《Sweet Child of Chaos》Chaotic Duo

Malachai Parker had lost his hope of his demon finding him after 10 years of isolation.
He really did think she would suddenly pop out of nowhere, like she usually did, with that bloody smirk playing on her lips and those infuriating hickory orbs that seemed to know more about him than he did.
His routine would then be, get up, steal the abandoned market for food, try a new method of suicide and when that inevitably failed, in hopes of getting out of that he'll one day and having the knowledge for future tortures, obviously, watch the sunset... my bad, the comet, for the umpteenth time and go to sleep on his demon's late house.
He surely would not be comfortable on his own.
That didn't stop him from occasionally visiting it, however, and breaking the house down to pieces, which would, unfortunately, be reconstructed on the next morning.
Kisa would always tell him to break something whenever he was angry, since there were no bones he could fracture for now, he decided to project his anger on the bricks.
And his father still had the courage to call him unstable, tsk, can you believe that guy?
Kai rolled his eyes, eating another handful of pork rinds as he chewed loudly.
It made him slightly psychotic...
The siphoner wondered out loud, his dark blue eyes going to the ceiling as his brain lost the entire focus of the previous thought and he started to count how many boards had been used to build the ceiling.
His attention span was short, he knew that, Kisa had taken him to a doctor when he showed her his grades, which were very low by the way, even when he had passed the entire month with her helping him study.
They found out he had ADHD and the doc prescribed him some stimulants to help him focus his thoughts... the doc had not intended on him focusing on a murder, obviously, but oh well.

It did work!
Kinda...
His dad had been such an asshole that he didn't even let Kai take his meds to the prison world and with nothing to do for years and no treatment, the siphoner didn't have to be a doctor to tell that his condition had worsened.
His point was just proven when he discovered that somewhere along the way, his mind had driven away and he was staring blankly at the wood.
He mumbled with a frown, before shaking his head as he went to the kitchen to prepare some real food, the only thing he actually enjoyed doing in that place.
He had met Kisa, his demon, after one of his father usual beatings.
Kai gets home.
Kai stares into space.
Joshua sees Kai.
Kai uses his incredible superpower of pissing him off by kindly existing.
Joshua sends Kai's siblings to their rooms.
No sibling comes to his recue.
Joshua beats the shit out of his first born and send him away so he doesn't get the house dirty.
Priorities, am I right?
Anyways... Kai went to a bar, in hopes of getting some alcohol to easy the pain, knowing that if he went to the hospital another series of beating would be waiting for him back home, only to find a very deserted place with a song blaring loudly as a beautiful brunette danced with a bottle of scotch in hands and blood dripping from her mouth.
From the bodies laying drained everywhere around the bar, he could pretty much tell who was the culprit of the action.
Any sane person would probably run for their lives after seeing that, even more so when the unknown serial killer met his eyes, but after having a shitty day or rather a shitty life, Kai found himself chuckling at his misery, before he went over and stole a bottle of whiskey for himself.
Not even avoiding the bodies as he couldn't care less if they were in hell or heaven right now getting pissed that he was walking over them.

With multiple wounds over his face and even more over his body, which were covered by his clothes, and a very annoyed look on his face, Kisa found herself intrigued by the stranger.
And that's how it all started.
Smirking, the vampire sped to him, receiving a raised eyebrow from the boy as she bit her wrist and poured blood in a cup, sliding it towards him.
Looking down at the cup with his lips curled in disgust, the siphoner shook his head before looking back at her with an annoying grin
Kisa's smile twitched, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath before she leaned against the table, her eyes connected with his
Kai scoffed
Groaning in annoyance, Kisa passed a hand over her face, before she stopped, staring at him with an intrigued expression.
Kai mumbled to himself, leaning his head against his hand as he offered the other for her to take, which she hesitantly did.
A red glow emitted from their connected hands, making him smirk as the brunette looked curiously at it.
The siphoner questioned in disbelief, his smile quickly falling once he saw her leaning closer to observe the glow, before she looked up at him with a smirk.
and his cheeks visibly reddened at her words.
Laughing at his state, Kisa let go of his hands and guided him to place it on the cup full of blood, her smirk widening once she saw his wounds healing completely as Kai continued staring with wide eyes at her.
After that day, Kai would pass more time with Kisa than his family, which wasn't such a shocker considering everything going on at his home.
He always knew that she had a twin sister and a boyfriend, but never actually met them, because Kisa would always say that she didn't trust them with him.
He didn't care, he trusted her, she was enough so he didn't really want to meet the others.
3 years of friendship and then everything went wrong, he woke up, his demon had disappeared, he thought his family had something to do with that and started the massacre of the Parkers.
After a few siblings, Joshua appeared with a man younger than him, who was carrying a very pissed off Kisa.
Kai was angry
Kisa was angry
Then mystery man suddenly got pissed as he saw Kai looking at Kisa.
A bunch of witches appeared out of nowhere, Kisa's eyes widened, Kai's eyes widened, their eyes met, she could hear his beating rapidly and saw the fear in the dark sea of his eyes.
Rage consumed her entire being, her vampire face full on display, making the witches chant louder as Kai dropped to his knees in pain.
His eyes watered as he saw her throwing mystery man over her shoulder and breaking his arm, before she sped to Joshua, her fangs ripping his neck.
Dropping the man to the ground, the vampire sped to her best friend, to her angel, who was giving her a grin for a reason she didn't know.
Before she could wrap her hands in his, a white light covered his entire being and he was gone.
Gone...
Kai hummed softly the old Bulgarian song Kisa would always sing to him, his eyes dropping in exhaustion as he laid his face on the table, not bothering to go to the room.
A light chuckle woke him up, blinking his eyes quickly to adjust to the darkness that seemed to have taken over the place on the past few hours he had gone to sleep.
A blurry figure leaned against the door, but he still couldn't properly see who it was, brushing his fingers over his eyes to get rid of the sleepiness, his eyes widened and his body froze.
