《Whodunnit 2》Epilogue

Giles lived in fear for several years after the third game. Sure, the third game all came to an end in late 2016, with Grace unmasking herself as the killer to Chantal in the garden maze. But Giles was always on edge.
The public now knew him as a bad luck charm. In the public eye, wherever Giles went people had to die. But, unbeknownst to him he hadn't heard from the small group of killers for just over three years now. It played in his mind every-day that maybe the 'small group' was just the trio of Cris, Nelson & Grace and that he needed to stop worrying that more was to come.
However, he knew that something was up when he got a letter from Grace Port, who was serving her life sentence inside the Central California Women's Facility Prison. It was a brief letter, only instructing him to come visit her on May 22nd. When Giles arrived, it was a media frenzy since a leak inside the prison hinted at a reunion between the two.
After the countless security checks, Giles was escorted to a private room where Grace was handcuffed to the table. To Giles' surprise, she looked surprisingly vulnerable.
"Miss me?" Grace asked, clearly putting on a brave face as she sounded like she was about to burst out into tears.
"Cut the crap, why am I here?" Giles replied in his harsh British accent as he gracefully took a seat opposite the prisoner.
Grace looked around the cramped room uncomfortably before speaking in a slight whisper.
"You need to find Kam, Reynold & Chantal."
Giles furrowed his eyebrows. It had been years since he had even thought about the small group of winners as a trio. Last time he saw Kam face to face was 2013 when he drove him to safety away from Rue Manor. The last he heard from Reynold, the ex-doctor still had to be spoon-fed every meal in the psychiatric ward and would spend most of the day screaming out. The poor guy was still extremely traumatized and what was even worse was that the public still saw him as the killer for the second game. When in reality, it was all a cover-up. The last he heard of Chantal was from a private email, urging him not to reach out to her again since she wanted to live her own life away from 'Whodunnit.'

Giles leaned closer to Grace and whispered as well.
"Why do I need to find them?"
By this point, several tears had fallen from Grace's eyes. It was the first time Giles felt Grace was genuinely upset about anything since the end of the game.
Grace spoke through shaky breaths, "The worst is coming. The creator is going to play in the last ever game. It will take place in Florida. The creator is going to make this game the toughest one yet, you might not make it out of this one. That's why you need to get Kam, Reynold & Chantal, I can't say too much but if you all come together, you can stop this before it ends. If not, you'll all perish this time."
Giles was at a loss for words. He had lived hoping it was well and truly over. From what Grace described, it sounded like this last game would be the most draining one yet. From the sounds of it, 'The Creator' knew what they were doing. They had obviously invented the game of 'Whodunnit' and now they were going to be playing the role of the killer. Giles knew this wasn't going to be as simple as the last three games.
"I wish I could say who the creator is. But I've already said enough, I'm already in trouble from saying this. Goodluck Giles."
With that, Grace gave a signal to a guard waiting outside and she was taken out of the room. The butler got one more look at the killer through the glass window, it seemed like she went in slow motion as she stared dead into his eyes. Her eyes looked completely empty before she turned her head away from his direction.
And then she was gone.

Grace Port was found dead in her cell later that evening. She was found hung by her own bedsheets.
Giles was expecting the news before he heard it across all major news channels. He wanted to believe deep down in his heart that it was a suicide. However, he knew that the creator had killed her. How else would they know she leaked the plans for the last game? The creator must have been keeping tabs on Grace while she was in jail. They silenced Grace before she could make any more damage.
Now Giles knew what he had to do. He had to find the winners.
For the sake of their lives, they had to reconvene once again and unmask a killer once more. Or it would all be over.
