Janus sighed as he looked down at his notebook again. He scribbled out the answer and groaned.
"Never going to get this right..." he heard a laugh from behind him and he froze.
"Come on kid. Give yourself some credit, you graduated after all." Janus flipped around. Remus stood there leaning against the doorway.
"How the hell did you get in here!?" Janus cried. Remus rolled his eyes.
"Seriously? You guys still hide the key under the doormat. How stupid are you?" He walked over and sat on the bed.
"I-I'll call the police!" Janus glared.
"Call them, and you won't get to see Virgil." Remus shook his head. Janus looked at him.
"You've kept them away for two years how do I even know they are alive?" Janus asked. Remus smiled.
"Well that's because Virgil, he's become a shining star so of course I wouldn't get rid of him. Logan's been better, he won't act out so I haven't killed him. Want to come see them Janus? You can call Roman and Patton to come with." Janus looked down at the ground and then back up at Remus.
"Fine." He called Patton who answered immediately. He put Patton on speaker. "Dad, uhm...it's about Virgil and Logan." Patton sighed on the other end and said something to someone. He heard a door close and then Patton spoke.
"Jan, we talked about this. They're out there but we...we have to move on." Remus laughed. "Jan...w-what was that?"
"Hey there patty." Remus snatched the phone.
"Remus!? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH JANUS!?" Remus looked over at Janus and laughed.
"Nothing yet." He chuckled. "I'm taking him to see Virgil and Logan, want to come patty?"
"Where should I meet you?" Patton asked.
"You'll see." Remus hung up.
"Okay seriously, you are such a creeper." Janus walked over and grabbed a sweater from his closet and threw it in a bag. "Let's go jackass." They walked out of the house and Remus looked at it.
"What? You don't live with both Patton and Roman anymore? What happened between those two anyway?" Remus hopped into the car. Janus glared at him as he got into the passenger side. He placed his bag on the ground and called Roman.
"No, I don't. And I refuse to talk about that." Roman answered and Janus sighed putting him on speaker.
"Janus? Aren't you supposed to be at Patton's this weekend? What's wrong?" He asked.
"Hey bro bro! Miss me!"
"I'm stepping out!" Roman shouted. "What have you done with my son Remus!?" Roman growled.
"Relax, I'm right here." Janus looked at Remus. "I'm gonna go see Virgil and Logan...he's grabbing dad, and we are going to grab you on the way too."
"Jan-."
"Dad, after all this time we find out these two are alive and you don't want to see them!?" Janus groaned. "Fine, I'll keep you posted then." Janus hung up and Remus raised an eyebrow.
"Trouble in paradise?" Janus glared at him as they pulled up next to patton.
"Patty cake! Nice to see you, get in." Patton got into the backseat and glared at Remus.
"Dick." Remus smirked.
"Oh shut up." Remus started driving and Janus looked out the window. "Soooo what happened between you and Roman?"

"How about we talk about why you suddenly decided now would be a good time to bring us to see them after you kept them away for so long Remus. After all this time we assumed they were-."
"You and roman assumed." Remus pointed at Janus. "He never gave up."
"What did you do to them?" Janus asked. They pulled into an old run down looking place and Remus parked in the garage. They followed Remus out of the car and into the house.
"Ladies!" Remus called.
"Welcome home Remus." One of the women he called stepped into the room. "Oh?" She looked Patton and Janus up and down.
"Not what you are thinking, they are just here for a visit." Remus walked over and kissed her cheek. "Get Virg for me." She nodded and walked away. Janus grabbed hold of Patton's hand and Patton nodded as they followed Remus.
"Where's Logan?" Patton asked.
"Right through here." Remus gestured at the door and then started to walk away. "I'll be back later." Patton stopped Janus from opening the door.
"Janus what if this is a trap?" Patton asked.
"Dad, seriously?" Janus opened the door and gasped. It really was Logan. He was sitting on the windowsill reading a book, he was wearing a black tank top covered by green fishnet. He was wearing ripped skinny jeans, no shoes and his hair was an absolute mess. He looked up from the book and almost fell off the windowsill.
"A-Are you real?" Logan jumped down and walked over, gently touching Januss face. Tears flowed down his face as he touched pattons cheeks as well. "You found me." He wrapped Patton in a hug.
"Logan...what exactly happened?" Logan looked away.
"I gave up on fighting after they took Virgil away..." Logan shook his head. "They let him say goodbye to me and I never saw him again."
"What do you mean?" Patton asked. Logan looked at them.
"Virgil isn't here, he hasn't been here for two years. Or at least that's what I've been told. They took him away and for all I know he could be dead." The door opened and Logan backed away from Patton and Janus. "I-I'm Sorry-."
"Logan?" Patton asked confused. Patton looked at Janus worried. Janus turned around. One of the women stood there glaring at Logan.
"Only because Remus said these two were fine for you to talk to." She moved into the room. "Now boys, how about we relax. Let's have some tea." Janus and Patton sat down. Janus pulled Logan over towards them and hugged him. The women glared at them.
"D-Dee you need to let go." He whispered. Janus shook his head as he started to cry.
"I don't want to." The women rolled her eyes.
"Fine Logic-."
"Logan." Patton glared at her. "His name is Logan." Janus looked at Logan as he quickly looked down at the ground. He mumbled an apology and she glared at the two.
"Fine, Logan. Enjoy your time with these two. I'm leaving." She stormed out and Logan looked at the two scared.
"Why would you do that?" He asked.
"Logan-."
"Look, I've been stuck here for two years Patton. They humiliated me...they hurt me...I stopped resisting and it doesn't get me hurt anymore so please just...just let things be." Logan started to cry.

"Logan we can't-."
"You can Patt." Logan looked at Janus. "You've grown up." Janus rolled his eyes.
"I'm nineteen Lo." Janus hugged him and Logan ran a hand through his hair. "I'm sorry it took me so long to search."
"Jan-." Janus glared at Patton.
"Roman and Patton stopped looking." Logan looked at Patton and smiled sadly.
"I understand." Logan reached for Patton and hugged him. "And I'm glad they did." The door opened and they all turned to look. Remus stood there. He rolled his eyes.
"Gross." He shoved someone into the room and then walked out. Janus looked up and his eyes widened.
"V-Virgil?" He asked. The kid froze and looked up. He ran into januss arms.
"H-How did you get here!" He asked. He pulled away and they smiled at eachother. Janus saw his smile fade and he tilted his head.
"Something wrong virg?" He asked. Virgil backed away and then back at the door.
"If that sick fuck thinks for one minute I'm going to help him with this-."
"Virgil, Virgil calm down." Patton stepped forward. Virgil turned him gaze to pattons and then his eyes widened and he started to cry.
"D-Dad?" Logan took a step forward. Logan wiped tears from his eyes and then pulled Virgil into a hug.
"I've missed you." The two sat there hugging until Virgil pulled away. "Remus..." Virgil looked at Janus and Patton. "Did he take you guys?" Janus looked at Patton and then at Virgil.
"Not exactly..."
"What do you mean not exactly!? Janus-." Patton sighed.
"Janus wanted to come. Me and Roman didn't believe you two were still alive after all this time so he wanted to come with Remus and I wasn't about to let him come alone even if we were kidnapped in the process. I wasn't about to lose him too." Patton looked down.
"Wait...romans dead?" Virgil asked.
"No, he's just an ass." Janus glared at Patton. "Besides that, Remus snuck into my house so of course he would be able to kidnap me if he wanted to."
"What the hell happened?" Logan asked.
"They argued about me that's what happened." Janus folded his arms across his chest.
"Jan, it wasn't about you." Patton sighed. "Seriously no matter how many times I tell you, you won't believe me will you?" Janus shook his head. "Logan, a year after you guys disappeared me and Roman broke things off, we didn't exactly want to argue anymore and we got pretty bad so we decided it was for the best...we obviously both had custody over Janus so we let him go with either of us. It wasn't because of you Jan."
"Why didn't he want to come?" Logan asked. "Since obviously I know Roman he would never allow you guys to fall into one of his brothers traps again not after l-." Logan bit his lip. "Not after he let that happen." Virgil sighed.
"Did you forget I'm nineteen and can handle what happened?" He smiled at Logan as he walked over and hugged him. "I'm just really glad to see you even if you are wearing ridiculous clothes." Logan laughed.
"Right because I'm the one in the ridiculous clothes! Last time we saw eachother you were wearing a dress." Virgil groaned.
"An ugly one at that! Who the hell decided that sparkles-."
"Virgil." Logan covered his mouth and laughed. Virgil rolled his eyes.
"Sorry, being stuck here I guess I just..." Virgil looked away.
"It's okay Virgil, we understand." Patton smiled sadly. Virgil walked over and hugged Patton and then hugged Janus.
"I'm glad to see you safe...now you have to leave before he comes back and doesn't let you." Virgil pulled away. "I will not let him do to Janus what he did to me."
"And what exactly was that?" Janus asked. Logan looked away.
"Logan?" Patton asked. Logan looked at Virgil and Virgil just sighed.
"They would have found out eventually dad." Virgil looked at Patton and janus.
"Well...He was uhm..." Logan shook his head. "Virgil-."
"It's alright." Virgil sighed. "When they took me away, they sold me off as some sort of doll, I was forced to do whatever 'the master' wanted and yeah, I was terrified and didn't exactly always do what they wanted...but I promised I'd somehow find a way back to dad." Logan pulled Virgil into a hug.
"I'm so sorry I gave up." Virgil pulled away.
"You didn't give up, you just wanted to survive." Virgil smiled. "And that, I understand because I gave up on getting away."
"We can try and get Remus to let us come more often..." Patton looked at Logan then at Virgil. "I-if you two don't care..."
"Remus isn't exactly in control here Patt." Logan looked at the door and then back at them. "Besides that, I would never let you put yourself in harms way just to see us! are you insane!?"
"I just might be." Patton laughed. Janus looked at them and then over at Virgil who was looking back at the door.
"You know...purple really suits you Virg." Janus laughed as Virgil rolled his eyes.
"Oh come on really Jan?" Virgil turned around and Janus took out his sweater.
"Yeah, really." Virgil ran over to Janus and pulled him into a tight hug, immediately covering himself up with the sweater.
"Oh my god thank you jan!" Logan and Patton smiled.
"So that's why you kept it." Patton looked at him. Janus smiled at Virgil as he played with the sleeves.
"Among many other reasons of course." Janus walked over and sat down. Patton and Logan sat across from him and Virgil slowly sat down next to him. "Glad to see you breathing." Virgil leaned into Janus and laughed.
"Yeah, yeah." Janus held onto Virgil and then looked back at the door. He didn't want to leave them alone knowing about what's been happening to them for the past two years. He looked at Patton who nodded his head and looked at Logan. This is such a bad plan.
