It had been almost an entire season since 1-A came up with the idea to commission Mei to make a teleportation device that will bring them to your dimension. Or vice-versa. Whichever was easier for Mei to make. You'd think making a device for one person to travel would be a lot easier than used for 20 people to travel. Especially since nothing had been made like this before, even with quirks in their dimension.
