《Buffy and Spike》6- Oh Buffy

'Well look at the study bunch' Buffy said sitting up
'Oh my gosh Buffy' I yelled leaping over the coffee table and onto the couch
'Oh sweetie' Buffy said wrapping her arms around my waist 'gosh I missed you'
'Yeah I missed you too! Are you okay?' I asked
'Yeah, yeah I'm cool! Starving though! What's the time?' she asked
'Around 1am' Xander replied 'Buff what happened?' he asked
'Guys I'll explain everything over pizza' Buffy said climbing over everyone to get to the phone
'Spike where's the coupons!' she yelled from the kitchen
'Top draw!' I yelled back.
'Okay ordered' she replied coming back into the room,
'So what's going on?' she asked sitting down on my lap and wrapping her arm around my neck
'We were trying to look up about that red demon but can't seem to find it' Willow informed us
'Well it's okay I know what it was trying to tell me now' Buffy replied
'So what Buff?' Xander asked
'Pizza' she smiled
'Buffy' Giles ordered
'Okay! Okay!' she gave in holding her hands up in the air, she slid down into the seat next to me and begun. She told us all about her mother and the red chairs and about her choice. I was so glad she decided to come back to me.
'Anyway I didn't get much information but I know something big is coming and I know we have to fight it, because my mother said something, I don't know about standing up and fighting, or something' Buffy finished
'Hm interesting' Giles pondered
I smiled at Buffy
'I'm glad you made the right choice' I said
'Me too! I was thinking about you the whole time, I just wanted to be in your arms' she said leaning into me and kissing me.

'Okay guys!' Xander yelled
'Sorry!' she giggled pulling back, she looked out the window and saw the pizza delivery guy.
'Pizza!' she yelled jumping up and grabbing the coupons and money, heading for the door eager for food.
After the pizza was gone the gang left and it was just me and Buffy sitting alone in the lounge room.
'You sure you're okay?' I asked probably for the millionth time
'Yes darling' she smiled standing and clearing away the pizza box.
I followed her into the kitchen,
'But-' I started
'Spike, honey I'm fine okay! Stop worrying! Let's go to bed okay?' she asked softly
'Okay' I replied
She held out her hand and I grabbed on following her up to our bedroom. Our bedroom was Buffy's old room, her mothers was still left the same and I don't dare touch it and there is another spare bedroom next to Buffy's.
I pulled on my track pants that I now classify as pyjama pants and sat up in bed, waiting for Buffy to get out the shower.
She arrived with one of my black tops on, it was long enough to act as a dress. She told me she liked the smell, apparently it smelt like me and if I ever wasn't there she would always feel like I was. I don't quite understand since I'm never leaving and don't even know if I smell nice but it's up to her.
I pulled the covers back for her and she climbed in, she wriggled over to me and snuggled.
'If you're trying to get warm I'm the wrong person to hug' I laughed
'I'm fine actually' she replied
I rolled over to face her but kept her in close to me, I wrapped my arms around her waist and looked into her deep eyes.

'What's wrong? I thought that was funny?' I asked
'No it was funny, I'm fine' she replied
'Buffy I can tell something is up' I said
'What if I said yes to her' Buffy said
'What?' I asked
'To my mum, what if I stayed in heaven'
'Buffy why...? Why would you want to do that?' I asked
'I don't know, it seems so easy up there'
I rolled over to face the other way, I wasn't mad at Buffy I was just upset I can't believe she was thinking of abandoning me all alone on Earth.
I heard her start to cry quietly into her pillow, I hated to leave her alone when she cries. I rolled over and put my arm around her pulling her into my chest, she cried into my chest and I slowly rubbed her back until she was quiet.
'Spike' she whispered
'Yes love?' I asked
'I didn't mean that. I don't want to leave you' she replied
'I know pet, sorry' I frowned
'No I'm sorry' she said kissing me on the lips.
I pulled her in closer so both of my arms were around her and we both drifted off together.
