Weakness was never a thing for Y/n. They never showed anyone how weak they are, just how strong they are. Y/n overused their power, ALOT. They couldn't help it. They made ice sculptures for some kids in down and some for weddings and parties too. They even let some kids have fun on their ice slide.

Over time, Y/n grew weaker and weaker, colder and colder. The only person who truly noticed this was Camilo Madrigal, he has a massive crush on Y/n for many reasons and he immediately noticed their lack of energy and he grew extremely concerned. He even visited them a few times but the only one who ever answered the door was Y/n's mother, looking very distressed.

She always dismissed the boy and closed the door on him which made Camilo scared and worried for what was happening. He wanted to know, so he decided to go to Dolores to see if she could hear anything.

The girl perched her ear up and Camilo frowned when Dolores looked into his eyes sadly after about 5 minutes of listening. "Camilo...Y/n doesn't have long left" she stated, lips quivering.

Camilo felt like his whole world stopped, his heart skipped a few beats as tears ran down his cheeks unknowingly. "I-i have to go see them!" He exclaimed and began running but Pepa soon appeared and grabbed the boy, not knowing the situation. "Camilo, you cannot go outside, you'll freeze to death! I'm trying to hard to fix the weather..but i cant" she explained.

"I-its Y/n Mami! They havent got long left and their power is too strong for encanto and Y/n themself! I-i gotta see th-them. I have to tell them i love them before its too late!" He sobbed before escaping his mothers grip, ignoring her calls and Dolores' calls. He sprinted to Y/n's house, snowflakes falling onto his nose and into his curly hair.

The cold air was stinging his face and his tears felt like falling icicles on his cheeks but nothing would stop him from seeing Y/n for one last time.

He arrived at their house, bursting through the door and rushing upstairs, only to see Y/n's parents kneeled next to their child, crying in each others arms. Y/n's mother looked up at Camilo with the most hurtful look. "We're so sorry Camilo..."

But he didn't answer, he looked at Y/n's pale body in sadness and the sobs flew out of his mouth once again. Y/n's parents walked up to the shaking boy and hugged him gently and Camilo clung onto them. They have always been like second parents to Cami, since he was so close to Y/n and saw the two every day when he had sleepovers.

Soon, Pepa rushed in, watching Camilo as he hugged Y/M/N and Y/D/N, sobbing heavily into their arms. Her eyes gazed around and soon landed on Y/n. Pale, blue lips and lifeless. Her heart broke. She loved them dearly, and she also knew how much Camilo loved them too.

Camilo sniffled before wiping his eyes. "C-can i have one last moment with them please..." he begged and the adults just couldn't refuse. They stepped out of the room and left Y/n and Camilo alone..but really it was just Camilo in a room with a lifeless Y/n.

He slowly walked over and sat down on the bed, cradling the young person in his arms. Their skin was ice cold and he let out a small cry when reality hit. Y/n wasn't breathing, or smiling happily like they did a few weeks ago. They were gone..dead. Camilo didn't want to accept that but he had too.

He tucked Y/n's white hair away from their face, white hair that used to be Y/H/C. His tears landed onto their face. "Y/n...i hate that its too late to save you, i hate that i never even got to tell you how much i loved you and I promise you, i always will. You were the light of my life, you made me feel happier than receiving seconds of arepas" he sadly laughed at the joke he always used to tell you.

His heart broke when he didn't get a laugh in return, the beautiful laugh he'd always hear..he would never hear it again and that stung his heart. "I'll miss you- so so much, Amor...and if i had one wish right now, it would be to bring you back and tell you how much i love you and how much you mean to me" his thumb brushed over their cheek, his hand shaking wildly. His forehead connected with their cold one.

"I'll never forget you, mi copo de nieve..." he sobbed, shoulders shaking with each heart breaking noise. He looked down at Y/n's once rosy red lips, which were now a deep blue. "I love you" he whispered before lightly pressing his lips to theirs.

But thats when something strange happened...
