Otis has had a rough day. His dad kept yelling at him, then he had to deal with his mum and dad arguing over the phone. All he could think about was you holding him in your arms, so he walked out of his motel, ignoring his dad's calls for him..but they didn't last for long due to the argument. He made his way to your motel in a white shirt, hoodie and joggers. When he got there, he didn't have to knock because you immediately opened the door when you heard his sniffles from outside. "Otis, whats up b-" you couldn't even finish because the curly haired boy launched into your arms and clung onto you like a koala. "Don't let go..." he whispered, trying to cover up his sobs. Your heart broke, hearing his uneven breaths just felt like you got stabbed in the heart 10 times. "You don't have to talk about it now..you can whenever you're ready baby" you murmured. He nodded, not wanting to talk. You took him over to the bed and gently laid him down on your chest. Seeing him so vulnerable made you upset...but your glad that he can trust you, with every piece of him.

You and Otis weren't together, you hardly ever spoke, yet he had a massive crush on you. He'd see you by the pool, dipping your feet in or you'd walk by his motel and send him a smile and wave. Those small gestures would warm his heart so he'd do it back and it made you blush. One day, you saw Otis by the pool, it was dark outside and he just sat on the floor crisscross, playing with his hands and staring at the pool light. You smiled to yourself and went and sat next to him. "Hey, Otis right?" He jumped a little and turned towards you, as soon as he saw your face, he smiled. "Yeah..and you're Y/n right?" You nodded with a grin. "So..why are you out here at 12 at night?" You questioned and he shrugged "to get away from my dad i guess...what about you?" You sighed "To get away from my mum" his mouth formed an 'oh' then he mumbled a small sorry and you did at the same time. It caused you both to laugh. You guys hung out for the rest of the night, you took him back to your motel knowing your mum left to go out for a drink at 1am. You and Otis ended up cuddling on the bed, you laying on his chest as he stroked your s/c skin. After that night, you became a secret couple...

Otis was in his motel, working out...which soon lead to dancing. You just happened to walk by and heard the loud music and immediately laughed as you saw your boyfriend dancing through the window. "NICE MOVES LORT!" You yelled while chuckling, he stopped for a moment and looked out the window, he soon opened it and grinned at you...it was his adorable mischievous grin which you adored. "Thank you L/n" he said as you walked into the motel, he moved away from the window, gently grabbed you hips and pulled you close, quickly pressing his lips to yours, you instantly kissed back because like- who wouldn't? You pulled away and he rested his forehead on yours, nuzzling your noses together. "Shall we dance Y/n L/n" he said and you laughed "we shall Otis lort!"

This is the journey of a group of heroes and their growth as warriors, their traumas that make them mortal humans, and the moments that define then as immortal legends, but can they survive when faced with their greatest challenge to come that threatens to destroy whole worlds. This is the story of war that happens among mortals, Stories of wars on the inside and outside the realm of the soul, and war between mortal gods. Only one thing is certain, the side that loses the war, loses absolutely everything.
