"You understand that it was untouched land by either myself or the others. The land is unneeded to have royal rule. It has made it clear in the years prior no noble is to have access there"
"Your highness they are simply barbarians! No class at all, no social order only covens!"
" What pre tell is wrong with that?"

I was glued to my spot as I saw a large bear like creature bound from the forest. A wolf my senses told me as its large claws swiped at Alex. I lost all reason a deep growl arose from chest. As my feet touched the ground the children ran to me, taken in by presence.
I counted the children as they came in flurries. The Guards charged through the doors heading into the garden. The wolves were in a small pack of eight. The first four tipped through the guards mercilessly. The others charged me and the kids . I blocked them my eyes glowing. The wolves flew back from my barrier. I growled my nails turning into claws I wanted blood shed.

No, I wasn't okay this aggressiveness wasn't like me. What was I trying to defend? Lance landed in front of me. He roared causing all the chaos to stop. The guards kneeled in submission as did the children and watching nobles. The wolves stared at him with confusion and fear.

He pulled me into his arms his gaze never leaving the wolves. He pressed his lips to my forehead.
