《Sweet Child of Chaos》Something Special

"Okay so it has two origins, in Russian it could mean Kitty but I've lived among the Nkhonde people of Malawi for a while and guess what!" Kisa explained as she rolled Liam around the hospital, the younger boy cracking his neck up to look at her face with wide eyes full of curiosity.
"What?!" The nurses glared at them because of their loudness, but Kisa only had to spare them a glance and had them running away in fear, before a wide grin formed on her face.
"They actually named some girls Kisa in their population, but their meaning was completely different, it was along the lines of 'Mercy or kindness'"
The brunette snickered, making the young boy chuckle at her actions "Mama had hope until the last second" and Liam laughed loudly.
After his laughter abated to sporadic giggles, his cheeks red due to the excessive blood rushing to his face, he felt his lips being pulled in a pout.
"I don't know what mine means" his eyebrows were furrowed in wonder, giving her a look which reminded her of a puppy, which made the Petrova squeal as she pinched his cheeks.
"Worry not, kiddo! Kisa here has the answer to all your problems!"
That was her dramatic way of saying 'I have 4G, here look it up on google' before she passed him her phone.
Grinning, the boy quickly opened the navigator and looked it up, his bright blue eyes narrowing as he read it out loud for her as well.
"Liam is an Irish name meaning 'Strong-willed warrior' and 'protector'" He told her proudly "That's so cool" and the woman smiled at his excitement.
"I know, right? I mean my twin's name means 'pure' we are like... walking contradictions" Kisa snorted.
"Oh, I didn't see her at school" Liam pointed out with a frown, obviously wanting to get to know her twin since he was getting along pretty well with Kisa.
"She lives in another city" The brunette explained calmly, finally finding the room they were supposed to be in as she helped the boy on the bed.
Nodding at her words, he gave her back her phone, smirking at the picture of her locked screen.
"Is she your girlfriend?"
Her hickory eyes followed his and she saw what he was looking at, a picture of her and Malia. They were both smiling widely as they hugged each other.

"Of course!" Nodding her head seriously, she watched the boy smile excitedly at her, making a smirk pull on the side of her lips as she continued "I just didn't inform her of this yet"
"Kit!" Liam scolded as he crossed his arms in front of his chest, making her laugh softly, fingers messing up his hair.
"I'm kidding, we're not together"
"Why not?" His eyes were wide as he leaned forward, trying to understand the problem.
Sighing, the brunette sat on the bed, leaning forward with her hands around her mouth as if she was about to tell him a secret, making him eagerly lend her an ear as he waited.
"Because... she's... a Gryffindor and I'm a Slytherin" her vampire reflex didn't help her avoid the pillow that was sent flying to her face, making the vampire break into a fit of giggles as Liam pouted, looking away from her.
"I thought it was something serious!"
"It is! Do you actually want me to betray my blood because of that? If my fellows find out that I took care of a Hufflepuff then... oh my pride!" Placing a hand on her chest as she mocked fainting.
"I-I'm not a Hufflepuff!"
"No one is judging you, silly, no need to be embarrassed!" Her teasing only made him turn redder, none of them seeing the doctor that was waiting, clearly amused, by the door.
Knocking lightly, as he waited for his stepson to stop scowling as the unknown brunette continued laughing, the duo immediately jumped and looked at the intruder, with Kisa clearing her throat as she stood up to leave the room.
"Well kid, now that you're in good hands I'll be going, 'Kay?" The Petrova said with a soft smile, making him smile back as he nodded.
"See you at school?" Liam questioned, hopeful that she would continue talking to him even when she wasn't obligated to.
Making finger guns at him, the brunette winked and started to leave "Sure thing, sunshine!"
"Hey doc, take care of him" the vampire compelled the russet skinned man as she locked eyes with him, finding herself satisfied when he quietly repeated her command in a daze and rushed towards the kid.
And now there was only one thing she needed to do... or maybe two.

"Honey, I'm home!" Shouting as soon as she got back from the hospital, giving a quick look around the place in hopes of finding her little beastie, only to see nothing.
"Upstairs!"
Hearing Malia's voice, Kisa quickly sped towards the second floor, going over to the coyote's room.
While they had separated rooms, Malia's ended up being transformed into a closet after the werecoyote decided that it was much better to share a bed with the vampire.
The sense of safety she received from being near the Petrova was something she never felt before, not in her childhood, not in the woods and definitely not in the Eichen House, so it became a ritual for them and Kisa surely didn't mind having a personal heater after five centuries of utterly coldness.
"Hey darling, you wanted to talk?" Leaning against the door, the vampire waited patiently for the invitation to go inside.
While they did share a room, she had told Malia to keep hers like it was for whenever she felt like having some 'Me time' and didn't feel like socializing.
The werecoyote agreed, not understanding on the time, but months later she was grateful for Kisa letting her have that little personal space of hers where she could be just by herself.
"I wanted something special" The werecoyote started, anxiously biting down her lip as Kisa frowned.
"Special?"
"Yes, I actually thought of doing it over a murder, but it wasn't on our agenda for today" Malia continued, getting a nod from her companion.
"Yeah, it's Thursday... it's on tomorrow's agenda tho" Kisa said with a shrug, not understanding where the coyote was trying to get.
"I know" nodding to herself, Malia walked towards her bathroom door, placing a hand over the handle before she continued "but I couldn't wait, so I thought of another thing"
"Ohhhh are we torturing someone?" The vampire questioned excitedly, skipping towards the door as she rocked on her feet, waiting eagerly to see who was behind the door.
Laughing at her words, Mal simply shook her head and opened the door, staying silent as she watched the woman she had fallen for with tears forming on her eyes.
"Oh my God... I can't believe it, did you...?"
"I did" Malia answered with a big smile, before she was enveloped in a bone breaking hug, which with the vampire's strength, led the two to the ground.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"You know I'd do everything for you, right?" Malia questioned as she looked at the vampire straight in the eyes, pulling a strand of hair behind her ear, which had fallen on the vampire's face.
"Why?" Kisa whispered with a frown, leaning against the werecoyote's hand as Malia caressed her cheek softly.
"Because you're everything to me and I don't care that you told me not to fall for you, I was never one to listen anyway, you should know that" Mal answered truthfully, chuckling at the end, making Kisa giggle quietly.
"What if I hurt you?"
"I know you would never do it intentionally, but even if it happens... you're worth the risk, Kisa"
Observing her intently, the vampire could see that she was completely serious about this, so she made her choice.
Sighing heavily, Kisa Petrova looked down, biting her lower lip before a smile broke on her face.
"Well, we kinda have a son now, so I think I can't just say no, right?" The vampire joked as she looked at the puppy who was swinging its tail excitedly as he waited for their owners to pick him up.
Malia laughed at her words as she shook her head, placing her hands on the brunette's hips while bringing her closer.
"Nope"
With Kisa now on her lap, the vampire started to play with Malia's hair with a mischievous smirk on her red lips, those sinful lips that had her beastie staring intently at.
"Just kiss me, baby"
And that was all it took for their lips to touch, their tongues to fight for dominance and their fingers to explore.
At that moment, Malia couldn't feel those fireworks from the romance books Kisa had read out loud, but a thunderstorm happening inside her body, which could only be tamed by the very same beauty that had enchanted her.
