?"

Kara still looking at her nails, "Only boring people get bored. Sorry. I thought you were talking to some other alien agent at the DEO." Katie sighs, glancing at Hank.

"All right. Let's move. Let's move." Hank had all the agents head out, "Do I need to brief you again or have you got all that?"

Kara got up from the chair, "Kick alien ass."

Katie looked at Alex as they headed out. Alex looked at her as Katie got in the van with her, "Are you not going to fly with Kara?"

"I think I'll sit this one out as a superhero. I'll be a DEO agent today."

"Do you know what's going on with her?"

Katie shook her head, "No, not really." Kate jumped out of the van, creating fire in her hands, "Don't move!" The alien jumped away, but there were more people there.

Alex touched her comm, "Supergirl, you're up."

Katie ducked when one of the men swung a pipe at her, she used the lower level to an advantage, sweeping behind his legs. She pulled the cuffs off of her suit, snapping them on him, "Did you try to hit me with a pipe?"

Alex laughed in amusement, "It's nice not seeing you use your powers."

"It's refreshing, to be honest." Katie grins, getting in the van, as they chase after the alien. She jumps out of the van to see Kara just standing in the alleyway, "Where did he go?"

"Are you hurt?"

"No. No, I'm fine." Kara lazily turned her head, "He got away."

Alex looked at Katie as Kara walked past them, almost not caring that the alien got away.

"Director Henshaw, Senator Crane is in your office. She said you were going to update her on what happened with the K'hund."

"That sounds fun," Kara responds sarcastically. Katie glances over at her, then back at Hank.

"Tell her I'll be there in a minute. Can I speak with you here for a second?" Kara follows Hank, allowing Katie and Alex to come as well, "I know you just started working here again, but to be clear, our job here at the DEO is to catch the aliens, not let them escape."

"How 'bout you get off my back for once, Hank?"

Alex spoke slowly, "Supergirl."

Hank looked over at Kara, "I thought we were in a good place here."

"We're in a good place when I do what I'm told. When I don't, you come down on me. I am tired of it! You want to catch the K'hund, go try it yourself! You're just as strong as me if you wanted to be."

Katie shook her head, "You know how dangerous that is for him."

"And it's not dangerous for me too? Every Kryptonian on this planet wants to kill me expect my cousins. I have to live with that. And he could, too!" Kara whips her head Hank's way, getting closer to him, "What are you so afraid of? You talk about honoring your people, and yet you refuse to be one of them. I got to go. I have work in the morning. Another job that underappreciates me."

When she knew Kara was far enough away, Katie sighed heavily, "What the fuck is going on with her?"

Katie left to work before Kara did, mainly because she didn't want to get stuck in another one of those tight dresses and she didn't want to deal with her attitude. She turned her head when she heard Cat's elevator ping. Katie dropped her mouth open when she saw Kara come out of it. In another tight dress, sunglasses, coffee in one hand and a purse hanging from her arm.

Winn shot up from his seat, "What? How... That's Cat's elevator."

"It is absolutely ridiculous for her to have her own personal elevator, plus horrible for the environment."

"Ker-rah!"

Winn wrung his hands, "You are literally impervious to bullets and I'm worried for your safety right now."

"Okay?"

Cat walked up to Kara, "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

Kara handed her the latte, "Your latte, Ms. Grant."

"Oh."

"Walking from the main elevator takes an extra 90 seconds, which means your latte's 90 seconds colder."

"Brazen. That's a new color on you. I don't mind it. Yet." Without even moving her head, or looking her way, Cat addressed Siobhan, "What do you want?"

"I've got a scoop for you. Can we talk?" Siobhan says, adding with a sneer, "In private?"

"Allez."

Katie turned back to her work, silently typing, her eyes kept moving over to Kara. She sighed loudly when Rob came over to her, "Yes, Robert?"

"Uh... one of our computers broke downstairs, do you think you can see what's going on with it?"

"Sure." Katie got up from her seat, following the sweaty man. She sat in the seat in front of the computer, she looked at it, then back at Robert. "Really?"

"What?"

Katie stood up, leaning over the table and plugging the cord back in, "It was unplugged." She pressed the on button, "Oh my God." Katie walked back upstairs, just in time to hear Miss Grant.

"You are fired!"

Katie moved over to her desk, peeking in the room, "What just happened?"

Kara crossed her arms, a smug smirk on her face, "Miss Grant just fired that sneaky little bitch."

"Kara!" Katie snapped, when Siobhan walked out of the office Katie tried to comfort her, "Hey, are you okay?" But Siobhan walked past her, in no mood for talk.

"Well, I guess that's your exit." Kara clicks her tongue once Siobhan was gone, "Well, that was awkward. But not surprising, though. She was a bad seed, it was only a matter of time. I know what will lighten the mood, drinks... And dancing. Who's in?"

Winn shook his head, "No, I was going to go home and Facetime Leah. She said she'll be back in a few days."

"Hmm." Kara pursed her lips, "Her loss. So I guess it's just us." She smiled over at James and Katie.

"I like this song." Katie says over the loud music blaring to James, "It's by Jackie Wells right?"

"Right," James responds.

"I don't really know what Jackie looks like, but I do know her music." Katie looked back at her phone, "Siobhan still has not texted me back. I hope she's okay."

"She's fine. Just give her some time. Speaking of which, Kara said she was going to be here soon. Do you think she's still on her way?"

Katie nodded her head, "Oh, yeah. Oh, look. There she is. I see her. I think... I think that's her."

"Oh wow." James' mouth drops at her appearance.

"Yep." Katie nods her head, "I need another drink. You two have fun."
