《Vikings, Mini Drabbles》Ivar: When shadows move

You hated night shifts more than anything. Wandering in the dark all alone on your way back home. The hall way light didn't work for months now and the building owner didn't care. So you installed your own light, a weak circle shining on the ground before your door. You started to feel in your bags for your keys when you heard the soft shuffling nose behind you. You jerked your head around and looked in the darkness to only see nothing more than a black hole ready to swallow you entirely. Ever since your brother let you watch that horror movie you were afraid of almost everything. You looked down in your bag, cursing on not finding your keys.
'You own me something.' His voice spoke from out of nowhere. You startled so hard you let your keys slip from between your fingers to the ground. You turned around and looked to the little shade moving in the darkness until it became a body.
'What are you doing here?' You asked, crouching down to grab your keys. You acted like standing before a predator, moving slowly, not wanted to startled it. When he was close enough for you to recognize his face expressions you looked carefully up into his dark blue eyes.
'Collecting.' He answered, the corner of his lips traveled a little up and you swallowed. Fingers started to tens around your keys.
'I didn't need your help.'
'You sure?' He asked, squeezing his eyes a little together because he already saw the answer in yours. Reminding the drunken man on Friday night, how he grabbed for your arm, wanted to pull you out before he came in between. 'You know how long I was already watching you, how much I wanted to,' he stepped into your circle of light and you backed away, pressing your back against your door.

'Ivar.'
'You remembered.' He interrupted you, taking that small step closer to you. It wasn't the first time you encountered with him, but it certainly went a step to far now.
'Offcourse.' You whispered. And why? Why didn't you just forgot his name? Was it because you always felt him watching and got used to it .. because you always looked for him ... because danger pulled you every time closer? 'You are dangerous.'
'And you are poisonous.' He lifted his finger, stroking it over your arm down, a hardly lingering feeling that produces the goosebumps over your arms.
'Then you should know poison can kill you.' You whispered, looking up in his blue eyes. He titled his head a little, stands of hair slipping before his eye sight. He lifted his hand, smiling dark over the words, before he laid his hand in your neck.
'Not if there is an antidote.' You felt his breath against your cheek and you turned your head away from him. He placed a finger against your cheek and pushed your head right back. 'You own me, I will claim that now.' He said, lifting your chin.
'Ivar,' you begged, not wanting him so close. If he pulled you with him you weren't strong enough to escape him again.
'Say that again.' He breathed over your lips. You closed your eyes, feeling the pressure of his lips against yours. He moved so slow, so agonizing slow, opening them before he pressed his tongue between your teeth. You opened your' mouth, fingers grabbing for the edge of his black coat. He moved his tongue slowly, looking for all corners of your mouth, twirling his tongue around yours. You felt his hand moving to places you didn't want him to touch you. Moving on the side of your breast to the small of your back. 'Have me.' It wasn't a question or a suggestion. His head leaned against your, his fingers grinding in your ass. Your breath was already so unsteady, fingers not wanting to let go of his coat. You opened your eyes to look into his blue once. 'I know you want to say yes, I know that already for a very long time.' He whispered, fingers folding around your keys. 'You own me Y/n, I want you, damn I want to hurt you until you scream my name.' His hands traveled over the waistband of your jeans, fingertips touching your bare skin before you lost grip of the keys and he took them over. He breathed in while his nose trailed your neck and you shivered.

'Are you gonna hurt me?' It was a soft whimper under the way squeezed your waist. He held his nose still underneath your ear, you closed your eyes when you heard the door click open.
'No, surly I can make you scream in other ways.' He promised.

Anchor Points: Age of Heroes
If you had a chance to reset history, knowing what we know now, would you take it? Six years after kicking an alien expeditionary force off the surface of the Earth back to their staging bases in the asteroid belt, and aided by stolen alien technology, the United Terran Republic Navy has finally achieved enough warship production to put the enemy on the run. Despite the facade of unity projected by the Earth's new federal government, deep cracks still lie under the surface that threaten the stability of world peace and the ability to protect humanity with a unified military response. Within this backdrop, the North American Union, now a mere state in the greater union, has created or reopened multiple off-books projects and black sites to house secrets both old and new that would be far too toxic or dangerous to be known to the wider world at such a delicate stage in world history. One of these secrets will draw Captain Henry O'Toole from his comfortable posting with the Jupiter Fleet straight into a world of conspiracies and secrets that could destroy the new, still fragile world order. Captain O'Toole will take command of mankind's first true starship with a secret mission that would be seen as treason by the new federal government. His orders are to use a prototype faster than light drive to travel through dimensions higher than spacetime and ride the expansion of the universe to create an off-books colony solely for the NAU. There are consequences for escaping time's jealous grasp, which instead position them to have a chance to change the course of human history. Fate has called the Indomitable Will and her crew into the Age of Heroes, will they be able to rise to the challenge?
