"Thank you so much for coming, Claire dear." Principal Payne says, "It was a pleasure having you here."
"Thank you, and thank you for the meal." I kindly reply.
Liam and I walk out the front door, hand in hand. I don't remeber when we had started holding hands, but I honestly really liked it. Despite Liams hand being signifigantly larger than mine, our hands fit perfectly inside one anothers.
Once we reach the car, I say, "Thanks for bringing me here, I shockingly had a good time."
"The New Years Party will be even better." He tells me.
"I don't doubt it," I respond.
"Speaking if the party, I want you to come with me." He says, " As my date."
I don't know what to say for a second, then I admit, "Louis asked me... I said yes..."
His car comes to an abrupt stop."Louis?! Are you insane?! He's going to hurt you, Claire! Louis is not who you think he is!" Liam yells.
"I'm sorry, all Louis has been is nice to me, and before tonight you've treated me like trash," I spat.
"Have you ever thought I was trying to protect you?!" He screams.
"From what?!" I holler back.
"Myself!" He yells, diverts his attention back to the road, and we head toward my house.
My heart sinks at what he said... himself... Liam's no monster, sure he can be rude, but he's not a monster. When we stop at my house, I finally get the courage to say it,"You're not a monster."
"You don't know me, Claire. All I do is hurt people." He says.
"I don't believe you" I tell him.
Were still in the car. I'm looking at Liam, but Liam isn't looking at me. Hes facing out the window.

"You should really get inside before your Dad gets mad" He tells me.
"He won't care. He's almost never home anyway," I say.
"He is now," Liam concludes.
"Its not like he cares about me any more," I say.
"He doesn't care about you any less either," Liam tells me.
"He hasn't cared about me in a while" I admit.
Finally, Liam looks at me. I look into his brown eyes that hide so much pain and suffering. I see his eyes divert to my lips. This puts butterflies in my stomach.
"Do it," I tell him.
"I can't. I'll go too far, I'll mess-"
"No you won't. Do it." I say to him.
Liam caresses my cheek, as his lips move closer and closer to mine. My lips tremble, I want him to kiss me. At that moment, he kisses me. His lips taste smokey and sweet. I feel like a million lightning bolts are coursing through my veins. I love this feeling. I don't want it to end.
(A/N :This was intentionally a short chapter because if the huge step taken by Cliam in it. Tee Hee c: Hope you like it.)

Until You Do It Right
The world ended on December thirty-first of the year two thousand and twenty, precisely at the stroke of midnight. The human race began to be systematically exterminated by the spawn of the System. We were given a chance to defeat them, to take back our place at the top of the food chain. We failed. The first to perish were those who bravely rebelled. The soldiers. The defenders. One by one, they fell. In their final moments, they begged for aid. Nobody replied. The next to succumb were those who feebly cowered. The deniers. The leeches. Together, they fell. In their final moments, they cried out into the darkness. Countless voices replied in kind. The last to decline were those who shamelessly ran. The deserters. The cowardly. Alone, they fell. In their final moments, they whimpered quietly. There was nobody left to answer. The final human to die was a survivor. A runner. As he died, he begged for salvation. His prayers were answered. He was offered a chance to save himself, along with all of humanity, and he took it. This is his story. “I sat in the dark and thought: There’s no big apocalypse. Just an endless procession of little ones.”― Neil Gaiman, Signal to Noise. I am absolutely new to writing and will take any and all constructive criticism. Please give feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I will update the tags as they change, and I hope that you enjoy this little story I'm writing! Quick warning: Seamus is intentionally a flawed character, and this story is going to explore those flaws and perhaps even change a few of them. I do not agree with all of his actions, but it is what it is.

Death Galaxy
When portals opened across the world and space, people were a bit terrified. Naturally, some people called it the end times or some other negative interpretation. Thankfully, the new arrivals managed to calm the masses, saying they were here from across dimensions in search of peaceful refuge. After some discussion and promise from the reality hopers to not break the world, they were allowed asylum. And so, began a technological revolution as the new cohabitants, who looked distinctly human if a bit off, openly shared some of their knowledge with us. Space travel, while not cakewalks, become more easily accessible, as did interplanetary colonization. Naturally, with the New Humans keeping some of the more dangerous techs to themselves and Old Humans being a greedy bunch, tensions are arising as old and new grudges rear their ugly heads. The world endlessly spins as history, both good and bad, is seemingly on its way to repeating itself. Only with other planets, and potentially other universes, being the backdrop this time. But that was big stuff that Alex had no real interest in. They only care about one thing and one thing. TDAG. Trans-Dimensional Adventure Games. Best VR system ever made. Alex, instead of focusing on political and multiverse shenanigans, had their eyes set on VR games. Specifically, one of the new and up and coming potential best games of all times. Death Galaxy

Taverns edge - A mercenary's guide to Ley Line traveling
The taverns edge is a fiction that centers around a pair of unusual friends. A mercenary that happens to be a princess of fae, but prefers to stay in a well-known établissement instead of staying in the Sidhe. Moira. Being half a dragon doesn't really help getting along with snobbish elitists at her mother's court. Like all sidhe she likes to strike a good deal... Which has led into many a disaster... Though she always tends to get by, especially when she gets home to the Tavern on the edge. The mentioned établissement is run by the formidable Barkeeper and jack of all trades Tora, who happens to have a very interesting past. Which involves more than one sinister secret... Now add to the mix a totally clueless elven girl - a mortal, not a fae- on the run. Lunara. She has unknowingly struck a deal with the devil - quite literally. Now unable to handle the consequences on her own she enters the tavern on the edge. An epicenter for magic and the only place where she might find help. She talks Moira into helping her out. A race against time begins as the deal's symbols appear on Lunara's skin. The journey leads to the dwarven empire, the sidhe and wherever the crossing leylines under the tavern may lead. This fiction belongs to the same universe as Ancient Blood. English is not my native language, so please don't be harsh. This story is an adaption of an idea, that we, a friend of mine and me, have developed over a few months while taking a break from learning. Some parts were written by Emberspark. Thank you for allowing me to work with your ideas and letting me publish this as a whole. Updates... I will try to frequently update both of my fictions... Well in case you are interested I post it on Scribble hub, too. I really don't steal from myself 😂
