The cries of a baby filled Y/n and Camilo's room. Y/n groaned and went to get up but her husband was quick to gently grasp her waist and pull her back down. "Go back to sleep, Amor, i've got her" he mumbled sweetly, kissing Y/n's forehead. The girl mumbled something with a smile.
Camilo smiled softly before walking over to the yellow crib which had small chameleon patterns on it. In the crib was a small baby with blonde curls, putting her arms out for Camilo. He smiled at the small girl and picked her up.
The baby laid her head on her papa's shoulder and grasped his shirt in her small hands. Camilo pat her back and rocked her gently, hoping for her small whines and cries to quiet down so his wife could have a peaceful sleep.
Summers cries weren't as loud but they were still there, Camilo sighed sadly but an idea popped into his head. He repositioned his daughter and cradled her in his arms, kissing her forehead.
"You are my sunshine..."
Y/n heard a singing from the baby's room. (Casita made a small room for the baby in Camilo's room until she is old enough to sleep in the nursery) She got up and slowly walked towards the door, leaning on the doorway.
"My only sunshine"
Camilo stood there, rocking the baby girl in his arms, singing softly to her and it melted Y/n's heart. The sight was beautiful.
"You make me happy, when skies are grey"
Summers eyes started to close slowly, but Camilo could still see a glimpse of her eyes. One brown, one blue. She scrunched her freckled nose, her eyes looking at Camilo's as he sung the song.

"You'll never know dear, how much i love you.."
Summer took one last glance at her dad before she drifted to sleep with a small smile on the corner of her pink lips. Camilo smiled softly at his daughter and Y/n teared up at the sight.
"Please don't take my sunshine away"
Camilo whispered the last line of the song before pressing his lips to Summer's forehead and carefully placing her back down in the crib, her small arms wrapping around her sun teddy that Abuela Pepa and Abuelo Felix had bought for her on her 1st birthday.
Camilo turned and jumped a little at the sight of his wife. She stood there with a soft smile and walked over, wrapped her arms around her husbands waist. "I really do love you, Camilo Madrigal" he smiled at her and pressed his lips to hers. "I love you more, Y/n Madrigal" he whispered against her.
"Lets go back to bed" he murmured and she nodded, taking his hand and walking out. She took one last look at her baby girl before closing the door. They both went back to bed, snuggling each other, thinking about how lucky they really are.

Manifesto
Sometimes, even the most outright affront to liberty seems to be justified under certain contexts. Or maybe I should stop reading about Stalin, I think it's affecting me.

The Weather Vane
This is the first few chapter of my new book available on Amazon. The beginning is very light and fun, but more mature content comes later. From medieval fantasy to ultra high-tech to dinosaurs, The Weather Vane is a grippingly fast-paced adventure full of fun and excitement, literary flourish, and colorful characters. A group of ascendant masters find themselves in the afterlife and learn that they are newly recruited into the cosmic battle of good versus evil. Before they can join the fight, shipwreck strikes and they are lost in the ether. Stranded in a magical land beyond the reaches of the universe, The Weather Vane follows our crew of heroes as they try to piece things back together even while The Dark Lord’s forces march, maraud, and murder at every turn. Themes of darkness chase the overall levity of The Weather Vane which suffers not a lull as the climax begins near the beginning of the book and drives on through the greatly satisfying finish. The most epic of epics.

KristSingto One Shots
Literally what the title is. So, it's technically self-explanatory. I write a lot of these one-shots when I get bored so I decided to post them
