6:43AM
Chris sat outside of his moms house, just staring at the trees in front of him. He's been out here since he left Aubree and didn't get an ounce of sleep. Joyce climbed out of her bed to go make a bottle for Caiden because she knew he'd be up soon. As soon walked through the dining room, she stopped at the sight of her sons car. Her eyebrows furrowed as she went closer to the window. Just seeing her son staring in front of him made her worry.
Tying up her robe, she went and slipped on a pair of shoes then hurried outside.
The knock on his car window broke Chris's trance. He glanced over at his mother the exhaled. As much as he didn't want to, he unlocked the door for her to get in.
"Baby, why you sitting outside?" She asked sliding into the passenger seat.
He shrugged. "Just needed a minute to myself."
"How long have you been out here?"
"What time is it?"
"Almost 7."
"About 6 hours."
"Why Chris? What's the matter? Are you having wedding jitters or something?"
He let out a small laugh. "I wish it was that simple."
"Then What is it?"
Chris had to find a way to say something that he thought he'd never have to. "Aubree......she uh....she cheated."
A confused look immediately fell on Joyce's face. She knew she didn't him correctly because that's something she and everyone else never expected to happen. "I'm sorry, what?! Please tell me you're joking!"
"I really wish I was ma but I'm not."
"Oh my goodness! With who?"
"That don't even matter.....I never thought she would do me like this."
"Chris this can't be right! Aubree would go to war for you, why would she cheat. You guys are madly in love with each other. You're getting married tomorrow. Why would she ruin all of that?"
"She was drunk and out with her hoe ass friends."
"Well she wasn't herself then Chris. You know if she was sober she would've never done anything crazy like that. It was a mistake."
"Would y'all be telling her the same shit if was me that cheated because I was drunk?! I'm sick of hearing that shit."
"Yes I would! When you put your hands on her, I made her realize that it wasn't you and just the drugs. I know you'd never hurt her. Chris I've seen you play so many girls but Aubree you treat like a queen. This just doesn't feel right to me."
"You can't put nothing past nobody. She knew about this for days but all in my face like shit good, just lying. How can I trust her or be with her."
"This is just insane. I need to go talk to her."
"For what? We done. You cross me once and it's over. I hate that all of our hard work is about to go to waste. All the money I spent for her on this wedding and this is what the fuck she chooses to do."
"Chris she was dru—."
"I DONT GIVE A FUCK! Drunk or sober she cheated on me and it ain't no coming back from that. We're done."
"This is so wrong Chris, you're going to regret this."
"Doubt it. I got somewhere to be, I'll be back later to pick up my kids."
"They're fine with me."
"I'll be back."

Joyce looked at her son and shook her head before climbing out the car. As soon as she got in the house she called Aubree's mom to come pick up the kids.
After Rachel came and picked them up Joyce got dressed and went to see Aubree.
Aubree hasn't been sleep either. She just sat up against the headboard, staring at the wall in front of her.
The sound of the front door opening caught her attention. Aubree climbed out of bed and walked out of the room. She quickly walked to the stairs hoping to see Chris but instead was faced by his mother.
"Mama." She said. Her voice was barely there from all the crying she did.
"Aubree, how are you?"
"Terrible." She answered as tears filled her eyes.
Joyce pulled Aubree into a tight hug. "I can't believe any of this."
"I messed up everything. I never meant to hurt Chris, I wasn't myself that night. He knows I love him more than anything and I would never do anything to hurt him."
"I know but he's hurt and he has to go through the motions."
"We're supposed to get married tomorrow. I want to spend the rest of my life with him and now that's over. How can I fix this?"
"Just give him some time Aubree. When Chris is in his feelings he's not coming out until he's ready to. This is a hard pill to swallow because he never ever expected it to happen." Joyce said while breaking the hug.
"I didn't either. I swear it feels like I was set up."
"Maybe you were."
"I gotta figure this all out, I can't lose Chris."
"You will honey but you both need a minute to calm down."'
"Where is he?"
"I don't know. He sat outside my house all night then when I talked to him, he didn't like something I said so he stormed off."
"I gotta go find him."
"Aubree, I'm telling you, give him some time. He's still on edge and it's not going to end well."
"I can't waste any time. We will walk down that aisle tomorrow."
"Just give it a few hours then, okay? I'll call your mom and have her bring the kids by. I'll make something to eat. I just need him to clear his head before you approach him. I don't need my son leaving anymore bruises on you."
Aubree's hands ran over her neck. She knew mama J was right. Chris was would probably go crazy again if he saw her right now. "Okay." Aubree agreed.
"Go get yourself together, you don't want the kids to see you like this."
Aubree nodded and made way to the room. After picking out her clothes, she grabbed her phone and went into the bathroom.
Leaning up against the counter she opened their thread and sent him a text.
She knows that it probably won't go through or if it does he won't come but he she wants her to see the effort she's trying to make.
Nothing she wants more than for them to fix this issue.
And as stubborn as Chris is being he wants to fix it too.
I needed some rest, so I decided to go to the warehouse. I used to come here when me and my dad weren't seeing eye to eye.
The sound of the steel door opening caused me to sit up. Exhaling I ran my hands over my face then grabbed my phone. As soon as the home screen appeared, I saw a message from Aubree. It took me a while to open it, I really didn't want to but I had to see what she said.

I don't think I'm ready to talk to her right now. If the wrong thing is said, I know I'll snap and that's the last thing we need.
"Chrez! You here bro." Hoody yelled.
These are the last people that I wanted to see right now.
Standing up, I stretched and went out where they were. "Wassup." I said, greeting everybody.
"You good?" Mijo asked.
"Oh you care how I feel? I'm not Aubree."
"Chrez man, don't be like that." Keeis said.
"What y'all want man?"
"Auntie sent us to check up on you bro."
"I'm straight."
"You not though." Sinko said.
"I just found out my girl fucked two people that I hate behind my back, how the fuck you think I'm supposed to feel?"
"I know you don't want to hear this but nothing about this situation feels right man. Aubree didn't fuck with Tori and even drunk I don't think she would fuck with her. Wasn't she drunk when she saw her on her birthday? It was just hi and bye. I swear I think they drugged her."
"Drugged her?"
"I believe that shit too." Hoody said. "Aubree wouldn't do you like that nigga and you know it. All this time, after everything and right when y'all are about to get married, come in now. Come on Brown, think about that shit."
"If she drunk enough you can Aubree to do whatever. This is something I know for sure."
"That might be true but think about like this, you ever asked Aubree for a threesome while she was fucked up?" Keeis asked.
"Yeah."
"What she say?"
"She said hell no then threatened me."
"So why the fuck would she be so willing to do something with Tori. Chris this ain't what you trying to play it out to be. Aubree was set up man. Rico hates you and will do anything to see you miserable. You thought it was weird for Tori to just pop up after disappearing right?"
"Yeah."
"Then you know this was some plotting shit."
"And the only way to fix this shit, is a bullet in her head since she wanna be a middle man between you and Rico." Mijo said.
I pulled at my goatee and thought about what they said.
"You know we right man." Sinko said.
Exhaling I scratched my head. "I gotta go talk to Aubree."
"Yeah man, make it right. I didn't get that expensive ass tux for nothing. You trying to be a fashionista and shit."
Laughing I started walking to the office. "That tux gone get you all the hoes bro!" I went and grabbed my keys and phone then headed back out. "I'll see y'all bright and early tomorrow. My barber cutting y'all hair too."
"WHAT?!" Keeis said. "Nigga do you see yo hairline?!"
"Yo bitch love it though." I said before walking out. When I got in the car, I pulled down the sun visor to look in the mirror at my hairline.
"Yeah it's fucked up nigga!" Keeis yelled through the window.
I flipped him off before starting the car and pulling off.
Yes I'm still hurt that it happened, shit I'm beyond hurt. But Aubree has been beyond loyal to me, since the first day we met she's had my back. Everything my bro's said was true.
Tori will be dealt with and I'm going to kill Rico with my bare hands.
I was trying to keep myself busy to keep my mind off of what's going on, so I played Just Dance with the girls while my mom and Chris's mom cooked dinner.
"We out here dripping in Finesse, it don't make no sense, out here dripping in finesse, you know it, you know it!" I sung while mimicking the dance moves on the screen.
"Nigga! You got two left feet." Jeremiah said.
"Shut up!"
"You're doing great mommy!" Royalty yelled before sticking her tongue out at Miah.
"Thank you baby." I gave her a kiss on the forehead, then continued dancing.
Once the song went off I wiped my forehead, I was exhausted! My age is definitely catching up to me.
"I'm gonna go grab something to drink girls. Miah wants to play." I told them
"No I don't." He quickly spoke up.
"Yes you do!" Ariel pulled him off the couch. They boss him around all the time.
I started walking to the front of the house. When I got in the hallway that split the kitchen from the living room, the front door opened and Chris appeared.
My heart began to race instantly but calmed down he cracked a smile.
Slowly we approached each other. I wanted to hug and kiss him but it's too soon and I don't know if him being nice is a set up to kill me.
"Can we talk?" He asked.
"In private? I might need witnesses."
"I come in peace, I promise."
"Okay, let me just grab something to drink, your daughters had me playing just dance."
He laughed. "Maybe I'll join y'all for a couple rounds."
"Yeah....." I'm so confused right now. "I'll meet you upstairs."
Chris nodded then went up to our room. I headed into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water.
"Uuum, Chris is here and we're going to talk. If y'all hear screaming call the police immediately." I told our moms.
They both nodded with a uneasy look on their faces.
Taking a deep breath I made my way upstairs.
Chris was walking out the closet with his tuxedo bag and a his Louie duffle.
"So what's up?" I asked while sitting down.
"You know what's up Bree. This whole cheating shit but before we start, I want to apologize for putting my hands on you. I was so pissed off, all I saw was red. I promise Baby that'll be the last time that ever happens."
I nodded. "And I want to apologize for everything that has happened. Chris you know that I love you more than anything and I would never do anything to hurt you. You're more than enough for me. I don't know what the hell came over me that night and I wish I could remember."
"I think they drugged you."
"What?"
"Think about it, after all this time, neither one of us has cheated. Even when we broke up for six months. Why would you do it now? A week before our wedding."
"All facts. And I've never blacked out after drinking a lot. This was all just strange."
Chris grabbed my hand. "Rico will do anything to see me down and he used his bitch to help him do it. I knew something was up when she popped up during your birthday. I swear we're going to get to the bottom of this, I'll make sure they regret everything. But before I do that, I gotta make you my wife."
A big smile peeled across my face. "Really?"
"Yes baby. You've been down for me since the beginning and I'm not about to give these people what they want. Me and you will walk down that aisle tomorrow and live the forever we promised each other."
The tears wasted no time spilling.
"Stop crying baby." He wiped my face.
"I really thought we were over and I just hated my self so much for hurting you baby. I love you so much Chris and I just want to continue to keep you happy."
"I love you too Aubree." He grabbed my face and kissed me. "We'll work through this, okay?"
"Okay."
"Let's go downstairs and play the game with the girls before I head out."
"Let's go."
Later On
After eating and spending time with the kids we got them ready for bed. Then Chris got ready to leave even though I didn't want him to.
"You sure you don't have 10 minutes to spare?" I asked while wrapping my arms around him.
"I wish I did beautiful but it's almost 12. Don't need any bad luck."
"But how can we make up with no make up sex?" I flicked my tongue over his earlobe causing him to grab my ass.
"Aubree don't tempt me."
I moved down to his neck and tongue kissed it. "We can just go in this bathroom right here. You can slip in really quickly."
"You know once I start it ain't no stopping me."
"I know."
Chris laughed before kissing me. "Once we get on our honeymoon we'll have all the make up sex you want, I promise."
"Alright alriiiiiight. I guess I'll let you leave."
"You don't have a choice baby girl."
"I know."
"I'll see you at the alter Mrs. Brown."
"See you there."
We shared a long kiss that gave me butterflies. When he pulled back he just smiled at me causing me to blush. We kissed again, then he pulled away and walked out the door.
I'm so glad he decided to work things out. I couldn't be without him and I was ready to do whatever I had to, to fix things between us.
But Tori will definitely get hers. Stepping between me and the people I love is the biggest no, no.
Bitch gotta die.
