for the longest time, alex didn't know whether or not she would truly find love. that was, until she met you. she felt certain that you were the one for her. but she didn't about your feelings so she bottled all of her feelings. which was self-destructive. alex began to skip work (which you definitely noticed), she just fell apart. so kara investigated until she got alex to talk.

"i mean... i started to... develop... feelings... for her/him," alex slowly let out. her chest falling every time she began to feel uncomfortable with expressing herself. "that's amazing alex, do they know?" kara asked smiling at her sister. alex shook her head, sighing, "no, i just don't know what to tell them. what if they don't like me? what will i do?"

kara bit her lip, unconsciously nervous about talking about the subject further, "well, i'm sure they do. hey, why don't i talk to them?" her sister widened her eyes, shocked that that would even come to mind. "no way kara. i don't need them thinking i like them when they might not like me," alex said, defeat overtaking her.
